The Calling

"He's been here!" thought Kouga. "I know it! I can smell that disgusting dog odor. Wait…what's this…there is something different about it…almost feminine. No matter…this time I'm going to take care of that dumb dog once and for all and show him who was meant to protect Kagome!" finishing this he runs in direction of smell leaving a trail of dust behind him.

*on other side of the woods*

"See Inuyasha! You shouldn't go through my bag when I tell you not to!" said Kagome while blushing and putting back her tampons.

"Well it's not my fault you're so protective of your Chinese Finger traps!" said Inuyasha, while rubbing the bump on his head. "You shouldn't keep children's toys to your self! You should at least give to Shippou to keep him busy on this trip!"

"Inuyasha…" Kagome sighed while shaking her head. All of a sudden she felt a Jewel shard coming from the other side of the forest. "Wait! Stop! I feel…I feel… I feel two pieces of the jewel Shards!" she shouted turning to Inuyasha.

"It must be Kouga!" yelled Inuyasha. "What does he want? Unless…" he looked Kagome in the eyes, "He wants to take you back and make you his mate! No way! Not this time!" as he said that last phrase he ran into the woods.

"Must he always run off without getting directions?" Sango asked while rubbing her forehead.

"Well…when it comes to Kagome nothing stops Inuyasha, unless Kikyou is OUCH!" yelled Shippou glaring at Miroku. "Why did you do that? All I said was *muffle muffle*" Shippou tried to say with Miroku's hand over his mouth.

"Gosh Shippou!" said Miroku shaking his free hand. "I didn't realize what a hard head you have! You could have broken my fingers you good for nothing AHHHHH!! DON'T LICK ME!" he yelled as he flung Shippou across the road!

"Ha-ha!" snorted Shippou as he jumped on a giggling Kagome's back.

"Don't mind him Shippou…he's still mad that the obese, hideous princess wanted him and not the…wait what did you call her… angel from heaven." Sango huffed.

"No that's not…wait yes that is the problem…" Miroku said while thinking and stroking his chin.

"Gosh you two…"Kagome said while smiling and shaking her head. "Wait! What is this I feel?" Kagome thought. "Another jewel shard? But it feels so faint?! Hmmm…maybe it's a fake…I won't tell the others about it…no need to worry them…they have to much pressure as it is fighting Naraku." She looked around to make sure no one could see the worry on her face. When she saw they were still fighting about the princess, she chuckled then jumped on her bike and rode away.

*in middle of the forest*

"Finally they come here!" a young woman thought. "And with half of the jewel shards with them! But wait! There are two other shards coming quickly this way. What luck…I didn't have to go after them after all…no matter…I will get back at that bastred child Inuyasha! He will pay for what he has put me through!" with that she floated down the tree she was sitting on anticipating the look on Inuyasha's face when he arrived!
