In the Past : Myoga is on his way to Lady Kaete's to tell her about the terrible danger Kagome is in. When he sees Naraku's poisonous insects Myoga thinks to himself " I wonder what the insects are doing I mean Myroku has gone to Kagome's time. What could they possible be doing? I must get to Lady Kaete as fast as possible maybe she will know what to do about them." Myoga arrives at Lady Kaete's and to his surprise she and the villagers are fighting a wolf demon. Myoga waits until the battle is over to talk to Lady Kaete. The villagers defeat the wolf demon. Myoga goes over to Lady Kaete and starts to suck her blood, so that she will notice him and she does, Kaete gives him a quick slap. Lady Kaete speaks to Myoga " Why you devil, what is it now" he responds
" Kagome is in terrible danger" kaete replies " what are you talking about she is in her own time. How can she be in danger" Myoga tells her the story. When he has finished Lady Kaete says " I wonder how the demon got there unless it had a jewel shard. And usually where there's a demon with a jewel shard you will find Naraku" Myoga just remembering about the insects says " That would explain why on the way over to your village I saw Naraku's poisonous insects" " Naraku's poisonous insects you say. Then Kagome is in terrible danger" said Lady Kaete. Myoga says "What could Naraku possible want with Kagome in her time." Lady Kaete buds in "it would be perfect she wouldn't have her arrows with her so she couldn't defend herself against an attack. And better yet with her time so different if she battled a demon, her time wouldn't understand it, so she would come back to this time with Naraku and cooperate just so that there wasn't any battle in her time. Tell me did you spot kykio anywhere?" Myoga responds " No I haven't seen her in a while" Lady Kaete speaks "Then she must still be here wonder if she is in on the plan with Naraku"

In Kagome's time: Kagome asks her teacher to go to the bathroom he agrees because of the earlier incident. Kagome doesn't really go to the bathroom. Kagome thinks to herself as she runs out of her school. "I wonder why I am sensing a jewel shard. I wonder if I am just going insane under all the pressure of switching worlds." At the same time Inuyasha and the others are heading after the demon. Myroku says to Inuyasha " I hate to be giving you a heavier burden but we must find Kagome there could be some demons already here hunting her down she has the jewel remember" Inuyasha responds " exactly the demon is probably heading towards the jewel so if we follow the demon then we most likely will find Kagome and any other demons who have gotten here" Songo puts in a word " Inuyasha is right, that is most likely where the demon is heading" Then adding to that Shippou says " So Inuyasha does have a good idea every once in a while" "I heard that Shippou" replied Inuyasha. They are running so hard that they aren't paying attention and the next thing they know "aahhhhh" "That sounded like Kagome" said Inuyasha Kagome is in another part of town she says " I can fell the jewel shard it is getting closer aahhhhh what is a demon doing here" so flustered about seeing the demon she forgets all her senses and screams again. By this time there is a crowd around her wondering what is going on she realizes this and thinks " I have to get the demon away from all these people." Kagome says to the demon "You want my jewel shard come and get it" Kagome leads the demon away from the crowd that was gathering. So intent on getting the demon back to the past she starts to head towards the well. Her plan is working nicely until another demon gets in front of her and she has to change her path. Kagome thinking says " There are two demons her but they don't have any jewel shards but I swear I am still sensing a jewel shard which means there must be another demon here." Kagome doesn't know it but she is heading straight toward the demon that Inuyasha and the others are following. About 5 minutes later Kagome stops and says "the shard it is close I must go find it" Then little do the two groups know but Kagome's heading straight for them then she sees the other demon in front of her the one Inuyasha and the others are following. "that's the one with the jewel shard now how am I going to get rid of it" At that moment Inuyasha and the others show up. Myroku says " Why has the demon stopped" Then Kagome says " Myroku" Inuyasha looks around the demon and sees two more demons with Kagome standing in between the one they were chasing and the other two demons. "Kagome are you ok did they hurt you" "Yah I'm fine, the demon by you has a jewel shard" say's Kagome. The next thing they know Naraku's poisonous insects show up.
