Kagome awoke feeling refreshed, she thought her body felt a little different though. Getting out of bed she found a new pair of cloths waiting on the end of her bed. She took off the night yokota and looked around to see a robe for her. Her bath was joined with her room. Walking over to the bath she could see steaming water waiting on her, it was as if they knew what time she would wake up.

She gather her cloths and almost tripped over her yellow bag. Glad it was beside her she opended it and took out her bathing supply. She headed into the bathing area for a nice relaxing bath. Kagome had the sliding door shut when it opended and in walked a young woman and a older one. "Now Yuki this is the first time you have been a maid for anyone important to his lord. I will show you what is needed of you after this you shawll become her maid full time. "

"She is to have a bathing bath premade before she gets up and a change of cloths." Said the elder maid looking in to the younger girls eyes. Yuki nodded and watched she knew she had to get it down because after this she would have no one to help her. She then noticed the woman they were suppost to be attending but she was out of bed. 'She must be in the bathing area, I hope she is as nice as Rin. The elder woman has it easy.' Thought the young maid looking and watching the different outfits for different days and the ones for rear special days.


"Lady Kagome I am Yuki and I will be your maid to do so as what you see fit." Yuki was getting worried when the you mistress never came out, knowing you not suppost to enter she walked in anyways. Kagome was at a loss for words when she seen herself in a mirror not to far from her. Kilas spirt had been right she did change.

She had silver blue streaks in her hair. Her hair fell to her middle thig in a straight way no longer curly. It looked like she filled out more in all the right places, but what got her the most attenchen was her face. She was a youkai she had marking on her face. On her forhead laid a clouded shape moon with three stars around it. She had light silver-blue stripes on each cheek, wrist, hips, and ackles. Above on her eyelids a purple cover colored her eyes. She would stand out now no longer being human. She both wanted to hate Jaken for what he did and thank him for making her look this way she was really breathtaking. Kagome heard a soft voice from behind her and looked to see the door side open.

"Mistress I am Yuki and I am here to serve you as your maid while you stay is with us." Yuki siad not daring to look at her mistress but she was sure that the elder woman said she was a human this woman in front of her was no human just from the power she gave off. She couldn't help but to look at her letting the better side of her see what she was like. Her breath was stolen from her.

Kagome was looking at the new maid she could tell from her not being able to follow instreaching. She turned and looked at her and said her name was Kagome and she was happy to meet her. Yuki was shocked no youkai had ever been this nice to her even when she was working on the hallways. Kagome walked out of the bathing room and into her bedroom for the time being. She started to put on the cloths the other maid left out for her but was having trouble. "Umm Yuki can you give me a hand with this im not really sure how to tie it." Kagome said feeling a little bit stupid when the young girl laughed at her but the laugh was kind making Kagome feel better.

"My name is Kagome and I was wondering where Lord Sesshoumaru is I would like to get a chance to talk to him. Also where is Rin staying at I bet she is worried to death about how I am doing." Kagome siad while learning how to tie the right way. "Ah so that is how you do it and here I was doing it backwards." Kagome soon joined the laughing that felled the room.

Not to far from Kagomes room the laughing picked up a young girls interest. Trying to run out of the elder womans care she ran down the hallway where the laughing was coming from. She didn't even knock she knew that voice from anywhere. "Is Kagome alright now can we play togather please Rin has missed you so much." Rin giving her pleading eyes finally looked up. Kagome was worried she would not reconsize her.

"Kagome did you play make up to you look so pretty?" Kagome didn't really like lying to the girl, but for now would humor her. Rin looked a lot different now that she didn't have that other kimono on. Rin looked up she noticed that Kagome had changed some and guess she like to play make up just like she did. Rin watied for Kagomes reply.

"Rin would you please go to the elder maid she is no doubt looking for you, you know how hard it is if you run from her. She will be taking all day and if you want to spend time with Kagome like im guessing you do then go to her please." Said Yuki in a much older voice one that did not sound like her at all. Rin nodded and said she would talk to Kagome later.

Kagome didn't know what to think so just waited till the maid was done with her work so she could watch to learn how. Kagome wasn't the type to have people wait on her. She wonder when Rin would get back so she could spend more time with her. "There all done lady Kagome, are you pleased with my work?" Yuki really hoped she would be pleased she didn't want to go back to cleaning floors like she use to. Kagome said she loved it and wanted to still know where Sesshoumaru was.

"Lord Sesshoumaru is away now he should be returning this evening. Is there anything else I can help you with?" Asked Yuki getting ready to head out if there was nothing else for her to do. Kagome thanked her and said there was nothing else. "Oh lady Kagome I almost for got to tell you, you are not to leave your room under Lord Sesshoumarus olders." She then turned and left the room.

Kagome wonder why she had to stay in the room. 'He probably knew I would want to wonder around. So what am I to do till he gets back. I hope Rin returns soon. Untill then I guess I can read some of that book I have wanted to read for a while now.' Kagome walked over to her bag and took out the book. She sat on her bed and started to read.

"Lady Rin you may go and see you friend now." The elder woman said walking out the door. RIn ran from her room back to Kagomes room. Kagome was haft way through her story when Rin ran into her room. " Can Rin and Kagome play now?" Rin asked looking at Kagome. Kagome put her book away and smiled.

"Yes Rin what did you like to do?" Kagome asked wondering what the child had in mind. Rin had on a thinking face. "Woukd Kagome mind playing make up with Rin, Rin loves to play that." Kagome said sure and that is what they did to pass the time. Laughing could be heard for most of the day.

Rins tummy started to growl saying that she was getting hungery. "Would Kagome go with Rin to get some food?" Rin asked looking forward to her answer. Kagome know she couldn't leave and wanted to let Rin know that, but also didn't want to hurt her. Kagome started to talk when the elder woman walked in.

"Rin it is time for lunch come with me and you may go back after you eat." Said the elderly woman waiting for Rin by the door. Rin had a pouting face on her she didn't want to leave Kagomes side agin but nodded. Rin got off the bed and headed towards the maid that was waiting on her. Soon Kagome watched them walk out the door she just picked up the book she had put away earlier and started to read where she left off.

Sesshoumaru if having a choice would of not came today. The elders were the latter for the western youkai. They were court appointed by the last western lord till Sesshoumaru became the new lord. He was still learning as they see it. Sesshoumaru walked up the tower stairs moving quickly. He wished to know what they wanted then be on his way.

"Sesshoumaru we have called you here in regards to your request. For the finally stage of becoming the lord we all agree you must find a mate. This is not a matter to be decussed. So if you are still intending to take your fathers place you must first find a mate is that understandable?" Said the elder in the middle of the haft moon table.

He was clearly the oldest and most wisest of all the elders. On the right of middle elder sat a younger elder he had only gotten to become an elder from his fathers good name. On the left sat the other elder who was taller then the middle elder. They all lifted there hands to say that was there wish and nothing else could be done about it. That was the way his father had left for him to become lord. He had done everything so far up to this point.

'They didn't say what kind of mate it hade to be. That miko girl should be will enough to get me to become the lord. I will just have to make her play the role for a while till she gets kill shortly after.' "This Seshoumaru agrees and understands what must be done." Sesshoumaru did not wait for this dismisale he walked out of there coming up with a plan to make the miko be his mate for a short while. He could always threat her group but that would be below him. He had a while to go before he got to his place he was sure he could find a way for her to obey him by then.

Jaken was worrying about the miko if she didn't wake up soon his lord would be mad. He went to check on her to see if she did wake up. Only when he got there his jaw dropped to the fllor. In front of him was the miko he had seen last lying in bed, but a breath taking youkai. 'How could this be I know master Sesshoumaru put her in this room. I will just asked this youkai if she has seen a human around.

Kagome had been reading her book to Rin when a nasty smell entered her room. Looking up she seen Jaken there wondering what he was doing she put her book down. After she got up from the bed she cover a now sleeping Rin with her blankets. Rin looked like she was sleeping in a peaceful manner.

"Miss I don'y know how you have gotten in this room, but could you please tell me what happened to the young human girl that was staying here?" Jaken asked looking at her. He could tell she was a powerful youkai must be one of Sesshoumarus warriers. 'Funny though I thought he never let women become one.' Jaken still thought something was funny about this youkai he could tell he has met her before but didn't know where.

Kagome was laughing on the inside. Jaken didn't even know she had changed. If that was the case then I wonder what Sesshoumaru was going to say. "Jaken I think you should smell around a little bit better." Said Kagome trying not to laugh at him. It was because of him she is this way.

Jaken did what she said and took a good smell. 'No it can't be Kagome but how you were human how is she a youkai now. Oh no maybe I got the wrong flower when Rin handed it to me. Lord Sesshoumaru is not going to be pleased about this.' Jaken had a worried look he was giving her. "Kagome is that you, but how is it that you are a youkai now?" He really wanted to hear her answer.

"Jaken did you put something in my tea to play a trick on me?" Kagome asked not answering him. She knew once his face changed from confusing to shock. He had indeed played a trick on her and it ended up back firing on him making her stronger and more to deal with.

"You are correct I did play a trick on you, but I never ment to change you in to a youkai. So what does that make you a miko youkai? You know that you will never last like this eventually one side of your body will over do the other side right. " Jaken said putting a smile on his face making Kagomes face turning a red shade. He had made Kagome very angery by saying that.

"You would want that wouldn't you to see me gone would make your day. Will maybe it will or it might not. I plan on training my new body and it is because of you I have it at all. So I wish to thank you and inspite of what you said I am not going to let my body destroy itself." Kagome felt she had made her point. Jaken was shocked she could talk like that seeing as she never did before atlest not while he was around.

"In dew time we shawll see." Jaken said turning on his heel and walking out the door. Kagome had really wanted to scream the phrase 'Don't let the door hit you on the way out', but didn't because Rin was sleeping and she didn't want to wake her up. Kagome then decieded when ever she could she would miss with Jaken to get even with him.

'Well that is surly not what I had in mind I wanted her to be awake so Lord Sesshoumaru wouldn't be mad anymore, but not for her to turned in to that. I must go to the study room to see what kind of flower I did use. Maybe it will have some kind of reverse effect on her. So he went to the study room to see if there wasn't he could still do because he knew Sesshoumaru would surly do what he did when he found out he made Kagome fall in to that sleep. Sadly for him but there was nothing he could do about it.

Sesshoumaru had it planed he would not even let her say a word about it. He knew she would be in no demands of him on anything, yes he had everthing planned to a tee. He could see his home in the distance he quickened his pace. He felt like he was being followed though he was sure no one besides Naraku would be as stupid to try.

When Sesshoumaru entered the main room he headed over to Jakens room to get prepaired. In about 7 days the elders would be here to see if he had a mate by then. When he got there Jaken wasn't in his room picking up his scent he followed it. It led him to the study room. He knew Jaken wasn't in that room unless he was trying to look up something important. He hoped nothing more has happened to Kagome he needed her to help him carry out his plans.

Kagome was getting bored Rin had left for dinner and she finshed her book. She was still mad at Jaken for what he said. She saw her maid walk by when she called her in. " Lady Kagome may I help you with something?" Yuki asked waiting on her to answer.

"Yuki the master isn't back by any chance is he I though I could smell something different." Yuki walked up to her and looked at her. " Lady Kagome the master is back, but there is something I have been wanting to ask but have been afraid to. I didn't want to get into trouble. " Yuki put her head down waiting to hear the yelling coming afterwards maids weren't suppost to ask such questions like that.

"Yuki I am just Kagome remember we decussed this earlier and you may asked what you like I see nothing worng with and besides it will only drive you mad if you don't asked it. So what did you want to ask me?" Kagome said surprising the maid.

"Well I was sent to take care of a human but you are not one so I was wondering what happened to her." Yuki said she had curiousity in her voice. Kagome then told her about what happened she even told her what Jaken said. "Jaken has always been mean to everyone he thinks since he is the masters right hand he can be snobby to everyone else. Sometimes we always wanted to ask if he wiped master Sesshoumaru for him to." Yuki said laughing out right. Kagome knew she would get along fine with Yuki. She started to laugh with Yuki.

Sesshoumaru slowly enter the study room only to see it was a mess. Jaken had old scrolls all over the place. He got right behind Jaken knowing it would scare the toad. "Jaken when you are done here I expect you to clean after your self." Jaken nearly pissed himself.

Lord.. Sesshoumaru your back, but I thought you would be gone till later this evening." Sesshoumaru could tell easly that the toad was hiding something. "Jaken what are you hiding," The toad turned a pale green in fear he knew if he told him he would get hurt but also if he didn't tell him he would get hurt worse. So he told him.

"Sesshoumaru Kagome is awake but there has been a change." Sesshoumaru had a dealy glare on his face the more the toad tried to talk Sesshoumaru moved closer to him making him back up. He soon was trapped in a corner.

He just blurrted out the rest in a hurry. Sesshoumaru could not believe what he was hearing. That Kagome had changed he didn't listen to the toad anymore he would go see for himself if she did or not. Turning and walking towards the door he looked back at Jaken. "Jaken you had better hope what your telling in not true because if it is then I know where to find you and it won't be fun when I find you." With that he head towards Kagomes room. Jaken fell to the ground he knew he was in trouble he lord ment what he said.

The closer Sesshoumaru got the more Kagomes scent had changed. When he got there the door was closed but he could hear Kagome talking to Rin. It is good for her that she had not tried to escape. Sesshoumaru not caring if she was undress or not bardged right in to her room. Kagome looked up shocked Rin was too. Sesshoumaru could not believe what he saw Jaken had been right. She turned in to a youkai. "Rin I want you to leave." He left no room for agrument. Rin not one to make him made said a quick good bye and ran past him down to her room. She only wished Kagome would be alright.

Sesshoumaru said nothing but moved toward her Kagome not knowing what she did backed up to the wall. Sesshoumaru put his hands on either side of her trapping her leaving no room for an escape. He bent his had down to check it it was really her there was no way that this could be the Kagome his brothers wench, whom the last time seen was a human.

Kagome was really scared she has never seen him act like this. She started to get a blush on her face when she put his nose close to her neck. That is where her scent was the strongest. When Sesshoumaru finally decieded it was really her he didn't know what to do he was speachless. The only ward he said was how. It had a different tone then the one he normally used.

Kagomes mouth was dry and couldn't get a word out of her mouth. "Jaken, it was Jaken that changed me when he put that flower in my tea it changed me. Kagome said hoping that is what he was looking for. He made a low growl at the back of his throuth. He finally backed away from her. Before he was in to much of shock to really see how much she had changed. Even to him she seemed breath taking. "I am not done here I will be back shortly." He left making Kagome wonder what just happened.
