Hiding amongst the shadows of time.
Okay people I have some info that you need to know about me. In the first week of February, my birthday month, I’m moving to a small town in Tennessee. So updates in January and the first 2 weeks of February will be scares if none. I’m just telling so don't be mad. Summery: why does it seem that the fates have the most unexpected in mind for kagome. First the well. Then tapping in her miko powers. Then finding out that she as well as her family are...can't tell you that so early. Now with that info an sago on her side they set of to find there trainer and train there powers to the maximum strength, for the fear of the return to the dark lord. What will happen to the two in this crazy twist of a story? I’m not even sure myself. So please just read an enjoy! Remember 5 review and I mean it.

"This kouga, this is the person my heart belongs to, I don't love you alright" kagome said in a pleading voice, for the first time ever kouga was pissed at a woman. Growling him head for the door. Taking one more look at kagome he left never to see kagome again.

With a sigh kagome walked out the library followed by sango.
"I think this is all for tonight" sesshouamru said leaving heading for the hot springs. Saun left right after heading for kagome and sango.
The night was going to be even more chaotic.

Aria rose from her sleep drenched in sweat. Getting up on shaky feet she hurried to the mat entrance then out. Her breath was hitched as she saw the sky. He was back and most likely looking for her kids. She needed to get to them. Running back inside her woke everyone up.
"Aria what’s going on" randy asked
"Get up all of you we got to go to them he's back" aria yelled as she packed her stuff
"Who’s back” inuyasha asked as kikyou looked bored
"The dark lord...he's after us I need to get to them" aria said as she pulled her night kimono off to reveal her body in a pair of dark demin jeans, white tank top and black boots. She grabbed another white button down shirt and put it over her tank tip but didn't button it up.
"Hold on lady aria, you have no clue where they are" miroku said
"Well...about that, I sent them away to train, there in the western lands" aria said with a smile
"What...don't you know that my brother runs those lands" inuyasha bellowed while kikyou tried to calm him down
"Do you know where his castle is?" aria asked
"Yeah” inuyasha yelled
"Well great be our guide I sent them to your brother" aria said with a smile

Kagome sighed as the waters hit her skin. She was mixed with emotions. Pissed was number one. Sad was second. Angry was third. Last was confusion. She was confused on her actions at the dinner table and why sesshouamru was acting the way he was. She was pondering this thought, but was interrupted when she heard a splash of water. With a sigh kagome turned around and peeked threw to the other side behind a large boulder that separated half the hot spring from the other half of the room and nearly fainted when she saw who it was.
On the other side of the hot spring sesshouamru jumped into the hot spring to release some of his stress from the day. His thoughts kept going back to what kagome said in the library to kouga. They haunted his thoughts for some reason. He let out a un-chrematistic sigh as he leaned against a boulder. He lifted his head to look around. He sensed somebody on the other side of the boulder and smirked when the scent of papaya and many other fruits came to his nose.
"See something you like kagome” sesshouamru said, he could almost feel the heat from kagome's cheeks and chuckled at the thought
"Bastard get out of here" kagome yelled
"Calm down kagome I only wish to bath" sesshouamru said from the other side of the bolder
"I hate talking threw walls, close your eyes for a moment" kagome said
"Why” sesshouamru asked
"Because I’m coming over to talk to you" kagome yelled
"Fine, come on" sesshouamru said as he closed his eyes. For a few moments nothing was heard then a loud splash and water falling on his head followed by giggles.
"Hehehe sorry" kagome said blushing. It was a good thing the water came up to her neck and the fact that there was a thick mist neither could see each other.
"Haha my ass" sesshoumaru muttered as he moved his wet hair out of the way, kagome caught what he said
"Well at least I said sorry" kagome mumbled as she sat on a rock opposite of him
"What would you wish to speak upon" sesshoumaru asked
"What happen in the library...do you I was to hard on kouga" kagome asked

"Okay..." kagome started to think, there was conferrable silence between the two before kagome started to talk again.
"You know when I started all that screaming a while back and you came in to see what was wrong and I said nothing" kagome asked

"Well...I lied, I’m having dreams, I see myself as a kid, and I see myself training, but...not here" kagome whispered
"What do you mean ' not here?" sesshoumaru asked
"I mean...not on this planet the people were too...different and everything was too odd and modern for that time, almost like I was on another world or something" kagome said shaking

"How it ends...there is so much blood...on my hands i.e. don't know" kagome whispered, she felt like she was 3 years old again.
"Kagome come here" sesshoumaru said
"Wha…what...ah hell no!" kagome yelled
"Kagome were adults, I think we can control ourselves" sesshoumaru said smirking a little at the thought of what she would do

She didn't know how they got in the position they were in but now she was in his arms. Her face in his chest crying...again. Her tears were hot to his warm skin as they fell on his chiseled chest. His arms wrapped around her waist. His head nuzzled her hair as he tried to comfort her. They finally broke apart as kagome stopped crying. Both said not a word for a while as they stared at each other. The amber blue/gray mist swirled together to mix in the gaze.
"Kagome I can help you in your dreams" sesshoumaru finally spoke
"How so" kagome asked
"Let me put a mind connection on you" sesshoumaru asked
"How would you do that" kagome asked
"Its easy, we cut each other on the wrist, I drink your blood and you drink my blood, the power in our blood mix together to set up a bond, the bad thing is at a distance the connection will break" sesshoumaru said in a husky voice
"How far" kagome asked
"Depends on the strength of the connection" sesshoumaru said and kagome nodded her head as if to say yes.
With his eyes still trained on hers he slowly brought his clawed hand to her left he pulled it from the water then made a shallow slice to her skin. Nothing to deep where she would bleed to death. Taking the opposite hand he cut himself. She brought her hand to his face as he brought his to her lips. There eyes locked once more as they both tasted each others blood. Sesshoumaru inner beast was set a blazing at the sharp spicy taste of her blood. His mouth clenched around her wrist. Kagome for one was not the type to just drink blood, but sesshouamru blood had a spicy yet subdued hint to it that made her want more like a vampire would. Both pulled back licking there lips. Neither knew who started it, but didn't care at this point in time as they kissed each other. Hands worked up and down bare bodies trying to remember every dip and curve.
When they pulled away kagome was blushing like a tomato. Sesshoumaru mask had slipped into of pure lust. His eyes showed with it as well as his voice.
"I think we should stop" sesshoumaru said huskily in her ear
"Yea…yeah your right...we'll both regret this. I think I’m done" kagome said as she swam back to the other side of the hot spring getting out. She walked to a small bench were her cloths lye. Putting on only her robe she walked out of the hot spring.
'No kagome I would have not regretted it ' sesshouamru thought as he to rise from the depts. of the spring to go to his room.

Kagome was now dressed in a black t-shirt that stopped at her mid-thigh and a pair of fuzzy black socks. She sighed as she got up under the sateen sheets of her bed to lie down.
'How could I do that, I’m cheating on maru for sesshy...whoa were did that come from'

With the battle of her inner thoughts kagome was finally fell into a fitful slumber.

Kagome sat in a field of flowers on a hill that over looked the ocean. The sky was clear with no clouds to taint the powder blue it was. Kagome was in udder shock. For once her dream didn't have training. Didn’t have battle or blood, but peaceful scenery. There in the distance was an apple tree. She wasn't shocked about that, but rather the person that sat under the tree.
"Why so shocked to see me" sesshoumaru called out to her as he raised his head to look at her
"What...where are we?' kagome asked as she walked over to him
"We are in a shared dream as I told you before" sesshoumaru said
" well move over so I can sit" kagome said now standing in front of him, hands on her hips, sesshoumaru looked amused and had a glint in his eyes but non the less moved over for his royal Hines. Kagome sat down glaring and shifting. It was starting to really annoy sesshoumaru
"Could you stop" sesshoumaru hissed
"Oh hehe sorry, its just to quiet" kagome said
"Then change what we are doing into something you want" sesshoumaru said
" hmmm...I’m going to use this dream thing to good use, if you live long enough you'll thank me" kagome said as she changed the scene to one of a class room

"This sesshoumaru is your nightly lesson, I’m going to teach you everything about the modern era, this is repayment for teaching me how to fight" kagome explained
"Fine woman" sesshoumaru said leaning back in his seat
"First of all in this classroom its Miss Kagome, second...those clothing have to go" kagome said, she imagined sesshoumaru wearing a skin tight black shirt with another unbutton black silk dress shirt to go over it. Diesel jeans and a pair of black boots. Sesshoumaru looked down at his outfit then back to kagome.
"Woman what have you done to my clothing" sesshoumaru hissed
"Oh calm down, remember were only dreaming, when you wake up you'll be back in your regular clothing" kagome said as she change her outfit into a black skirt, and white tank top.
"Go head and teacher me” sesshoumaru said leaning back inwardly smirking
"Okay first things first, the basic of survival" kagome started
Much of the dream teaching was on how to speak, how to act in the crowd, different types of music. Like she said the basics of survival.

All of a sudden kagome was roused from her sleep. She looked around her room to see the sun light poring in from an open window. With a sigh she got up from under the covers. Walking over to the window she felt it.
' what the fuck...mom ' kagome thought an not giving it a second thought she ran out of her room in only her sleeping cloths a long black terry cloth robe. running down the staircase to see a group of people looking at the entrench she ran to the front of the crowd and gasped.

"they’ll be here by night, they were going to slow for my taste, for someone who is trying to save kagome he is taking his sweet time about it" aria said with laughter in her voice

"non since I’ll sleep in one of there rooms, no need to go all out for me" aria said, as soon as she said ' sleep in one of their rooms' the fighting teens stopped.
they looked at there mom then at each other. souta being the smart one ran down the hall and up the back steps. kagome and sango ran up the main steps to the left they ran to their rooms. they were going to be home free till they saw there mother looking at you.
" where do you think your going, I’m sleeping in one of yaw rooms, how can you run away and an not share a room with the woman who clothed feed and housed you an not only that but spent 19 hours bringing you both into this world" aria yelled at the two women
"well its like this...see yaw" kagome yelled as she ran into the hall leaving sango standing there looking dumfounded

"umm well um...I’m sharing a room with...saun, yeah that it I’m sharing a room with saun, bye" sango yelled then walked off down the hall to her room.
"well aint that a bitch, well looks like I need that room now” aria said with a loud sigh, sesshoumaru only smirked

once again all gathered in the library waiting for the 3 woman to speak.
"okay its like this, he'll attack when we have no clue" aria said
"so do we seek him" the northern lord asked
"no matter where we are he'll come, if were here or go search for him he'll always come after us" sango said
"personally I think we should just leave because on our account we've caused enough damage to your lovely home" kagome said leaning against a wall
"I think this enough to think over you may all leave, kagome stay here" sesshoumaru ordered. all left the room but not before kagome made a remark

All of a sudden kagome was roused from her sleep. She looked around her room to see the sun light poring in from an open window. With a sigh she got up from under the covers. Walking over to the window she felt it.
' what the fuck...mom ' kagome thought an not giving it a second thought she ran out of her room in only her sleeping cloths a long black terry cloth robe. running down the staircase to see a group of people looking at the entrench she ran to the front of the crowd and gasped.
"mommy” kagome yelled as she flanged herself at the woman before her.
"gome “the woman said
"ah mom" a gruff voice asked
"hey souta" aria said becoming him to come to her
"umm mom what cha doing here" sango asked from atop the staircase
"checking to see if you were okay, he was here last night wasn't he" aria asked in a stern pissed voice
"yes” kagome and sango asked
"who?' souta asked
"who else but the dark lord" sango said
"what fuck...why yaw didn’t wake me” souta all but yelled
"well for one you were out cold because you took my mr pills” kagome hissed
"oh hehe you see I umm we had migraines so we needed to take something" souta said in his defense
" what ever yaw little Saul brat " kagome yelled, no later tan a minute the two were at it again with sango trying in spite of herself to calm them down but only made it worst an was now arguing to defend herself.
"enough” aria yelled, at that very moment they stopped all eyes turned to sesshoumaru as he walked down the steps. his movement was graceful and fluent. he made his way over to aria.
"lady aria" sesshoumaru said bowing his head to show respect
"lord sesshoumaru" aria said bowing to him
"whereas the half breed and dead bitch" sesshoumaru hissed
"they’ll be here by night, they were going to slow for my taste, for someone who is trying to save kagome he is taking his sweet time about it" aria said with laughter in her voice
"I’ll have a room near your kids for you" sesshoumaru said coolly
"non since I’ll sleep in one of there rooms, no need to go all out for me" aria said, as soon as she said ' sleep in one of their rooms' the fighting teens stopped.
they looked at there mom then at each other. souta being the smart one ran down the hall and up the back steps. kagome and sango ran up the main steps to the left they ran to their rooms. they were going to be home free till they saw there mother looking at you.
" where do you think your going, I’m sleeping in one of yaw rooms, how can you run away and an not share a room with the woman who clothed feed and housed you an not only that but spent 19 hours bringing you both into this world" aria yelled at the two women
"well its like this...see yaw" kagome yelled as she ran into the hall leaving sango standing there looking dumfounded
"sango" aria said
"umm well um...I’m sharing a room with...saun, yeah that it I’m sharing a room with saun, bye" sango yelled then walked off down the hall to her room.
"well aint that a bitch, well looks like I need that room now” aria said with a loud sigh, sesshoumaru only smirked

once again all gathered in the library waiting for the 3 woman to speak.
"okay its like this, he'll attack when we have no clue" aria said
"so do we seek him" the northern lord asked
"no matter where we are he'll come, if were here or go search for him he'll always come after us" sango said
"personally I think we should just leave because on our account we've caused enough damage to your lovely home" kagome said leaning against a wall
"I think this enough to think over you may all leave, kagome stay here" sesshoumaru ordered. all left the room but not before kagome made a remark
"what are you my father" kagome hissed
"far from it femora" sesshoumaru said smirking at her blush
"jackass what do you want" kagome hissed, everyone was still looking at them crazy, was sesshoumaru flirting with kagome?
"you may all leave" sesshoumaru hissed, everyone was gone, he looked around to see kagome trying to slip out
"not you” he barked out
"oh umm hehe I was only going to close the door" kagome said closing the door
"surrre" sesshoumaru said
"what do you want to speak about" kagome asked sitting down
"the night of the attack" sesshoumaru said
"yeah what about it " kagome asked
"I wish to know what you meant by what you said" sesshoumaru said
"what...?" kagome asked?
