Inuyasha can sense something strange about Riku's sword then he notices the light black ora around it. "No! Kagome stay back that sword is more dangerous then it appears!" Kagome then lifts her sword and jumps through the air and swings the sword fiercely down across Riku but then a black protection vale surrounds Riku and Pushes Kagome away forcefully, The vale is so powerful that Kagome gets pushed into a nearby tree.
She is to weak and hurt to get up. Riku takes this opertunity to kill Kagome once and for all. "ahh! Die!!" Riku screams then grinds his sword across Kagome's stomach deeply. She screams in pain and falls to the ground motionless. Inuyasha trys to move but the barrier is to powerful. "This sword yearns for your death Kagome..this sword was made form Lady Kikyo's soul...and her soul will not rest until you are destroyed!!!"
Kagome reaches her hand out to Inuyasha "Inu...yasha" Kagome says with her last breath. "Stop it!" Inuyasha pushes forward with all of his strength. The barrier finally breaks after a struggle. Inuyasha first runs toward Kouga and swings at the barrier and the teusiga breaks it. Kouga runs to Kagome's aid and tries to get her up. "You will not harm Kagome! you will fight me instead!" Inuyasha yells.Riku laughs. "It is not you who I want to kill" Inuyasha swings at Riku fiercley. *The sword he has is powerful....I don't think I can beat him with the teusiga..but if I drop my tesiuga then.. I will turn full demon. And what if I can't stop myself..from harming Kagome...* Kouga kneels down beside Kagome and gentley shakes her.But Kagome still lays their motionless. Inuyasha swings at Riku fiercley not knowing where he is striking. "Kill Kagome!" Kikyo voice echos inside of Riku's head. "I'll slaugher Kagome first then i shall bring you back to Lady Kikyo!!" Riku tells Inuyasha.
Kouga continues to try to wake Kagome. something frightful is going on inside of her head thousands of memories. Desires,love,mistakes,past, and whats to come. Kagome witnesses Inuyasha dieing at her side.and saving her life..and losing his own. Suddenly it goes black and Kikyo appears. "Rest Kagome... Inuyasha shall spend enternities in hell with me!" Kikyo says then fades. "No!" Kagome screams. she sits up to find herself in a cold sweat and Kouga aiding her.She stands up quickly but falls. She holds her stomach in pain. She stands up once again still in pain. Kouga grabs her arm "No! Kagome your hurt and your still weak let that stupid mutt handle himself!" He yells. "I have to help Koga!" She screams and pulls her arm away. Riku looks at Kagome out of the corner of his eye. He leaps over Inuyasha's head and swings at Kagome the sword slices her arm. Then he uppercuts it and he cuts open her face She screams painfully and blood splatters on Koga and on Inuyasha. Inuyasha looks down at his hand to see the thick crimson color. "No! Kagome!" He screams. "Kagome!" koga yells and catches her just before she hits the ground. Inuyasha turns back to Riku his eyes a crimson red. he clutches the Teusiga tightly *Kagome...* He thinks to himself Riku begins to laugh. "Your worthless Inuyasha. You could have stopped me from killing Kagome. You let the woman you love die just like you did to kikyo...50 years ago." Inuyasha trembles. "No! I didn't let Kikyo die its not my fault!" Riku grins. "You may not have been able to stop Kikyo from dieing. But Kagome's death is your fault!"
Kouga looks down at Kagome the rims of his eyes full of unfallen tears. He runs his hand through her jet black hair. "No...Kagome.." he says. Koga looks up at Inuyasha. "Finish him mutt face!" Koga screams. "Shut up you stupid wolf!" Inuyasha runs toward Riku and leaps into the air "DIE!!" He screams and cuts Riku right down the center his body erodes.And Kikyo's sword is face up in the ground.Inuyasha looks at the sword *why isn't the black ora dissapearing...maybe..* Inuyasha shakes off what he was about to think. He didn't even want to continue asking himself that question but no matter what he tried to do it kept coming back to haunt him, "What if...Kagome's death is the only way Kikyo's soul can rest?" Those words kept running through Inuyasha's mind. He began to stop thinking those horrible thoughts and he ran to Kagome. "Is she...." Inuyasha asks Koga. "She's still alive but barely...we need to get her some place quick." Koga says. Inuyasha cups Kagome's cheek. When he removes his hand he sees the blood running down his hand dripping from his finger tips. "I'll take her back to the village... see what Kieade can do.." Inuyasha says. Koga looks up at Inuyasha "Can I go..with I just want to make sure Kagome gets well" Inuyasha's eyebrow twitches. "Man haven't you been enough of a bother, i suppose since your already here anyway. But don't go prowling around Kagome if she doesn't feel well" Inuyasha says rudely. "Shut up you stupid flea biten hound!" Koga yells. "It's your fault my Kagome is in this condition!" Koga yells wide eyed. "Yours?" Inuyasha screams "Since when has she been yours" Inuyasha says his eyebrow still twitching he then picks up Kagome. they continue to argue and don't stop until they reach the village.
