"It's been two years...I wonder how.." Kagome pauses. She gets out of the bath and walks to her bedroom drying her hair with a fluffy pink towel. She walks over to her bedroom window. She stares up at the sky and remembers her last night with Inuyasha, they were both laying under the stars side-by-side. Kagome shakes her head trying to erase those memories out of her head. "Inuyasha is long gone...I need to get on with my life.." She says. She plops down on the bed "But I love him.." Kagome says to herself softly. She stares up at the ceiling blanklessly, the rims of her eyes full of tears "But..he's in love with Kikyo.." Kagome closes her eyes softly as tears stream down her pale cheeks. She lays their silently crying herself to sleep.

the trees russel from the outside and Kagome's window flies open. A mysterious figure with long silverish-white hair and golden eyes with black slits instead of pupils crawls in. its none other then Inuyasha. He looks down at Kagome who is sleeping peacefully. He cups her cheek and looks down at her with soft eyes. "Kagome..." He says to himself sadly. Kagome shivers and Inuyasha quickly moves his hand. He looks at Kagome one last time then flees out the window.
