High school's a bitch

 

Intro:

 

Inuyasha sat on the roof of the higurashi shrine deep in thought. He was disappointed. A while back across the well, Inuyasha left Kagome for Kikyou again and made her upset. He and Koga made a bet; if he could last a month as a student at Kagomes high school, Koga promises to leave Kagome alone. At that second Inuyasha agreed. “Koga better keep his word!” he thought. Inuyasha starts school tomorrow and wasn't even the least bit worried but he wasn't planning on telling Kagome, she was too made at him.

 

Chapter one: The firs day

 

Kagome slipped on her school uniform and tied back her hair. Inuyasha peeked into her room to make sure she wasn't looking, and rushed over to Sota's room, which was all blue with cars all over the floor.

 

“How does this work?” Inuyasha held out the belt to the uniform out in front of Sota. His dress shirt hung out from all directions, pants un buttoned and his tie in his hair. Sota laughed untying the tie from his hair and said,

 

“Inuyasha this goes around your neck like that.” Sota tucked in Inuyashas dress shirt, buttoned the pants and slipped on his shoes. They looked in the mirror for a couple of seconds until Sota interrupted.

 

“Too formal.”

 

“What?” Inuyasha said upset after the trouble he had fitting in the uniform.

 

“You have to look cool Inuyasha!” Sota replied. He rolled up the sleeves of the shirt, let some of the tucked in part hang, unbuttoned 3 buttons of the shirt, and one from the pants, loosened the tie and unrolled the bottom of his pants.

 

“Better.” Sota said.

 

“Sota!” his mother yelled.

 

“Oh, sorry Inuyasha, you're on your own, my bus is here.” Sota slipped on his backpack and ran down the stairs.

 

“Bye mom.” Inuyasha heard Sota say. Inuyasha sighed, and walked out the room and saw Kagome walking toward his direction with her nose in a book. Inuyasha shrieked and dogged right back in her little brother's room. She passed right by and didn't even notice. She grabbed he lunch, tapped the tip of her show against the floor and headed off. Inuyasha grabbed the file the principle gave him yesterday, opened the window, jumped out and made it to school before she did. When he got to the front doors, he reached opened the file and checked what class he had first.

 

“En-g-li-s-h?” Inuyasha said aloud. He walked in, held out the map and followed it to English. He walked in, left hand pocket. All the class mates stared at him.

 

“What? He asked with an attitude. All the classmates looked the other way.

 

“Is this En-g-li-s-h?” He asked the strange looking adult writing on the chalk bored. “A man? No woman, I think” The afro-haired woman turned and nodded once and pointed to an empty seat in the class. Inuyasha sat down behind a large boy. The student to his right leaned over to speak to Inuyasha.

 

“Watch out, that guy farts a lot.” Inuyasha just gave a whatever look to the boy and waited.

 

“Alright class we have a new student joining us this morning his name is, Inu-sanuma”

 

“Its Inuyasha sir, pronounce it right!” Inuyasha corrected and the class began to laugh.

 

“Watch your manners!” The woman said before asking Inuyasha to stand. Inuyasha was standing by his desk scraping the dry blood off his claws.

 

“Inuyasha, wear your uniform appropriately tat does not look nice on a boy.” She told him.

 

“Neither does that hair cut but no one tells you what to do.” Inuyasha replied to her. The class laughed and ooood but the English teacher decided to let it go since it was his first day. She asked him to take a seat. The boy in front of him made a small vibration sound. With Inuyashas sensitive nose, he was able to realize the boy blew a fart before the rest of the kids, but he let them know.

 

“Holy Fuck!” Inuyasha flew off his chair backwards. The teacher turned around to see what the problem was. Inuyasha was getting up with little balance trying to fight off the scent his sensitive nose couldn't handle.

 

“Inuyasha! Those are not words to be spoken during class! Get out to the hall way!”

 

Inuyasha grabbed his bag and leaned against the wall for support and walked out the class room slamming the door behind him. Inuyasha sat on the ground, bells ringing in his head. But soon after that the school bell rang as well. Inuyasha opened his eyes and saw students coming out of different rooms. He got up to his feet and began searching to see what class he had next. Running his finger down the page, he came to a stop at “lunch” Now he knew what that word meant. With his keen nose, he followed the scent of fresh buns and burgers. When he got to the cafeteria, he saw Kagome sitting at one of the tables with her friends.

 

“Shit.” He said looking around. He saw an apron and hat hanging on a hook by the stands and slipped it on, hiding all his hair in his hat so she wouldn't recognize him.

 

“Yo! Duke!” A guy called. Inuyasha turned around. “You're serving for the next 20 minutes” Inuyasha looked down to see a name tag on the apron he was wearing. It read Duke. He followed the guy and saw so much food. The guy handed Inuyasha a large spoon and said,

 

“Just give the people their food!” Inuyasha looked at his name tag. Joe.

 

“Listen Joe, there's a mistake see I…” Joe was gone.

 

“Excuse me are you going to talk to yourself or are you going to give me my food?” Asked a customer.

 

“Uh,” Inuyasha looked down at the food. He began serving the students who came by.

 

When all the students were eating he slipped of his disguise and began eating away himself.

 

“Hey Kagome, I heard there's a new guy in school who a real trouble maker” A friend of Kagomes said

 

“Oh?” Kagome questioned. “What's his name?”

 

“In- something. I forget.” Kagome looked around the cafeteria and Inuyasha ducked behind some chairs before she spotted him.

 

“I'll probably run into him.” She said grabbing her tray and dumping the left overs in the trash can. Then a boy with black hair walked over to Kagome.

 

“Hey Kagome, are we still on for Saturday?” he asked her.

 

“Ya, Jordan.” She answered.

 

“Awesome.” He kissed her on the cheek and left the cafeteria. Inuyasha eyes flew wide open.

 

“Who's that?” Inuyasha thought.

 

When Kagome was out of sight, Inuyasha got up and headed to his next class. Gym. When he walked in he changed into his gym uniform that the coach handed him, tied back his hair with one of Kagomes hair ties, and headed to the field.

 

“Have you ever played volleyball before Inuyasha?” His coach asked.

 

“Um, no sir.” Inuyasha said.

 

“Call me coach.” The man said tapping Inuyasha on the shoulder.

 

“Coach” Inuyasha said.

 

“Alright so for now, when the ball comes to you just pass it over to one of your teammates like this or this.”

 

Coach said while he demonstrated a bump and a volley. Inuyasha nodded and walked over to the front right side of the field. When Inuyasha looked around to remember the faces of his teammates, he saw that in center field was, “Jordan” Inuyasha thought with a nasty glare. The whistle blew and the opposite team set a good serve, the ball went over to Inuyasha, and Instead of volleying or bumping, he discovered the spike on his own, and spiked the ball over to Jordan with serious speed. The ball knocked Jordan hard behind the head knocking him off balance hitting his face hard against the floor. Everyone started in shock of Inuyashas strength including coach.

 

“Well…” Coach said looking at Jordan struggle to get up. “If you can't control your strength, just do the methods I taught you alright?” Inuyasha nodded and the game continued. Inuyasha smiled, enjoying Jordan's suffering and decided to do it again, only this time he bumped the ball pretending to miss and bumped Jordan on the chin. Inuyasha laughed. Only this time he Jordan was sent to the emergency room. Inuyasha frowned in disappointment to the fact his fun was gone. The game continues and Inuyasha tried playing well this time. Many times he ran his demon speed, and jumped his demon height and hit with his demon strength. Many times in the game, Inuyasha was his own team. The class all jumped on Inuyasha cheering on their new champion.

 

After gym, Inuyasha had health. He refuses to ever go in their again! He already knows how babies are made and he doesn't need an explanation. On the way out of the school, Inuyasha ran into a crowd in the middle of the hall way. He looked over everyone's head and saw two guys fist fighting. Seamed like the tall one was winning. Inuyasha rolled his eyes and lifted the tall boy by the back of his collar from his white blouse and tossed him across the hall. Everyone stared at Inuyasha as he walked out of the school and headed back to the shrine and through the well.

 

Kagome was walking home with her friends, when one caught up from behind.

 

“Hey Kagome, did you meet the new kid?” The girl asked.

 

“No, actually I haven't seen him once today.” Kagome wondered

 

“Well rumor has it that for his first day, he's made a HUGE impression.”

 

“Oh?”

 

“Yeah, he got kicked out of English class for swearing and trash talking to Mrs.ooglebottom”

 

“So he's bad?” Kagome asked.

 

“Wrong! I heard he served 80 kids at the cafeteria!”

 

“Yeah and he was kickass at volleyball practice.” Said another girl

 

“Wow” Kagome said.

 

“He also stopped a fight after school today with one hand.”

 

“Sounds like a strong guy.” Kagome said.

 

“Yeah weird thing is, he has this long silver hair and wears ears over his head.”

 

Kagome stopped at the words, long, silver, EARS. She thought really hard. “Inuyasha better not have been at my school today!”

 

She rushed over to the feudal area right away to see if Inuyasha was there. She found Inuyasha at the hut of Kiede in his regular old cloths.

 

“Hey Inuyasha.”

 

“Hey Kagome. How was school?”

 

“Did you come to my time at all today Inuyasha?”

 

“No, why would I go there?”

 

“Hmm...” she turned around and began walking back to the dry well. “If I find out you were at my school Inuyasha I'll be very upset!”

 

Inuyasha shivered at the thought of the amount of Osuwari's he would have to put up with if she saw him there. But a deal's a deal and he has to go back tomorrow. Under his red kimono was his school uniform still, and he decided to go back to Sota for help getting it off.

 

Once Inuyasha was back in his normal cloths he wiggled in bed with Sota for tonight until he found a place of his own to sleep where Kagome wouldn't find him. Kagome's never in Sota's room so he'll be fine in here. He was deep in thought. So deep in thought about the things Kagome goes through everyday in highshool. Kept thinking…kept thinking until his eyes shut tight and the Hanyou was fast asleep.
