Hi everyone!!!!!! It's my first Inu Yasha story ever, so please give some feedbacks but don't be too mean!!!!!! There might be some confusion in the story but read on and they will become clear. I want to make sure all of you understand that I will NOT make Miroku a pervert in my story because it's just too mean, END OF STORY I DON"T care if that'll make him OOC. Note: person's thoughts are in Italic

Chapter 1: In A World of Snow

~Inu Yasha~

The first sign of his consciousness was the sensation and movement coming back to his fingers. They felt wet…and numb.

He did his best to stand up, and almost jumped up when the rush of coldness came up to his spines.

Why is this place so cold??? And when he finally fully awaken and opened his eyes he got his answer.

Snow covered everywhere, and nothing, except for the rocks and canyons are in sight. Light flurries rained down from above and made tiny splashes on the dark red clothes. It was cold.

How did I get here? The silver haired half-demon wondered, looking around at the unending land of whiteness. His thoughts flashed back to the encounter with Naraku, losing the battle and being sucked into the portals their worst enemy had opened for them.

How long has he been unconscious here? It was impossible to tell.

Suddenly he remembered the others. Where's Kagome? Miroku or Sango? He looked frantically around to search for any of them, and was unsuccessful until he eyes set upon a glowing spot of the snow grounds. For that he knew it was the light of the Shikon Jewel, which could only mean…

"Kagome!" He cried out her name, as he silently prayed that she'd be unharmed.

His prayers were not exactly answered. Once he was in the sight of her whole body, instantly he noticed a big red area in the white floor where her blood tainted.

Oh, no, what has happened to her? With the fastest he can in this iciness, he ran to her side, and gave a deep sigh of relief when he approached to take a closer look at the wounds.

She was unconscious, looking really cold, and besides that from her knee below was rest on a really sharp edged rock in a rather weird angle.

Okay, so it wasn't totally good. From the looks of it, Kagome's leg must be broken, and it's really in a bad condition.

"Kagome," He nudged her gently. No use, she's still unconscious.

Sighing, Inu Yasha carefully picks her up along with her huge bag of "accessories" she bought from her own time. The only thing he can do now is find a safe and warmer place to say until they figure out where they are and how to get back.

Without a second thought he took off his red outer shirt and wrapped it firmly around her. She was a human. Unlike him she couldn't endure as much. Maybe this might help. It won't do much, but at least it'll give Kagome more protection and warmth

This crazy place is driving him crazy. It seems that it had never stopped snowing since the beginning of time; everything is ice-rized, every single thing. Inu Yasha clenched his teeth and began his journey.
