Chapter 5: Indulgence

"That stupid wench planned this!" the disgruntled hanyou huffed making his way to the others who weren't fast enough to witness Kagome's departure.

"What happened Inuyasha? Where is Kagome?" Shippou yelled at the nearing hanyou.

Miroku and Sango were close behind the kitsune and they too saw Inuyasha walking towards them without Kagome.

"Inuyasha answer me, where is Kagome?" Shippou squealed.

"She left with my stupid half brother." The inu growled.

"You mean Sesshomaru kidnapped Lady Kagome." Miroku corrected him.

"No monk, she left with him willingly." Inuyasha snapped back.

"How do you know that, Kagome would never leave with Sesshomaru let alone leave me?" Shippou stated not believing a thing Inuyasha said.

"Don't be so sure of that fox because when I got there she actually said goodbye and I didn't see any kind of struggle." He pointed out to the kitsune.

Sango couldn't hold her tongue any longer.

"If what you say is true, Inuyasha, then its all your fault!" Sango burst out loud.

"My fault?! I didn't tell her to go run off with my brother!"

"Well she wouldn't have left if you would have never done what you did."

"What pick the fox up by his tail!" the inu said snobbishly.

"You know exactly what I'm talking about Inuyasha!" Sango spat out with a piercing stare.

At that point Shippou and Miroku were completely lost.

"You don't know what you're talking about." Inuyasha snickered.

"I'm not going to get into this now Inuyasha." Sango sneered acknowledging the audience.

"We gotta find that stupid wench, she's got the jewel shards with her." Inuyasha growled clenching his clawed fist.

"Is that all your thing about, the jewel shards? What about Kagome, Sesshomaru could hurt her!" Shippou chirped in.

"Feh, my brother won't touch the wench. This is just another worthless effort to get the Tetsusaiga." The inu said resting the unsheathed sword on his shoulder.

"Just like you I can't stand Inuyasha, so I want you to help me get rid of him then I can guarantee you the Tetsusaiga." Kagome compromised with the Western Lord in his dimly lit study.

Kagome's compromise was tempting to Sesshomaru but he wouldn't let a mere ningen be in charge of any plan for him to conquer his half brother and accommodate his fathers fang.

"Tell me why all of a sudden you feel nothing for my brother." Sesshomaru ordered testing the miko's honesty.

"I realized I was only a shard detector to him and he betrayed my heart knowingly." She answered coldly.

"And you agreed to come with me why?" he questioned.

"I already told you, besides if I'm going to be a pawn for you to get the Tetsusaiga then you should be a pawn as well." She said with a sassy grin.

Sesshomaru looked at her with a blank expression. Never had a ningen let alone a girl spoken to him in such a fashion.

No one ever dared.

Yet this miko spoke to him as if he had never attempted to kill her.

Her fiery spirit aroused him to a point of control, which he did.

'Obviously my stupid hanyou brother doesn't realize what potential this miko has.' He told himself.

"Hello……… are you willing to comply or what?" Kagome said impatiently waving her hand in his face.

Sesshomaru snapped out of his conjured thoughts and stared at the well-proportioned miko. 'What is this wench doing to me?' he questioned himself confusedly.

"Lets get one thing straight wench, you are on my premises, and you will show me respect." He stated emotionlessly.

'I should watch my tongue, this is Sesshomaru, he could kill me now but hut he hasn't and I don't think he will………yet.' She thought timidly.

"And if I don't? I know you won't kill me until you get what you want and I'm not willing to die until Inuyasha gets what he deserves." She said triumphantly ignoring her dreadful thoughts.

"Do you dare defy me?" he scolded rising from his seat.

Kagome stood unaffected testing the taiyoukai's nerves. She crossed her arms over her chest and gave Sesshomaru a mimic stoic expression.

'What makes this miko so sure I wont take her life right now and does she dare try to mimic I, Sesshomaru.'

With his demon speed, Sesshomaru pushed Kagome against the nearest stonewall and pressed a fierce claw against the pulse of her neck causing her to gasp.

"If you disrespect me again I promise your life will end as swiftly as this." He growled sensing her fear growing by every beat of her heart.

Then without cause Kagome started laughing hysterically causing the youkai's claw to graze her neck slightly leaving a thin trace of blood on her neck.

The scent of her blood mingled its way to Sesshomaru's sensitive nose.

His eyes began to bleed red and he uncontrollable latched his mouth to her exposed cut and began to lap at her neck causing Kagome to take sudden gasps.

"What are you doing?" she asked groggily from the sensation of his tongue caressing her pulse point.

His clawed hands began to roam her upper body.

Kagome's eyes widened when he took a strong grasp of her right breast.

"Stop it Sesshomaru!" she quivered out making a struggle half-heartedly.

He continued ignoring her cries.

"Sess-" he silenced her pleas with an intense kiss catching the miko off guard.

Her eyelids fell slowly feeding into his forceful kiss. Their tongues entwined.

She tasting the bitter copper blood, him tasting her sweet indulgence.

Only one thing fluttered in Kagome's mind 'Is this right………'

A.N. Muhahahahaha! I know I am evil for sure. It took me awhile to think of a good way to continue this fic then it came to me I hope you liked it. So I leave you again with an evil cliffhanger. Please flame or review I love those. I will post new chapter soon I promise.
