Chapter 5

The Night of A Full Moon

"Kako you awake?" Monoko asked but got no answer. It was nighttime and every one was asleep out side Kaede's house. Kako was lying near a tree with Kouga beside her. She was looking up at the night sky.

<Tomorrow night…damn!> Kako thought. She finally fell asleep an hour later.

The Next Morning!

Kako woke up the next morning with Kouga looking at her waiting for her to wake up.

"Well hello Kouga." Was all Kako could say before he kissed her.

"Uhm Kouga…can I get up now." Kako asked pushing Kouga away.

"No." Kouga said plainly as he held her down.

"Kouga darling let me up…" Kako said but was cut off by Kouga kissing her again.

"Kouga get off me!" Kako said pushing him away again.

"Don't you love me?" Kouga asked.

"Yes! Of course I love you. But get off me." Kako said.

"What if I don't want to?" Kouga asked and leaned down to kiss her again.

"Kouga stop it I'm serious I'm not in the mood to play a game!" Kako said and slapped Kouga. He let go of her and stood up. Kako stood up right behind him.

"Kouga I'm sorry I slapped you." Kako said and looked at the ground.

"It's OK! I wasn't listening to you. It was my fault." Kouga said and made Kako look at him. He leaned down and kissed her playfully. She kissed back to this one.

Later That Afternoon!

Every one was watching the to fox brothers play around like they normally did. Every one just sat and watched it was funny because it would usually end in a wrestling match and since Yaiko was older he usually won and that had Shippou fit to be tied later. He couldn't stand it when Yaiko beat him. Course every one else loved it to see Shippou lose his temper with his older brother. Yaiko seemed to love it too.

<It's getting late I need to leave.> Kako thought but couldn't bring her self to get up and walk away.

"Hey Raven why don't you every join them?" Kako asked with a smile on her face.

"That's a fox fight. My mom told me not to get into one they're tricky little twerps." Raven said.

"Your mom was intelligent. Who was she?" Sesshomaru asked.

"Well she was a Half Wolf demon/Half Human." Raven said and every one turned to look at Kako.

"What don't look at me. I'm too young to have had him. Besides Kouga is the only guy I've ever liked. And Raven's part dog." Kako said defensively.

"Yeah I'm part dog. Inuyasha." Raven said and Inuyasha spun around.

"What did you say my name for?" Inuyasha asked.

"You're my father. And she is my mother in the future. See I came back in time some how before you two got together." Raven said.

"Oh hell no! I ant getting any where near that mutt naked!" Kako yelled and moved over to Kouga who was looking at her strangely.

"What Kouga?" Kako asked a little up set.

"Oh nothing." Kouga said and looked away from Kako.

"Kouga?" Kako asked with tears in her eyes.

"What?" was the only thing Kouga said. Kako stood up and ran into the forest crying.

"Kouga that wasn't nice to do to my mother." Raven said.

"You go back to what ever hole you crawled out of." Kouga yelled. Then a rock hit Kouga in the back of his head.

"What the hell was that? Who did that?" Kouga asked.

"Even though he will never be born but don't insult my son!" Kako yelled. She had sandy brown hair and brown eyes. She was human now. The sun had gone down and the moon was up and full.

"Oh now your claming the little twerp!" Kouga yelled.

"Like I said he'll never be born but don't insult him. And stay away from me Inuyasha. Stay over there with Kagome." Kako said.

"Are you Kako?" Kouga asked.

"YES!!! WHO DO YOU THINK I AM!!!" Kako yelled at him.

"I didn't know you look different." Kouga said.

"I always look this way!" Kako yelled then noticed every one looking at her weird. Monoko was pulling on her hair. Kako grabbed some of her hair and looked at it. It was sandy brown not Midnight Blue.

"Oops sorry I didn't mean to hit you." Kako said backing up.

<Oh I'll get him later.> Kako thought. Then bumped into some one. She slowly turned around to see Naraku standing there.

"KOUGA!!!" Kako screamed as Naraku slapped her into a tree she fell to the ground unconscious. (she is human you know.) Kouga ran over to Kako and lifted her head.

"Kako wake up…" Kouga said in a worried tone. Then Raven attacked Naraku. Sesshomaru, Inuyasha, Shippou, Monoko, and Yaiko all attacked Naraku.

"NARAKU!!! Come back here you worthless half demon." A monk yelled as he ran out of the forest with a demon exterminator.

"Miroku, Sango. You're back!" Shippou yelled. As he stopped attacking Naraku and smiled at Miroku and Sango.

"Yeah we're back but now's not the time." Miroku said and he and Sango attacked Naraku.

About 10 Minutes Later!

Naraku decided to leave he had nine people attacking him since Kagome had joined in with her arrows. Kako was still unconscious lying on Kouga's lap.

"Why did he hit her she did nothing to him?!" Kouga asked himself confused.

"Is she all right?" Kagome asked.

"I don't know she's breathing I know that much." Kouga said helplessly.

"Kaede!" Kagome yelled. And Kaede walked out of her house and ran over to Kako.

"Who is this?" Kaede asked.

"Kako. Come on wake up…" Kouga said.

"That is Kako in her Human form." Sesshomaru said.

"Ah yes she is half demon." Kaede said.

"Would you shut up and help her." Kouga yelled at Kaede.

"Uhm…what happened?" Kako asked as she woke up and looked into Kouga's worried eye's.

"Are you all right?" Kouga asked.

"My head hurts why who are you?" Kako asked completely confused.

"Come on Kako you know he's Kouga." Monoko said and kneeled down beside her.

"If you say so…Monoko…right?" Kako said.

"Yeah. Kako are you sure you're all right." Monoko asked.

"The only thing that hurts is my head… who are all these Demons and Humans, Monoko?" Kako asked when she sat up and spotted every one.

"She can't remember us." Sesshomaru said.

"I've never seem you people before so no!" Kako said.

"Kako that's Sesshomaru. We've been staying here for months with them. Well you mainly with him." Monoko said and pointed at Kouga.

"OK!" Kako said very confused.

"Maybe she'll remember us when the night is over." Inuyasha said.

"Kako are you sure you don't remember me?" Kouga asked.

"You're familiar but that's all." Kako said and looked down at the ground.

"Well familiar is better then completely forgot." Kouga said and smiled at Kako.

"I'm sorry…Kouga right?" Kako said still very confused.

"You have nothing to be sorry about." Kouga said and hugged Kako.

<OK! I guess since Monoko said I stayed here with him. I guess we did this all the time. Why can't I remember?> Kako thought and started to cry. Kako cried herself to sleep in Kouga's arms.
