Chapter: 3

16 years later.

According to Mamorus scouts Naraku has reappeared. Now is the time for Myogas plan to come into action. "It will be less then a few months before Naraku and his forces destroy us all." One of the scouts said. Mamoru sent him away telling him to fetch Myoga.

Mamoru waited in his strategizing room when Myoga came in along with Keade and Sesshomeru. "Father it would be wise to seek the exterminators for aid against the battle with Naraku." Mamoru agreed with his son, but new full well that Hotohori made it clear that he would not be involved in the fight against Naraku.

"Hotohori will not assist us." He stated plainly but Keade thought different. "I believe seeking him out is the best plan of action. Besides isn't his brother head of that clan? If we approach him and make him see the threat that Naraku is don't you think Hotohori will not have a choice in the matter."

Mamoru considered this then Sesshomeru stood. "I will go father and make them see the seriousness of the situation." "NO! … Send inuyasha." Myoga hoped to Mamorus shoulder. "My lord it is best if inuyasha went there's a chance he could bump into Kagome and then our fears will be over."

Mamoru did want Naraku dead but he wondered could he really do it at the price of his son's life? Sesshomeru was skeptical. "Once Hotohori sees inuyasha what makes you think he will let him anywhere near his daughter?"

"Why not? Hotohori knows not the name our lord gave his son and he can't possibly know just by looking at him that he is Mamorus son." The old seer said and Myoga went on to say. "We can send inuyasha with instruction not to reveal he is the son of our lord and if they except in aiding us inuyasha can stay and examine there fighting skills and possibly aid them in there training thus giving him a chance to bump into Kagome."

Sesshomeru did not see how this would work. "Father you have never told inuyasha about his fate nor have you told him of this Kagome so what makes you think this could work if he is not looking for the girl?"

Then Mamoru thought back to a time when inuyasha was 10 and went out on his first hunt with his cousin Miroku. He remembered when the boy had returned he had a new sent on him a sent that reminded him of his friends midorico and Hotohori. He knew then that inuyasha had some how met his Kagome and to this day the sent is still on him.

"It is fate just as you yourself stated my son." He smiled to Sesshomeru. "Now bring your brother to me." And with that Sesshomeru left to find inuyasha.

Out in the fields not fare from their lands a young man with short black hair and dark blue cloths. Were currently trying to sneak up on his cousin but failing miserably? "I don't know why you even bother Miroku."

His cousin stood tall and confidently. "One day dear cousin I will scare you half to death." Raising an eyebrow and giving a smirk the boy just turned his back to his cousin and started walking off. "Feh! … No chance." The silver hair boy said most concededly.

"Hey inuyasha wait up." Miroku ran to catch up to him.

Meanwhile in the distance Sesshomeru watched his brother and cousin. {So brother we shall see if the professes are the truth.}

Later that day in Mamorus office

"Son as you know the fight against Naraku is growing." Mamoru looked down at a map on his table. "I would like you and Miroku to travel here." He pointed to his destination on the map. "The slayers village." Mamoru was shocked that he knew of it but quickly covered that up.

"Yes but you will not travel as the son of a lord." Inuyasha cut in rudely. "When have I ever." Mamoru cleared his throat at his comment. "You will be my generals seeking aid and if they except then you will help there fighters in training and I will send a messenger to retrieve you when you are needed."

"Father you aren't trying to get rid of me now are you." Inuyasha was suspicious to why he trained all his life for battle and his father seemed reluctant to let him fight. "I am trying to seen you on a mission." Mamoru answered rudely. "Now leave me"

Inuyasha walked out his father's chambers. Miroku was waiting out side the door. "So is there something wrong?" "We have a mission." Inuyasha answered simply.

ON THE ROAD TO THE EXTERMINATORS VILLAGE:

"So all we have to do is pretend we are generals, ask for aid, and train the exterminators." Miroku walked along side inuyasha while their horses carried food, belongings, and weapons. "Sounds easy enough." Inuyasha replied.

Miroku then patted inuyasha on the back and pointed to two beautiful women coming their way. Inuyasha looked up and a big smile appeared on his face. Miroku ran ahead of him, took the girl in the tight black and pink slayers out fit by the hand, and walked ahead.

Inuyasha walked to the beautiful girl with long thick black hair ice blue eyes and wearing a black dress (MUCH LIKE THE ONE YURA OF THE HAIR HAD IN THE EARLY EPOSOUDES) with blue lining.

And kissed her passionately.

"What took you?" the girl asked. "We didn't think you were coming." Inuyasha took the girls hands in his own and kissed them. "Now you know better then that Kagome."
