What up minna! Guess what. Guess, go on guess. Oh all right I'll tell you. Kagome actually makes a real appearance in this chapter not to mention I make things even more complicated for Jinx and Sessou. I am so evil! And just what is our Jinx? She's not a demon, or a priestess, so what could she be? You'll just have to keep reading to find out. Oh and let me clear up some things: Demons and humans both live together and go to the same schools. So yes Sessou and Inu and Kouga are demons. Kag and Kik will be priestesses and Miroku will be a monk, go figure, Sango is not still a demon exterminator her family does something else. You'll see. Read the story! On with the fic!

"Ahh! Free period. No teachers, no work, no..."
"You have free period?" Sango asked Jinx.
"Yep. Nothing to do for the next sixty-five minutes. I am going to be so bored."
"So why don't you come to class with me?" Sango asked as the bell rang signaling the end of lunch.
"I don't know Sango. I may be bored but not enough to sit through math or something." Jinx answered.
"I have music class this period."
"Well if it's music sure! I love music." Jinx told her.
"So do I! This is so great. You will love our music teacher he's so much fun! Most students take his class all four years."
"Speaking of your teacher won't he mind having me sit in on his class?" Jinx asked Sango.
"Nah! Mr.Nichi is totally cool. He won't mind if you come and chill."
"Sounds like fun. What instrument do you play?"
"I play..."
"My heart strings." Mirouku interrupted coming up behind them.
"Baka." Sango said blushing, " I play the viola."
"And you sing." Mirouku chimed in.
"Mirouku!" Sango snapped at him.
"You sing?" Jinx asked her
"Like an angel" Mirouku answered gazing adoringly at Sango making her blush an even deeper red.
Jinx just smiled at them both saying nothing not wanting to destroy this moment between them.
"So Jinx do you play any instruments?" Sango asked her.
"I play the ... wait a minute." Jinx said thinking about something. "I thought that music class was for people who play the clarinet and stuff like that? Oh man now I have to sit through an hour of people destroying Mozart." Jinx said with a sigh.
Mirouku just smiled at her, "It's not that kind of music class Jinx." He told her.
"What do you mean?" Jinx asked him.
"Take a look for yourself." Mirouku told her as he opened the door to the music room.
"Wow!" Jinx said.
As Jinx looked around that was all she could think of to say. The music room was a huge lecture hall that had students setting up every kind of instrument. There was a string section, wood, and horn everything for an orchestra but there were also students setting up amps, drums, keyboards, electric guitars and turntables. Jinx had a feeling that this wasn't going to be your ordinary music class.
"I've never seen a music class like this before."Jinx said to MIrouku as Sango went to go talk to someone she knew.
"Yeah it's great. Everyone already knows how to play an instrument and some of them can sing too like Sango. Not to mention that we have one of the coolest teachers in the school. He's so open to new styles he loves to mix and match music."
"What exactly do you do in this class Mirouku?" Jinx asked him.
"I would think that would be obvious" Said a voice that was all too familiar.
As Jinx slowly turned around she kept silently praying to herself, this is not happening, this is not happening, not happening, not...
"Aww hell. You! Can't I get a brake today." Jinx exclaimed looking at Sessoumaru. "What are you stalking me or something?"
"Don't flatter yourself. If I remember you approached me in gym. I actually have the talent necessary to take this class."
"What is that supposed to mean?"
"It means that unless your talent is only causing trouble, and it probably is, you have the wrong class."
"Look you arrogant son of a..." Mirouku suddenly put his hand over her mouth.
"Jinx," he said, "let me introduce you around to everybody." Effectively steering her away from what was sure to be an interesting fight.
"Hey guys," Mirouku called out to Sango and a girl she was standing next
to,"Kagome have you met Jinx yet. The girl determined to get maimed and/or killed her first day here?" Mirouku asked glaring at Jinx the whole time.
"Hi Jinx it's nice to meet you officially." Kagome said.
"MMMPPPHHH" Jinx mumbled.
"What did you say?" Mirouku asked Jinx. She just glared at him and pointed at his hand that was still over her mouth.
"Oh sorry." Mirouku said sheepishly pulling his hand away.
"Eeewww. Mirouku I don't know were your hand have been. AND," she said holding up her hand as Mirouku started to open his mouth, "I don't want to know."
"I don't think even Mirouku knows where his hands have been." Kagome said with a smile.
"Nice to meet you to officially. Don't we have first period English class together?"
"Yeah but that's not the first time we met." Kagome said with a smile.
"It's not?" Jinx asked her confused.
"We "met" this morning before school." Kagome told her. Jinx just looked at the girl with a confused look on her face. Kagome just laughed. "You nearly took out my boyfriends car this morning. Nice entrance by the way."
"You saw that to? Damn. Who's your boyfriend?" Jinx asked
"Kouga. You know the guy from gym?" Sango told Jinx.
"That asshole! Why are you with him?" Jinx asked Kagome unapologetically.
"JINX!" Sango yelled at her.
"What?" Jinx asked her. "I want to know."
"I can't believe you just said that." Sango said staring at her new friend.
"About time someone said it." Mirouku said not quite under his breath.
"You know sometimes I don't even know why I'm with him" Kagome said with a small smile.
"Then maybe you shouldn't be with him" Jinx said. "Just a thought, just a thought."
"I bet you have tons of them." Kagome said to Jinx.
"Oh my God you have no idea! You should hear what I think about the government cover-up about penguins coming in the middle of the night to try to take over our minds." Jinx said with a totally straight face as Kagome, Sango, and Mirouku burst out laughing. "It's true." Jinx told them. "I even have a T-shirt that says so."
"And if it's on a T-shirt it must be true." Kagome stopped laughing long enough to say.
"Damn right." Jinx said finally laughing along with them.

Smart boy. Sessoumaru thought to himself as his brothers friend dragged the girl away. Her constant disrespect was starting to get on his nerves, no correction she already got on his nerves. Which irritated him even more because he never let anything or anyone for that matter grate on him the way this girl did. He didn't know what it was about her but he just got the feeling she wasn't your average human if she even was at all. 'Oh come on' he thought to himself, 'stop making excuses to yourself. At least be honest with yourself. You're attracted to her and you don't like it.' That is the stupidest thing I've heard in a while and I live with Inuyasha. 'Really then why are you arguing with yourself about it and why does your stomach do that weird thing when your within a hundred feet of her?' My stomach does not do a thing. he growled to the voice in his head. 'Whatever you say but you know you're a sucker for a blue eyed girl.' Ha! her eyes are brown. Sessoumaru told the voice. 'Ha! Thank you for proving my point! Since when do you notice a girls eye color? Not to mention that they're brown. Common enough don't you think?' Shut up and go away. Sessoumaru growled at the voice. 'Fine but remember I'm you so the person to get mad at is yourself.' Brown eyes, Sessoumaru thought to himself, the deepest and clearest brown he'd ever seen. Eyes, he discovered as he watched her smile and laugh with some of his half brothers friends, that lit up from the inside. He also discovered a few more things. He discovered that he would give his left arm to have her smile like that at him, he'd give both arms to make her laugh like that. He also found that he didn't like those feelings. He didn't like them at all.
"Hello class!" A voice called out. "How is everyone this morning. You know I thought this was a music class where is the music?" Mr.Nichi asked as everyone went to there seats.
"Mr.Nichi this is my friend Jinx." Sango called out.
"Hello Jinx. You're in this class?" He asked Jinx.
"No sir it's actually my free period. I hope you don't mind but Sango said it would be okay if I sat in on your class." Jinx said to the young teacher.
"It's no problem with me." Mr.Nichi told her.
"Thank you sir."
"Stop calling me sir please it makes me feel old. Just call me Mr.Nichi ok Jinx?"
"OK" she smiled
"Wait... Jinx?" Mr.Nichi asked her.

"But I'm so glad to meet you in person I've heard so much about you. Not to mention been thoroughly warned." He told her.

"Word travels fast in this school." Mr.Nichi told her.
"So I'm beginning to find out." Jinx said sounding annoyed.
"By the way nice entrance this morning." Mr.Nichi smiled at her. That did it Jinx had enough.
"DID EVERYBODY SEE THAT! I MEAN DAMN CAN"T A GIRL BE LATE WITHOUT HAVING THE WHOLE DAMN WORLD COMMENT!" She yelled.
"Nice pipes in there." Mr.Nichi told her not on the least bit fazed by her outburst.
"Thanks." Jinx told him.
"Do you sing?" He asked her.
"Not for free." Jinx told him.
"How much?" he asked.
"For what?" Jinx asked him.
"To hear you sing"
"Twenty dollars" Jinx told him. Not missing a beat Mr.Nichi pulled out his wallet and pulled out a twenty dollar bill and laid it down on the piano in the room.
"You're not serious?" Jinx asked him.
"I pulled out and put down money. Yeah I'm serious."
"You want to hear me sing that bad?"
"Yes I do."
"All right." Jinx told him. "But they have to go." Jinx said motioning to the rest of the class.
"But you said twenty dollars."
"That's right. Twenty dollars each. I doubt you have that much money nor would I ask you to pay it."
"That's the only way?" Mr.Nichi asked her.
"I can't sing for a large audience. I get nervous." Jinx told him.
"Ok everybody out in the hall."
"Won't they hear?" Jinx asked
"Soundproof room." He told her. " Okay everybody out."
"We don't even know if you can sing." Sessoumaru said to her.
"No you don't and you won't know any time soon either." Jinx told him. "Besides I know what I can do I don't need to prove it to a roomful of people."
"Here" Said Sessoumaru pulling out a twenty dollar bill and holding it out to her.
"Sorry rich boy," Jinx said pushing back his hand and starting at the shock she got from such simple contact, "your money can't help you now. This is a private show." And with these words Mr.Nichi shoved everyone out the doors and locked them out.
"Any requests?" Jinx asked him.
"How about something you wrote." Jinx stared at him. "I read your file" He told her "I tried to get you in this class but we were to full."
"You set me up." Jinx accused him.
"Yes I did." He told her.
"Impressive."
"Impressive enough to let me keep my money?"
"Not a chance." Jinx told him as she pocketed his money. "I'll play for myself." Jinx said walking over to the piano. "I should warn you that I haven't sung in front of someone I didn't know for a long time so don't get your hopes up." Jinx warned him.
"I'll take my chances" he told her with a smile.
Jinx began to play an crechindo introduction on the piano took a deep breath...and began to sing.

Sessoumaru blocked the annoying chatter out of his head. To bad I can't block her out of my head he thought to himself. Why and how does she do this to me? However it's done it's going to stop. There is nothing between us and there can't be. But ... that spark when she touched my hand was...was nothing but static electricity. But there are no carpets in the music room the floors are all bare. Did she even feel it? No because it probably didn't happen. But he had felt her jump slightly when she touched him. She felt it to. No matter how she tried to hide it. He affected her he thought with a smirk. Good if he had to go through this then so did she. How else do I effect her he wondered.
"That girl has balls." A voice said interrupting Sessoumaru's train of thought. As he looked up to see who he was going to kill for doing so. He saw that it was the would be hentai monk. Talking to his woman and Inuyasha's former wench.
"That or she' s crazy." Sango said.
"She's insane." Kagome added.
"Out of it." Mirouku chimed in.
"Loony" Said Sango.
"Mad" Put in Kagome.
"Screw loose" Mirouku told them.
"Wacky" Sango added.
"I really like her." Mirouku said with a grin.
"Me too." Said Kagome.
"Me three." Added Sango.
Me four. Sessoumaru thought to himself.
"Okay class come in." Mr.Nichi told them as he opened the doors to the music room. "Free reign today. I need some time to think. Jinx," he called to girl still sitting at the piano, "you have my permission to come and sit in on my class whenever you wish."
"Thank you Mr.Nichi."
"But Jinx there is a condition."
"What?"
"Play for me again sometime?"
"Sure." Jinx told him with a smile. Mr.Nichi just patted her on the shoulder and sat down at his desk. It was then that Sessoumaru noticed something Mr.Nichi was shaking. What kind of a voice does she have to make him do that. Sessoumaru wondered in shock. And why did he want to hear it more than anything in the world right now.
"So when do we get to hear you sing?" Kagome asked Jinx.
"Yeah when?" asked Sango and Mirouku.
"When you pay me twenty dollars." Jinx told them. After seeing the messed up faces they gave her she gave in." Okay you don't have to pay me twenty dollars I'll sing for you on your birthday." Jinx said with a grin.
"Really?" They all asked at the same time.
"Jinx you owe me a soda." Jinx told them all. "Yes really I will sing for you on your birthday if you want but I don't know why you care so much. I'm not anything special neither is my voice." Mr.Nichi let out an audible snort from his desk meaning that he clearly disagreed with her on that subject.
"Great." Mirouku told Jinx.
"Why is that?" Jinx asked him.
"Because my birthday is in two weeks." He said with a smile.
"Say what?" Jinx asked him.
"Yep can't wait." Mirouku told her.
"Oh joy." Jinx said sarcastically. "Neither can I."

Sessoumaru blocked the annoying chatter out of his head. To bad I can't block her out of my head he thought to himself. Why and how does she do this to me? However it's done it's going to stop. There is nothing between us and there can't be. But ... that spark when she touched my hand was...was nothing but static electricity. But there are no carpets in the music room the floors are all bare. Did she even feel it? No because it probably didn't happen. But he had felt her jump slightly when she touched him. She felt it to. No matter how she tried to hide it. He affected her he thought with a smirk. Good if he had to go through this then so did she. How else do I effect her he wondered.
"That girl has balls." A voice said interrupting Sessoumaru's train of thought. As he looked up to see who he was going to kill for doing so. He saw that it was the would be hentai monk. Talking to his woman and Inuyasha's former wench.
"That or she' s crazy." Sango said.
"She's insane." Kagome added.
"Out of it." Mirouku chimed in.
"Loony" Said Sango.
"Mad" Put in Kagome.
"Screw loose" Mirouku told them.
"Wacky" Sango added.
"I really like her." Mirouku said with a grin.
"Me too." Said Kagome.
"Me three." Added Sango.
Me four. Sessoumaru thought to himself.
"Okay class come in." Mr.Nichi told them as he opened the doors to the music room. "Free reign today. I need some time to think. Jinx," he called to girl still sitting at the piano, "you have my permission to come and sit in on my class whenever you wish."
"Thank you Mr.Nichi."
"But Jinx there is a condition."
"What?"
"Play for me again sometime?"
"Sure." Jinx told him with a smile. Mr.Nichi just patted her on the shoulder and sat down at his desk. It was then that Sessoumaru noticed something Mr.Nichi was shaking. What kind of a voice does she have to make him do that. Sessoumaru wondered in shock. And why did he want to hear it more than anything in the world right now.
"So when do we get to hear you sing?" Kagome asked Jinx.
"Yeah when?" asked Sango and Mirouku.
"When you pay me twenty dollars." Jinx told them. After seeing the messed up faces they gave her she gave in." Okay you don't have to pay me twenty dollars I'll sing for you on your birthday." Jinx said with a grin.
"Really?" They all asked at the same time.
"Jinx you owe me a soda." Jinx told them all. "Yes really I will sing for you on your birthday if you want but I don't know why you care so much. I'm not anything special neither is my voice." Mr.Nichi let out an audible snort from his desk meaning that he clearly disagreed with her on that subject.
"Great." Mirouku told Jinx.
"Why is that?" Jinx asked him.
"Because my birthday is in two weeks." He said with a smile.
"Say what?" Jinx asked him.
"Yep can't wait." Mirouku told her.
"Oh joy." Jinx said sarcastically. "Neither can I."
