Kagome and Inuyasha walked in the house. The prom was amazing! They only went together as friends, but by the end of the night, it seemed like they were a real couple. Kagomes mother was waiting up, snapping pictures of them as they rolled there eyes and went up to her room.
Kagome let Inuyasha change in the bathroom and she changed in her room. Inuyasha came back and smiled.
“Did you have a fabulous prom?” He asked, sitting next to her on the bed.
“It was awesome.” Kagome said, smiling at him. “Did you have fun?”
“It was aight.” He said, hiding his smile. “I never got a ‘good-night’ kiss.” He pouted.
“I’m not kissing you.” She said. “You’re my best friend. It would be weird.”
Inuyasha pouted. His ears flattened slightly and he pretended to sniffle. “Oh, don’t do that.” Kagome said, giving in to the ‘puppy-dog pout’. “Fine. I’ll give you a ‘good-night’ kiss.” She rolled her eyes.
Inuyasha laughed. “You don’t have to kiss me.” But it was too late. Kagome’s lips were on his before he had a chance to move.
Inuyasha wrapped his arms around his best friend. He turned the quick chaste kiss in to a kiss of passion and longing. Kagome felt herself getting turned on by the kiss and pulled away. She knew Inuyasha would be able to sense her brief arousal, and she blushed. Inuyasha smirked. “That wasn’t a good-night kiss.” He said, leaning in for another kiss.
He didn’t want to ruin their friendship; but her lips on his felt so right that he ignored is conscience. Kagome moaned and his own arousal twitched to life.
“One more picture.” Kagome pulled away from Inuyasha and blushed furiously as her mother came in with a camera.
Nahori took the picture and looked at Inuyasha. “I think it’s time you slept on the hide-away bed in the living room.” She said.
“Mom, we aren’t going to do anything.” Kagome said, feeling more than embarrassed.
“You’re too old to be sleeping in the same bed together.” She said.
“We’re not perverts Mom. We won’t sleep together.” She complained.
“It’s fine Kagome.” Inuyasha whispered.
Nahori nodded and left the room. “I don’t disagree with your mother.” He smiled.
“You wouldn’t sleep with me.” Kagome rolled her eyes.
“Sure I would.” He stood up and went toward the door.
“You’re kidding.” She said stubbornly.
“Whatever.”
