InuYasha Fan Fiction ❯ Hidden Behind The Mask ❯ Behind the Mask ( Chapter 1 )
[ A - All Readers ]
A/N: This is my first fanfic be nice, I'm new at this.
(Disclaimer: Don't own InuYasha.)
On a cliff with two lovers sitting under the full moon facing each other. One has silver hair and dog-ears on top of his head with amber eyes that seem to glow in the moonlight, the other with midnight blue hair and dark, chocolate brown eyes.
“Hey, InuYasha?” came the soft call of a female voice.
“What, Kagome.” InuYasha replied softly to Kagome. “I was wondering, why do you always hide your true emotions, even to me, YOUR mate?” Kagome replied determinedly. InuYasha gulped. He hated it when she would get like this, always bugging him about his past or feelings. Normally, he would have blown it off, but since she had put another rosary on him… he had to give it some serious thought.
InuYasha sighed. “I hide my emotions so I don't get rejected by them. I'm all ready rejected by most of society for being a hanyou.” “Can I at least see them once. I love you, unconditionally and with all my heart.” Kagome said quietly. With that, she leaned up and kissed him lightly on the lips. InuYasha relented. “Okay, but don't tell anyone.” “Promise.” Kagome replied smiling. InuYasha inhaled deeply.
Kagome felt (through the bond that the two shared) something she thought was not possible to be felt by her beloved hanyou. It was soft and warm and comforting and filled with so much love. She explored a bit and found fear that she would be repulsed by his emotions. And … and …
“SIT SIT SIT!!!!!!!” Kagome yelled. *wham* *wham* *wham* InuYasha groaned she found out…
“WHY DID YOU NOT TELL ME THAT I WAS PREGNATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!” she screeched.
A/N: I couldn't pass up an opportunity to sit everyone's favorite hanyou. Any way Review please. If you do I might continue the story!!!
For Ancient Spirit: Kagome could tell that she was pregnant because one of the emotions was fatherly pride with anxiety near it. I know this is a lame answer but unless you want me to rewrite the story it'll have to do.
