"O… su… wa…" Kagome fumed.

"Gah! No!" Inuyasha scrambled away in terror, forgetting Shippou's previous transgressions.

"Then what do you say?"

"Gomen… Brat." Shippou stuck his tongue out anyway.

Kagome sighed. That was the best she'd get out of the rude, selfish hanyou.

"Keh." He crossed his arms inside his haori. He had enough of this bitch.

"I'm going for a walk."

"Suit yourself, Inuyasha." The miko simply brushed it as one of his moods. Little did she know that she had abused her subduing charm's threat more than was necessary, and `her' inu was wisely putting distance between the two. With that, he took off running.

His beads were swept behind him by the wind as he ran, jumped, then continued running. The hanyou liked the whistle of wind in his ears and the way it wicked away the heat off of his head, in more ways the one. However, for this time, running was not going to help. She had injured him without even using the charm. He felt like a dog on a leash, who was restrained and tormented at leisure. There was only one place where he could find comfort, the only place he knew of where he could find comfort in his brother's scent without being near his brother. He headed toward the cave.

He reached its opening and bent down to sniff. A shiver shook his spine as he remembered the scent, it's owner, and what it meant. He walked deeper into the cave, and was struck with a fresher scent, a bit different from before. It was always a risk going here, but it was mid-summer, and his brother used the cave only during the spring. One reason he liked it here was that this was not just his brother's usual scent… it was his sex scent. And a fresh sex scent at this time could mean trouble. He paused. He did not smell anybody else other than his brother, so he paused to listen. Nothing reverberated off of the cave walls. Inuyasha thought… He had probably been here yesterday and just missed him. He was nearly to the end of the cave, it's roof nearly touching his head, when he saw the dark amber eyes staring at him from the ground.

"Inuyasha," he hissed.

The hanyou's eyes widened. "Brother…"

"Why do you come here?"

"Because I…" he stammered. He didn't want to tell the truth.

"It reminds you of me, doesn't it?"

Inuyasha smirked in the dim light. "I'm… I've been needing something for quite some time. The last time we were together was nearly a century ago."

"You filth. How dare you bring up the past?"

"You were young. Your blood got the best of you. But why did you choose me? Do you remember?"

"Be quiet, hanyou."

He continued. "We both know why."

They both were silent, the younger standing, staring at his naked brother while the other lay upon the hard earthen cave, looking down.

"I still love you, brother."

He could hear his brother's breathing, but not his voice. This was something that could not wait.

Firerat fur fell upon silk as Inuyasha removed his clothing. Still, nothing. He gripped his erection between his hands. This was more than he could have ever expected from this cave.

He knelt down between Sesshoumaru's legs and placed the tip against his brother's entry. Sesshoumaru looked down with sad eyes, doing nothing, saying nothing. But his face was but a simple mask. His true feelings would be known to himself only. Inuyasha laid himself on his brother, stomach against stomach, and thrust. Hard. Sesshoumaru's only reaction was dilated pupils.
