InuYasha Fan Fiction ❯ Kagome's Kidnapped! ❯ Naraku's Dungeon ( Chapter 3 )

Kagome had given up on the whole `put me down' thing. She watched as they passed by a waterfall. *I should have a shower when I get back to my time. My clothes are filthy.* She thought glumly. Suddenly, she felt a sharp pain in the back of her head and everything went black.

 

 

She woke up in a dark, cold room. She looked around and figured she was Naraku's dungeon. She stood up shakily and walked over to a bared window. She looked outside and gasped. There were demons flying all over the place!

 

One of the fairly large demons heard her and came charging at the window. Kagome's eyes widened and she pushed against the wall as hard as she could to get away from the window. The demon hit the window, shattering the glass and spraying it all over the dungeon floor. Luckily for Kagome, the bars stopped the demon from getting in. It growled angrily before backing away from the broken window.

 

Kagome could feel her heart pounding in her chest. She almost screamed when she heard the door behind her open. She turned around quickly to see Naraku smiling at her.

 

-“I wouldn't try to get out by that window if I was you. Any one of those demons could eat you whole.” he said evilly.

 

-“Yeah, I figured out that much!” Kagome said angrily. Naraku frowned.

 

-“You're my prisoner, so start acting like one!” he said and slapped her across the face. Kagome screamed and held her cheek. She brought her other hand up to slap him back but he caught it just before it hit his face.

 

He squeezed her hand and it felt like it was on fire. Kagome screamed out in pain.

 

-“Why do you resist when you know I could easily kill you?” Naraku asked coldly and let go of her hand.

 

Kagome quickly backed up against the wall with the window and looked at her hand. There were red makings where Naraku's hand used to be and it stung like it had been burned.

 

-“You'll be staying here until Inuyasha shows up. Then, I've got bigger plans for you. Try not to cut yourself on the broken glass.” Naraku chuckled coldly and left, closing and locking the door behind him.

 

Kagome walked over to a corner of the dungeon that didn't have glass on the floor and sat down with her knees up against her chest. *Oh Inuyasha, were are you?.......*
