Suddenly, the next thing everyone knew, Inuyasha was sent flying into a tree behind clover. Everyones eyes widened. “Yasana....I think you broke his nose.”Clover gasped. “And your point is?”Yasana said, cracking her knuckles.
Clover and shippo started to chuckle, trying to contain their laughter."Inuyasha just got busted by a,a girl"shippo blurted out as Inuyasha jumped up and dodged after him.
"Eeeeek!Somebody help me. He’s gonna kill me."Shippo "screamed as both boys ran around Yasana and Clover. Remind me to never help "ordinary" girls"Inuyasha growled still chasing shippo. "Awwww, Clover our little dog pal here must like little boys"Yasana giggled as shippo began to slow down, laughing even harder.
Clover slowly stuck her foot out causing Inuyasha to trip and having shippo land on top of him. "Okay clo, this is really getting rediculous. How'd this start anyways?"Yasana asked as both boys stood up. "It started cause dog boy over there said your shirt looked more like a rag."Clo pointed out. "I had to ask!"Yasana said, rolling her eyes. "Well it does"Inuyasha mummbled as Yasana shot an evil glare at him.
"I heard that"Yasana hissed. "Wait a minute, newsflash, what the hell are we doing? We're like...we don't belong here,where ever here is! Yasana, don't you find it kind of bizarre that we just got electricuted and didn't die? No, instead we got a whole new wardrobe..."
"Rags yah mean."Inuyasha smarted, interrupting clover. "oh wait, what about you being human one minute and the human match the next? Including the freaky deaky sword on my back that who-knows-where its been for me to want to touch it to remove it"Clover started shouting.
"Number one,she can't go without modern technology and boys for 28 hrs or number two she forgot to take her stupid medication again and shes having a major panic attack."Yasana said allowed as shippo ran over to clover."honestly, I’d say a little bit of whatever you said in #1 and full out in #2"Inuyasha said shrugging his shoulders.
"Clover, pretty please calm down. we can find out what made you and your friend change. Everything will be all right"Shippo concernedly said trying to get her to relax. "Yeah, I agree calm down. sheash can you yell any louder?...Actually,...don't answer that you probably could."Inuyasha said as he backed up cupping his ears.
"Yasana, quick. Calm her down.she's gonna not be able to breath in a minute if she keeps overly panicking!"Shippo cried.
"No, I won't calm down. grandma just was laying on her death bed and refused to die until she, herself, handed me this stupid necklace pendent thingy sorta imbeded in my chest right now.That's not even the half of it. Her final words just, just made complete nonsense."Clover cried as she fell to her hands and knees. Yasana quickly knelt trying to yank her up.
Realizing what was going on, Inuyasha jumped down to aid Yasana in getting clover up."I'm not even gonna be at her funeral to say goodbye."Clover cried as tears started to fill Yasana and shippos' eyes.
No matter how hards they tugged or yanked on clover she never moved an inch. "Okay that's it!"Inuyasha dully said as he stood up. "What?"Yasana asked trying to hide her tears running down her pale white face. "By now, at least within a 60 mile radious some rather vicious demons have heard her balling. "And you point?"Yasana asked still trying to budge clover."I'm not gonna stick around and get eaten."Inuyasha answered, bending down, picking up clover bridal style. "That would've helped earlier"Yasana sighed following Inuyasha. "Hey guys,...wait for me!"Shippo yelled from behind trying to lift clovers gym bag that had followed her with Yasana. "Sheash my feet hurt how long have we been walking?"Yasana curiously asked looking at her feet.
"Baka onna, it's only been fifteen minutes, Haven't you ever ran around before?"Inuyasha said, rolling his eyes. "Listen pal, for you information i walk miles at a time, i run miles at a time, it's just for some reason my feet are aching"Yasana whined.
"Well what's the reason winey."Inuyasha smirked. "These stupid shoes."Yasana smarted off. "Um...guys whats that scary sound?"Shippo nervously asked hiding behind Yasana. "Good question."Inuyasha said, looking up. "Boys."Yasana sighed as she put her hands on her hips. "what?"Inuyasha growled. "Look in your arms dog boy."Yasana said as both Inuyasha and shippo looked at clover. "Ahhhhh, Yasana help. Inuyasha turned clover into some monster thingy"Shippo yelled out. "Uh,..no. clovers just snoring."Yasana said rolling her eyes. "Little fruitcake, how come i always do everything."Inuyasha asked. "Because your most likely to do them."Shippo teased. "If only my arms weren't full."Inuyasha growled. Shippo let out a little relieved sigh, rubbing the back of his head. "Okay boys, it's getting late and i'm tired. Let's make camp."Yasana yawned as shippo and Inuyasha agreed. Inuyasha gently lay clover down in a soft pile of grass infront of an oak tree. Inuyasha and Yasana spread out so neither of them where near each other. Shippo on the other hand snuggled up with clover, noticing she had begun to shiver in the cool night air. "well, i guess being a walking match has it's advantages."Yasana said as she shot a flame out of her finger, making a small fire next to her. Then she took off her coat and lay it on her as if it were a blanket. Inuyasha sat against a big tree having his sword leaning from his shoulder to his feet. (Unfortunatly) He easily kept warm by tucking his arms in his big sleeves and sat cross legged. All fell silent except for the creatures of the night. During the middle of the night Inuyasha had woken up to hear shivering. He looked directly over at clover and noticed she was turning ice blue. “Baka onna, sheash! Now I can’t even get a good nights rest because of this rest.”Inuyasha muttered as he walked over to clover. Silently, he knelt down and took off his top shirt. Luckily, it was big enough to cover clover. Once he lay the shirt on her she had stopped shivering and began to turn back to normal color. “Thankyou grams”Clover said in her sleep as Inuyasha stood up “Don’t worry clover. I promise you we’ll find out why you’re here and how to get you back…..I promise.”Inuyasha gently whispered, facing clover, forcing his human half to hold his tears from pouring.
(Inuyashas’ P.O.V)
That’s the last time I listen to shippo. Sure, we’re just stopping and picking apples. More like starting a baby sitting service. I swear that fox doesn’t know how much I despise him. Next time he asks to pick some apples his heads gonna go rolling. This Yasana kid is sure as hell annoying and I have a feeling this clover girl has put some kind of love spell on me. How I desire her…..Hmph what am I thinking about? All’s I need to worry about know is getting them back from where they came from and going back to minding my own business……..oversized brats.
(Out of Inuyasha’s P.O.V)
The next morning the first to wake up was,of course, Yasana. “Yah know,….now I don’t want to get out of my grassy bed, but I know I’ve gotta but……..I don’t wanna….errrrrr.”Yasana wined as she sat up and stretched. Next, both shippo and clover woke up yawning, starting to stretch. “Morning clo, morning shippo.”Yasana said as she stood up. When clover stood up something large and red fell off of her, surprised she jumped back.
“Hey, I don’t remember you having that”Yasana said walking over to shippo and clover. Shippo had started to sniff the object to see if he could recognize the scent. “Hey that’s weird it-” “My shirt”Inuyasha interrupted shippo as everyone looked at him with confusion, he picked his shirt up off the ground and put it back on. “Ewwwwww! You mean that smelly…. Dirty…. thing was on clover? Yeah, we like getting dirty, just not in other peoples filth, especially things that have fleas on them.”Yasana teased as Inuyasha began to growl. “Okay, fine. If that’s the way you want to put it then I’ll let her freeze her ass off and turn ice blue.”Inuyasha argued as clover walked off.
“Yo clo, where yah going?”Yasana called out as clover disappeared through the brush. “Shouldn’t we go after her or something?”Inuyasha irritably asked. “ Oh-my-god, you sooooo like her.”Yasana said putting her hands on her hips. “What are you talking about? No I don’t!”Inuyasha yelled, crossing his arms as his face turned bright red. “Yasana, how come clovers been acting funny?”Shippo asked ignoring her fight with Inuyasha. “You know, come to think about it she hasn’t even said a good morning’ all morning’ and believe me that’s really unusual for clo.”Yasana mysteriously said. “See, I told yah Inuyasha turned clover into a monster last night…..ow!”Shippo said as inuyasha bopped him on the head.
