Recap: When everyone had piled back up in the car they were on their way back to the school. Everyone was satisfied with their break and was not looking forward to going back to school. When they arrived the bell rang and they all went their separate ways to their classes.

 

The final bell rang and school was finally out for the day. Kouga had offered to give Kagome a ride, but she wanted to walk home with her friends.

 

CONTINUING:

Kagome gave Kouga a hug and light kiss and began walking with her friends. Kouga had watched them until they were out of view and then got in his car. Out of the girls, Kagome's house was the furthest from school and she had always dropped her friends at their houses before she went home. All of her friends had offered to walk her home, but she refused and told them that it was nice to be alone for awhile.

During her walk home Kagome was getting light headed. She stopped to lean up against a tree, but before she knew it she had passed out.

DREAM:

Nothing but open fields and bright blue skies.

It is so beautiful, and god he is too.

There is a boy about the same age as Kagome leaning against a tree, with long and shining silver hair...and ears?

Kagome: Whoa where am I... And who are you?

Boy: Well, I am InuYasha. And you are?

Kagome: umm...

Boy: I already know who you are, you are Kagome, right?

Kagome: How do you know who I am? I've never seen or met you before. And I am sure I would remember those ears.

She walks over to the boy and gazes at his ears.

Boy: Would you stop staring already, you're creeping me out!

Kagome jumps back and begins to blush.

Boy: So...You really don't remember me, do you?

Kagome: I already said I don't remember... Wait, why should I remember you? I don't even know you!

Boy: Of course you know me! We only spent like a couple years together!

Kagome: What do you mean, a couple years? This is the first time I have ever seen you.

Boy: Say what you like, but I'm telling the truth!

For some reason Kagome is getting really irritated and she didn't know why. She had only just met this guy, there is no way they could have spent a couple of years together.

Kagome was so deep in thought that she never noticed that the boy had snuck up behind her, and before she knew it she was being held by powerful arms, but it felt comforting and familiar.

END DREAM.

Kagome had awoke and realized she was in her bed.

“How did I get home? I don't remember...” she said sitting up holding her head as the throbbing pain rushed through her head. She hissed.

She was about to get out of bed and find her mom, but halted at the door when she heard footsteps coming towards her room. She ran back to her bed and lay down quickly before the door opened.
