A/N~awwww thank you guys soo much for your kind words...and ya know what I was going threw one of my depressed modes when I wrote that chap..soo did not mean to whine and make it look like I was asking for sympathy...cause I wasnt..just needed it out..lol..thats basicly what this fic is all about..my need to vent my past, yes some of it is made up but most of it does revolve around my own experiences growing up..as for being tainted, nope Kagome aint and even I know what that asshole did to me was wrong..and not my fault, but I put the part of kagome feeling tainted in here because at the time and along time after that its how I felt, I felt I deserved it and all that..ya know the guilt and stuff?? But really Im good, ive pretty much gotten over all of it and stuff but I do have my moments when I get down and those stupid images come back to haunt me everynow and then..to Rekka thank you soo much for the hug and card gf..It made me smile and to Del thank you for your concern and the offer of talking with ya and stuff..never know might take ya up on it sometime..lol..(smiles) but Im good guys, writing was always an outlet for me so Im writing this to excorcise my demons so to speak and I want you all to know how thankfull I am with your concern and sympathy..darn In not spelling write..sheeesh..anyhow...just keep in mind that im good, and the fact than I CAN write about this and confess it to you all that it did happen to me is a sign that I have come a long way in putting all that past me. So Im good guys just thought you all would want to know that. Ok on to da fic...

Chapter 10~Consequences!

~~~Kyoto stayed up with Kagome for a few hours afterwards, talking with her about her life in general. Kyoto was deeply saddened by what kagome was confiding in her. She hadnt known about the abuse her real father had caused her, her sister Rin and thier mother. Kyoto realized that she was blessed with loving parents and brothers who would do anything to keep her from harm. Kagome had never had that sort of protection. From what Kyoto gathered about Kagomes stories was she felt like she had to carry the burden for all that had occured. She was the oldest. She needed to be strong for her sister and protect her since there was no one else to. She also felt a need to make sure her mom was protected and happy. Most of the time Kagome often gave up her own happiness to make sure her sister or mother had thiers. In essence, although she didnt say it or might of not even realized it, Kagome was crying out for someone to take care of HER. Kyoto felt this and wished with all her heart she could give Kagome what she unknowingly needed and wanted. What Kagome needed was someone to take the burden off her shoulders once and awhile, to let her be the fragile one, the one who could let down her gaurd and know she would be safe and protected.

~~~Finally the medicines Kagome took for her pain took affect and she was fast asleep again. Kyoto had stayed for a bit more to make sure there would be no more dreams. After awhiles she left the room and went to her own. She was tired, but she reminded herself to talk to Yash and Sess tomorrow and have them terminate Kougas sorry ass from his employment. She would not let Kagome wake up to see him around there while she healed.

~~~Kouga looked around and went on his rounds as he did nightly. He had been working there for two years. He was trusted by his employers and they didnt seem to think of him as a suspect to the leak of info that had been occuring lately. Thanks to some tips from his cousin Naraku he was able to bypass alot of the security measures as he stealthily stole some of the files Hojo had asked him to get. Thanks to Hojo, they had made it hard for anyone to be able to place his relatonship to Naraku and Kikyo. Kouga got a nice payment for the stuff he stole for hojo and as a thank you he had secretly turned him onto Kagome. He knew Hojo had a thing for certain girls and Kouga had been more than happy to steer him towards his once friend and for one night lover. Hojo liked innocent sort of type girls, that fell in love easily and once in love did anything for that person, that had described Kagome to a tee. He felt not an ounce of remorse or regret for putting Kagome and Hojo together, even knowing Hojo had a temper and often took it out on his girls. But Kagome was used to stuff like that, so Kouga figured she was perfect for him. Who would of thought shed get a back bone and finally dump Hojo?

~~~As he began to go threw the secret files looking for the ones he needed, he didnt hear the door behind him open. He hadnt expected anyone to be up and his companion always kept watch of the front when ever Kouga did his rounds. It wasnt till he was grabbed by the scruff of his kneck and slammed into a near by wall that he realized he was not alone and had been caught. He looked up to see the cold amber eyes of Sesshoumaru. The look Sesshoumaru was giving him made his gut clentch and his heart race. Sesshoumaru was not one to be crossed.

"So I see ive found my leak? The spy among us..you will pay for this Kouga...the police are on thier way here now to take you to jail for espionage...but before they get here I would very much like you to tell me who you are woking for? Hojo or Naraku? Your cousin." Sesshoumaru asked in a cold icey tone that sent shivers up Kouga's spine. So they knew. But how? All traces of him being related to Naraku or even Kikyo had been erased, so how did he find out?

"Im not telling you shit...arrest me..I'll be out on bail with in an hour." Kouga smirked smugly, confident that Naraku or Hojo would get him out, if not them then Kikyo would. She always did what he asked of her. After everything hed done for her when they were growing up, she owed him and knew it. She would not refuse him ever. He was so into his own thoughts he didnt see the flash that crossed Sesshoumarus face till he was hit in the face with a powerfull punch.

"That dear Kouga was for my sister and brother." Sesshoumaru stated then hit him in the gut, knocking all the wind from his lungs.

"That..that was for me." he replied, then kneed him in the crotch.

"That was for a friend." he added as he smiled and let the man slide down the wall in pain, like the slime he was. It felt good to inflict some amount of pain on the man for all that he had done to thier company, but oddly enough for what he had done to Kagome, and how badly it had affected his sister and his brother.

"Your lucky Inuyasha is not here with me Kouga or you would not be able to move...but for your sake you better hope Inuyasha never finds you or you may not live to see another day." Sesshoumaru warned. Not that he cared if the bastard lived or died, but he did not want his brother to commit murder, he didnt want his brother to go to jail. Indeed Kouga was extremly lucky that Sesshoumaru had taken the precaution to render Inuyasha unconscienc before confronting Kouga. Knowing Inuyasha's temper and the way he so badly wanted to exact some revenge for Kagome's sake, Sesshoumaru had did what he thought best, he had pinched a nerve on his brothers neck and rendered him unconscience. It was for his own good.

~~~The officers came and took Kouga away. The remaining guard, who was shocked to say the least took over and started to change every code and security measures to insure that Kouga could not get into the building ever. Sesshoumaru trusted the guard, hed been with them for 10 years, so he appointed him as the new security chief and asked him to get someone from the security staff that he absolutly trusted and have him work nights to keep his family safe. So far Sesshoumaru was the only one that knew what was going on. Everyone was alseep upstairs and he liked the fact that he was able to protect his siblings and thier guest as well as the company itself and that they were oblivious to it all cause they felt safe and secure. Just as he wanted it to be. Of course when Inuyasha awoke there would be hell to pay, but Sesshoumaru didnt worry much about it. After all his little brother may be strong, but he would never touch his older brother out of anger. And Sess knew this.

~~~To say Kouga was pissed was an understatement. The person he called with his one phone call was Hojo. He explained everything to him.

"I still cant figure out how they knew I was related to Naraku." Kouga said threw clentched teeth.

"That fuckin bitch." Hojo spat.

"Who?" Kouga asked with confussion.

"It was Kagome...shes with them at the penthouse..she must of seen you and told them who you were." Hojo explained, extremly pissed off about the whole situation. Kouga hadnt expected that. So that was Kagome huh? The battered girl with the hood and glasses that Inuyasha had carried into the building and up to the penthouse with his sister on his tail? He hadnt seen Kagome in years. But apperantly the bitch remembered him and had not qualms about telling the Takashi's who he was.

"I warned her to stay away from them...guess she didnt listen to me..shes going to have to be punished for this." Hojo replied.

"As long as shes at the penthouse there no way you can get to her Hojo..the security there is tight and I have no doubt all the codes and counter measures were changed the minute I left the building to insure that I wouldnt be able to get back in...what do we do know? I cant steal anymore secrets and if we dont get the last two files to your contact then all this was for nothing..none of us will get paid for all we've done." Kouga replied, totally pissed, and mentally thinking of how much he wanted to make Kagome pay for fucking up thier plans.

"Dont worry Kouga...we will get the files..one way or the other..either way you'll get paid so dont worry about that..I will have my lawyer come get you out within the hour." Hojo replied as he hung up the phone. He would make Kagome pay for ruining his plans. The bitch needed to learn her place, and needed to learn that no one crossed him and lived to regret it.

~~~Ohh Inuyasha had not been happy. By the time he had woken up, Kouga had been taken away by the police and security was already being taken care of. To know that Sesshoumaru had taken away his chance at kicking Kouga's ass, pissed him off royaly. But he understood his brothers reasoning. After all how would he explain to Kyoto and Kagome why he beat the crap out of Kouga? They wouldnt believe him doing cause they found out he was a spy, and they could not tell them they knew everything he had done to kagome. Kyoto would kill them if she knew her penthouse was bugged. Which left a problem.

"Sess I want to get Kyoto's penthouse debugged..its not right to invade her privacy like that..you know its cause of shit like that that makes her want to be away from us right?" Inuyasha stated. Sesshoumaru sighed.

"I agree..but we have to do it while Kyoto and Kagome are not there, or they will find out."

"Good, now to take care of one last detail." Inuyasha replied as he picked up his phone and dialed a number. Sess couldnt hear the conversation but when Inuyasha got off he was smirking.

"What have you done now little brother?"

"Made sure that no one bails Kouga's sorry little ass from jail...theres no way the judge or anyone is going to let him out on bail till trial, not even spoiled Hojo or his daddy can get him out now..and once hes found guilty hes been assured a nice comfy little spot in a maximum security prison, not one of those minumum country club ones..and its my fondest hope that the little bastard will find himself a very huge cell mate who will help him feel the pain he caused Kagome that night." Inuyasha explained with an evil little grin on his face. Sesshoumaru just sighed. When his brother wanted vengence it was hard to keep him from getting it one way or the other.

"You know you can be quite evil at times brother dear." Sesshoumaru replied.

"Not evil...just someone who doesnt mind doing a little payback when required." Inuyasha explained.

A/N~Okies here the next chap...dont know how well it turned out. I know you all wanted Kouga to get is ass whooped..lol..but we couldnt have Inu charging in there and killing the guy..lol..soo I let Sess handle it, he dealt some pain but he is more restrained than Inuyasha might of been.
