The Date…

 

 

`I hope this dress is okay. It seems almost too formal for an evening out.' Just then Kagome heard a knock at her door. “Just a second!” She grabbed her purse, and headed to the door where Inuyasha was waiting in a black Armani suit. She was grateful to see him dressed so expensively. Her own dress had cost her more than she should have spent. It was gorgeous though. Deep crimson, spaghetti straps, a v-cut just low enough to reveal some cleavage, but not enough to make her look trashy, and form-fitting, mutely showing of the swell of her breasts, hips, and ass.

 

Inuyasha caught his breath when the door opened and he saw the object of his affections (amongst other things) standing there in his favorite color. `Damn, she looks amazing! I didn't think it was possible for anyone look that pa-fekuto. And she's wearing red.' “You look, tenrai. I've never seen a prettier female in all my life.” He offered his arm, “Shall we?” With that he led her to the waiting limo.

 

Now it was her turn to catch her breath. Kagome had never been in a limo before, especially on a first date. Inuyasha noticed the look on her face. “Didn't you put my name together with my brother's and realize that this would be no ordinary date?”

 

“You mean your brother is Sesshoumaru Akumakimi?” Kagome was awestruck that she could attract the attention of someone who could obviously have his choice of any woman on the planet. She'd thought he might be, but the realization hit her when he had said it.

 

“Hai. We don't talk as much as we used to, but…” he got somehow lost in thought for a moment. “Anyhow, we should get in. Our reservations won't keep all night.”

 

 

They went to an expensive Italian restaurant just outside of town, called Firenze's.

 

“Oh my gosh. This place looks so…”

 

“Expensive?” Inuyasha offered.

 

“That but…I'm not sure what I wanted to say. It's just the most elaborate date I've ever gone on was prom. And that consisted of prom and the guy trying to get me drunk in some sleazy hotel after.”

 

“Well, this isn't prom and I won't try to get you drunk at all, especially in some sleazy hotel, so relax a little. We're here to enjoy some good food, and I have a surprise after dinner.”

 

They went inside. Kagome was surprised for a moment when they were sat at one of the VIP tables, and then she remembered who she was on a date with and blushed.

 

“The view from here is gorgeous.” They had a perfect view of the lake that was just outside the window.

 

“Excuse me Mr. Akumakimi, would you like to place your order, or would you be interested in looking through our menu for tonight?”

 

“Kagome, would you like a menu, or shall I order for us?”

 

“You can order. I don't think I want to see the prices, I don't think I'd be able to eat after.”

 

“Bring two of my usual then.” He turned to Kagome, “I hope you like pasta. I've come here with my brother many times, and I absolutely fell in love with their veal parmesan.”

 

“It sounds delicious.”

 

They ate and drank a very expensive wine with their meal. After dinner they went for a walk on the beach to pass time before the play Inuyasha planned to take Kagome to see. He thought she would appreciate the actors. They were very talented.

 

They went to see Hamlet. The actors knew there were scouts in the audience this evening, so they were better than ever. The play was the best performance Kagome had ever seen and she told Inuyasha this.

 

“Will you accompany me home, Miss Kagome? I swear to be a perfect gentleman, and you can sleep in the guest room.”

 

“I don't think that's a good idea. Sango and Miroku would worry if I wasn't home in the morning, and I left all of my schoolwork at home.”

 

“You could call them from my home, and you don't have to finish your work tonight. I'll have you driven home tomorrow if you must go. Please say you'll stay in my home?”

 

“I have no clothes there. And I certainly can't sleep in this.”

 

“I have a maid about your size, I'm sure she would allow you to borrow something to sleep in for the night. Please Kagome. I have a bad feeling about leaving you alone tonight.”

 

“Ok, but we sleep in separate rooms and if anything feels uncomfortable to me, you allow me to be taken home immediately.”

 

“I would have it no other way if that is your wish.” 

 

With that, they went to his home, and…

 

 

A/N - You'll just have to wait for the next chapter. I'll try to update soon, but my computer time is now restricted to a friends house. Till mine is running updates will likely be few and far between. Sorry, I can't fix it. Anyways, how am I doing for my first fic? Please r&r.
