A/N: This chapter is definitely a filler but it does have to do with the story line and will come in tact later, hopefully! This Saturday is the 2 month anniversary of my story! Yay! On Friday, I am giving one huge present, a huge chapter with a lime & a lemon between Inu/Kag & Sess/Kag.

 

The Visit

 

“Where are you going milady?” Jaken asked.

 

“Do not question me imp, do as I say or get purified” She threatened.

 

She went out to the garden; sleep was the farthest thing from her mind. `Inu no baka saying it's not a big deal. I described the rape, giving details, I only wish to forget & all of my friends know.

 

The garden was relaxing, she enjoyed it a lot. `I know they mean well but no one understands. I'll spend a few days with Sango & Miroku; they won't ask any questions'

 

“Milady, your stuff is ready. Both of your mates are worried” Jaken warned.

 

“So loyal Jaken, thanks for letting me know” She smiled.

 

“Thanks you, milady” She bowed.

 

“What is the problem?” Ayame asked.

 

“Recent events make it dangerous for Kagome to travel” Kouga said.

 

“I agree” Inuyasha added.

 

“She must be with one of us at all times” Sess said.

 

“I am not a pup, I do not require constant watching” Kagome said firmly.

 

“I know but you need to stay here”

 

“Actually I need to get away, to see new faces. Living here is only upsetting me”

 

“Where are you going?” Inuyasha asked.

 

“To a quiet village, a few hundred yards from here. Jaken will be accompanying us as well” Kagome said.

 

“Why are you going away?”

 

“I need to go somewhere to talk to people who know nothing of my situation, a breather from it all”

 

“You may go, as long as you communicate back to us”

 

“If I choose not to, that is up to me”

 

“Round up the pups, feed them breakfast & be ready to go”

 

“Yes Lady Kagome”

 

“Kouga & Ayame will escort you just there”

 

“No, I will not have Kouga following, Ayame can go”

 

“Very well, Ayame be ready to go”

 

“I need to go freshen up”

 

“Another question, why type of village is it?”

 

“A ningen village”

 

“Who will be there?”

 

“A few ningens, a lovely couple I know lives there”

 

“Are there a lot of men in that village?”

 

“Yes but they are happily married”

 

She left to go get ready.

 

“Should we let her go?” Inuyasha asked.

 

“She's strong willed she'd only go with or without permission” Ayame added in.

 

“Ayame, you pay attention to where you're going” Kouga warned.

 

“Ayame, Are you ready to go?”

 

“Yes”

 

“You're the mean lady, who hurts my mom's feelings” Rin said.

 

“I am not a mean lady; I & your mommy are friends”

 

“Is it true?” Shippo asked.

 

“Of course, her name is Ayame & she is going with us” Kagome was glad.

 

“Where are we going?” Rin asked.

 

“Somewhere fun, I promise” She smiled.

 

“Is daddy coming?” Shippo asked.

 

“No, not right now” Kagome said.

 

“Bye daddy” Rin ran & attacked Sess's leg.

 

“Bye mates, I'll see you soon” She kissed each one on the cheek.

 

Kouga waved. Rin & Shippo got to ride Ah-Uh, everyone else walked beside it.

 

“Where are we going?” Ayame asked.

 

“To visit some old friends of mine, it's only a 2 hour walk” Kagome answered.

 

“I don't want to be all day” Ayame hinted.

 

“You can run I'll ride Ah-Uh” Kagome said. Jaken also hopped on the dragon.

 

`I left my mates in such a harsh way, but I really need some time away from them, they are helping out any by crowding me”

 

“Kagome, I'm surprised to see you” Miroku said.

 

“I brought the pups”

 

“Good, Sango's inside making lunch, Kohaku is here”

 

“What?”

 

“Naraku released him with his memory in tack”

 

“Do you have a room for me & the pups?”

 

“Of course, come into the village. The Inn will take you”

 

“Where do you stay?”

 

“Room 2B in the Inn”

 

“Why aren't you in the house?”

 

“It is getting rebuilt after a demon crashed it”

 

“Can I help you?” The inn keeper asked.

 

“Yes, I want stay here a few nights” Kagome said.

 

“And you are?”

 

“Lady Kagome, lady of the west; Sesshomaru's mate”

 

“Any room is yours”

 

“A nice room with 2 bed please”

 

“The royal suite is available, no charge” The inn keeper offered.

 

“No need, is this enough” She put 8 coins* on the table

 

“More than enough” The inn keeper quickly scooped it up.

 

They went up to the room. IT was quant and homey.

 

“Sango?” Kagome thought she saw her.

 

“Yes” Sango spun around.

 

“Kagome” She cheered.

 

“You're pregnant” she looked at her huge belly.

 

“Yup, decided the time was right” Sango was proud

 

“We have to throw you a baby shower” She said.

 

“The baby's not born yet, how can you bathe it?” Sango asked.

 

“A baby shower is a party where the guests give gifts to the mother for the baby, How far along are you?”

 

“About 5 months” Sango replied.

 

“In about a month, you should have the shower”

 

((I skipped so much time between it is nothing exciting))

 

4 days later…

 

“Bye, good luck on the baby Sango” Kagome yelled.

 

“Milady, you have given me a wonderful break, how was yours?” Jaken asked.

 

“Lovely, don't worry about Sesshomaru, I will explain your break” Kagome said.

 

“Yes ma'am”

 

“Good after” She said to one of the servants. They took all the dirty cloths and hurried to wash them.

 

She sent the pups to their wing & dismissed Jaken. She barged right in without Knocking. She was nearly cut into a million pieces by Sesshomaru.

 

“What a greeting, nearly poisoned by my mate”

 

“We didn't know it was you” Inuyasha said.

 

“Your noses all dried up or something”

 

“We are getting over the youkai flu”

 

“I got back on. Sango is 5 months pregnant & Miroku is excited”

 

“You went to see Miroku & Sango without me?”

 

“Yeah it's ok. We stayed in the local Inn”

 

“Did Jaken sleep outside?”

 

“I'm not sure; I gave him the days off”

 

“Jaken, you were strictly told to accompany her, you will …”

 

“You will not do a thing to him, I wanted him gone. I could see he was bored & uncomfortable so I let him gone”

 

“Jaken was not to leave you, whether or not you instructed him to do otherwise”

 

“He was not needed”

 

“Jaken, wait outside with Ah-Uh”

 

“Do not Jaken; I am not going to allow Sesshomaru to hurt you. You will be with me for the rest of the week”

 

“Are you going to allow that?” Inuyasha asked.

 

“For now she is obviously growing attached to him”

 

“Jaken, let me deal with Sess, he won't hurt you” Kagome promised.

 

“I am use to it” He said simply. She took that in.

 

“Can you bring me some water?

 

`Why am I sparing Jaken? I am so confused!'
