Kagome's Pregnancy: Day 2: Knowing who your mother is and what must I wish?

The next day Kagome woke up before her mate, who was sleeping peacefully with his mouth slitly open, snoring softly as she heard a knock on the door.

"I wonder who could that",thought Kagome as she got out and went to the door. She opened the door and saw her father standing there smiling.

"Morning, daddy",said Kagome giving him a hug and gave him a kiss on the cheek.

"Good morning, princess",said her father and gave her back the hug and kiss,"Hey is it ok if we can talk after when you get dressed?".

"Sure but...what am I suppose to wear?",asked Kagome sounding whiny looking at Romakai.

"Oh, don't worry about that. I got yours and Inuyasha's clothes right here with me.",said Romakai showing her a kimono that was pink which had magenta flowers on it and Inuyaha's red haori and hakama's. He handed Kagome both her and Inuyasha's clothes.

"Thanks...why do you have our clothes anyways?",asked Kagome looking at him slyly.

"Don't worry about that ok. Just go get dressed. I'll be outside",said Romakai looking at her.

"Ok. And thanks for the clothes",said Kagome looking at her dad still and gave him a smile.

"Your welcome",said her father and began to walk away from the door so he can go outside and wait for her.

Kagome watched her father leave and cloesed the door so she can get dressed (duh).

While the princess was getting dressed into her kimono, Inuyasha woke up.

"Good morning, beautiful",said Inuyasha in a husky voice getting out of bed and went over to his mate wrapping his arms around her and gave her a kiss on the neck making her giggle.

"'giggle' good morning, handsome",giggled Kagome looking up at Inuyasha and gave him a kiss on the nose. She turned around getting out of Inuyasha's arms and walked towards the door.

"Hey where are you going?",asked Inuyasha looking at her as she walked towards the door.

"Oh, my father wants to talk to me about something",answered Kagome looking back at Inuyasha.

"Oh...ok. I'll see ya then",said Inuyasha looking at Kagome and walked in the bathroom.

Kagome watched Inuyasha go into the bathroom giving him a confused look then went outside to meet up with her father. When Kagome was outside she saw her father and went up to him.

"So what do you wanna talk to me about daddy?",asked Kagome looking at him.

"Your mother"

"My mother?"

"Yes your mother"

"Ok"

"Kagome..."

"Yes daddy?"

"Your mother's Midoriko"

"laughs' are you fucking joking, daddy?",laughed Kagome at what she heard from the lords mouth.

"No I'm not Kagome. Midoriko is your mother",said her father looking at her seriously.

Kagome stopped laughing and looked at her father shockly because of what he said.

"My mother is Midoriko?",asked Kagome looking at her father still but not shockly anymore.

Romakai nodded his head and looked at her still,"That's why the jewel came out of your body".

Kagome took out the Shikon no Tama and looked at it,"That can't be true because that means that I'm also an demon slayer since I'm an miko and an hanyou".

"Not necessarily",said the lord looking at her still.

"What do you mean 'not necessarily'?",asked Kagome looking at him confused now.

"Do you slay demons at all?"

"Only if they had jewel shards since we were looking for the shards and if they try to kill me. But nope I don't slay demons"

"Then your not an demon slayer also. Your just an hanyou and an miko only"

"Oh...umm if the jewel came out of mother's body and then Kikyo had the jewel then she died and the jewel came out of my body then, how comes Kikyo had the jewel?",asked Kagome making a good point (i think it's a good point so ya).

"I don't know how she got the fucking jewel! I don't give a shit if she did! This is about your mother and you not some miko who had the fucking jewel after so many years when your mother died!",said Lord Romakai sounding angry looking at Kagome still which was shocked to hear her father swear at her like that.

"Oh...ok then sorry to ask. Well since you and mom were together does that mean that she purify you?",asked Kagome.

"No she didn't purify me since I wasn't evil...that much but she didn't. I respected your mother and if I didn't she would of killed me",answered her father and looked into the sky.

"Oh...what was mom like?"

"That I can't say because there are a lot of things that you can describe your mother"

"Well...tell me the things that you know that describe mom"

"Well she's beautiful, strong, loving, caring, has a beautiful smile and many more that I could say",answered Romakai still looking in the sky and looked back at his daughter.

All Kagome said was oh and looked into the sky. As she did that Inuyasha came along.

"Good morning guys",said Inuyasha as he came up to them.

"Good morning",said both Kagome and Romakai as they turned to look at him.

"I'm gunna ask if breakfast is ready",said the lord and walked into the castle (well you see they were on outside near the doors to go inside so ya).

"Ok",said Inuyasha and Kagome as he left to go inside.

"So what were you guys talking about?",asked Inuyasha with a grin on his face.

"'giggles' your so nosey, Inu! I'll tell you later ok",giggled Kagome looking at Inuyasha.

"'sigh' ok",sighed Inuyasha and looked into the sky.

As he did that Lord Romakai came back outside.

"Hey you 2 breakfast is ready",said the lord to Inuyasha and Kagome.

"Ok",said the couple and they went inside the castle with Romakai and then they ate.

(ok ppl i dun wanna waste time typing wtf is going on during the eating part so i'm moving on ok)

Later On That Day: Inu/Kag POV:

Inuyasha and Kagome were outside laying on the grass relaxing there. Kagome was lying on her back as Inuyasha played with her belly (u no wen guys wanna hear the baby n shit so ya).

"So, wench...what were you and your dad talking about?",asked Inuyasha running his hand over her stomach several times and stopped.

"'sigh' my mother",answered Kagome sitting up alittle with her elbows giving her support.

"Oh...hey princess bitch, who's your mom anyways?",asked Inuyasha looking at her.

"What the fuck? Princess bitch?"

"Oh...'try to play it off laugh'...it's a nick name for you, love. I like it, it represents you...cuz your a princess and a bitch",said Inuyasha sounding nervously as he sat up still looking at Kagome.

"Ya. Sure. Whatever, Inuyasha"

"Well anyways answer the question"

"'sigh' my mom is Midoriko. Happy?",murmured Kagome looking at him.

"Wooow! Midoriko! You gotta be kidding!",said Inuyasha looking at her shocked now.

"I'm not kidding at all",said Kagome sitting up straight now looking at him still.

When Kagome sat up straight her father came up to them.

"You fucked Midoriko! Your a bad dog!",said Inuyasha looking at Lord Romakai making him laugh.

"'laughs' So?...anyways do you guys want to go to Midoriko's cave?",asked Romakai looking at the hanyou couple changing the subject quickly.

"Whatever",said Inuyasha and got up.

"Sure I'd love to see mom in her gravesite",said Kagome as she tried to stand up but her father helped her up since she waspregnant.

"Ok...lets go then",said the lord and they all went to Midoriko's cave which was also her grave site.

When they reached there they went straight into the cave and walked up to her.

"I remember when me, Kagome, the runt, Sango and Miroku were in here",said Inuyasha looking at Midoriko.

"I remember too and you got sent out of the cave",chuckled Kagome remembering what had happened when they were in the cave about 3 years ago.

"I see you've been in your mother's cave already Kagome",said Romakai looking at Kagome.

"Yeah. I have. It was a sad story about how she died...I didn't even know her that well 'sigh' life always ends up like shit",said Kagome looking at her mother then her father.

"Life doesn't always end up like shit, my dear",said her father looking at her.

"Maybe to you it doesn't but to me it does",said Kagome sounding hurt and sad looking at her father still and then looked down at her feet.

Romakai looked at the princess with confusion in his eyes then his face expression went to an understanding look on his face,"'sigh' maybe we should leave you alone...so you can think about somethings about your mother. We'll be outside of the cave right Inuyasha?".

"Yeah...then you can have the cave all to yourself",said Inuyasha and got out of the cave.

"Ok...",said Kagome sounding sad and lost at the same time.

After when Kagome said 'Ok...' Romakai left the cave also leaving Kagome all alone.

Kagome sighed and looked at her Midoriko.

"Mom...if only I got to know you as a little girl and you didn't have to die...we all could of been a happy family and then I could of had brothers and sisters be could of been so happy",thought Kagome as she kept staring at her mother with tears now trickling down her cheeks.

"Why!",cried Kagome as she fell on her knees and burried her face in her hands as she kept on crying.

Then she heard a voice, "Don't cry Kagome"

"Why? And who are you?",moaned Kagome getting up wiping her tears away and looked all over the cave to see who it was.

"'giggles' I'm your mother Kagome."

"Mom?...where...are you?",asked Kagome looking for her.

"I'm right here. Look above you, sweetheart"

"Oh",said Kagome dumbly and saw Midoriko floating down infront of her.

"Don't cry my child. I'll always be in your heart my little one"

"I know and I'm not little anymore"

"I know your not little anymore but you're my little girl and you'll always be"

Midoriko cupped Kagome's cheek and rubbed it in softly.

"I don't even know you that well, mom",said Kagome as tears came to her eyes.

"It's ok Kagome and you still can"

"But..how? What do you mean?",asked Kagome looking at her with questioning eyes.

"'giggles' the Shikon no Tama silly. Use it to make a wish my child. But be wise about what you wish because there are alot of things that you might want to wish for"

"I know but...I wanna wish you back alive even if I want my friends loved ones to be alive too",cried Kagome looking at her still with tears trickling down her cheek and onto her hands.

"And that's why I said to be wise about what you wish for...think about that Kaggy"

Midoriko wiped her tears away looking at her like a mother would look at her child her arms.

"Kaggy?"

"It's a nickname I used to call you that all the time. I always thought it was very cute"

"Oh",said Kagome dumbly looking at her still.

"'giggles' you lookeddumb when you did that"

"I did?"

"laughs' yes you did"

"Oh"

"Anyways think about it ok...I have to go, sweetheart"

"Wait mom don't go",said Kagome looking at her still with tears coming to her eyes.

"Kagome I have to go darling"

"But why? I want to ask you questions and tell you things",said Kagome looking at her with tears now trickling down her cheek as she spoke to her.

"I know you do Kagome but I need to go. My body's calling me and I can't just be a ghost talking to you for ever even if I just talked to you today"

"I don't want you to go yet",cried Kagome as tears pouring even more down her face.

"I know you don't my little girl. I'll always be in yours and your father's hearts. I love you my little one, always"

Midoriko gave Kagome a kiss on her forehead and disappeared.

"Wait! Don't go mom! 'crying' don't go",cried Kagome as she fell on her knees crying even more.

While Kagome was crying Inuyasha and Romakai came in the cave seeing her on her knees crying like a baby.

"Kagome what happened? Why are you crying?",asked her father kneeling down beside her as her tears started soften.

"'sniff' mom...she...came...and talked to me and then she left",sniffed Kagome looking at her father as she wiped her tears away.

"Oh...what did she say?",asked Romakai as he stood up and helped Kagome up as well.

"Yeah, what did she say?",asked Inuyasha getting into the conversation."'sigh' I'll tell the both of you when we get back",answered Kagome looking at the them.

'Ok' was all they said and they left out of the cave and went back to the castle.

When they came back from seeing Midoriko in her cave also her gravesite they ate dinner since it was sun down.

When they were done eating they all started to have a conversation.

"So Kagome...are you gunna tell us what she said?",asked Inuyasha looking at her and Romakai did the same.

"'sigh' ok this is how it went...

"Why!",cried Kagome as she fell on her knees and burried her face in her hands as she kept on crying.

and that's what she said to me",said Kagome explaining Inuyasha and Romakai what Midoriko said to Kagome while she was in the cave crying on her knees.

"So Kagome what are you gunna wish for?",asked Inuyasha looking at her still.

"I don't know yet...that's a very good qusetion, Inu. I should think about that?",answered Kagome looking back at him.

"You know what? You should go lay down and relax then you can think about what you wanna wish for",suggested the lord looking at his daughter.

"'sigh' ok maybe I should. I mean I had a rough day know who my mother is, which is dead and I just talked to her while she was a ghost",said Kagome as she got up and left the room and went into her's and Inuyasha's room then layed down on the bed.

When Kagome left Romakai and Inuyasha started talking.

"So how long have you known my daughter?"

"About 3 years since she broke the jewel and all of the shards were everywhere so we had to collect them all."

"Interesting. How did it break?",asked Romakai looking at him.

"Kagome shot an arrow at an bird that ate the jewel. She killed the bird and shattered the jewel at the same time",answered Inuyasha looking back at him.

"Oh...",said Romakai.

With Kagome:

Kagome was laying on her bed sighing and took out the Shikon no Tama. She looked at it and sighed.

Flashback:

"Why!",cried Kagome as she fell on her knees and burried her face in her hands as she kept on crying.

Then she heard a voice, "Don't cry Kagome"

"Why? And who are you?",moaned Kagome getting up wiping her tears away and looked all over the cave to see who it was.

Flashback End

"'sigh' maybe I should take a nap",said Kagome talking to herself.

After awhile she fell asleep instantly.

Back With The Guys:

They were talking still, of course.

"'yawn' I'm gunna go to bed now",yawned Inuyasha getting up.

"Ok then. Goodnight. Oh and tell Kagome I said goodnight",said Romakai to Inuyasha.

"Ok goodnight",said Inuyasha and left the room going into his and Kagome's room.

When he goes in their room he saw Kagome sleeping peacefully.

He looked at her sleeping form with a smile on his face and laid down beside her.

"Gods. She looks so beautiful when she's sleeping",thought Inuyasha as he kept staring at his bitch and pulled her close to him.

When he did that he cause Kagome to move and whimper.

"Inuyasha",moaned Kagome moving closer to him.

"Shhhhh. Go back to sleep, wench oh and your dad said goodnight",whispered Inuyasha and kissed her on the lips lightly.

'Ok' was all Kagome said and then she drifted back to sleep.

Inuyasha pulled up the sheets up to their necks and wrapped his arms around her and kissed Kagome on her forehead this time.

"Night, princess bitch",whispered Inuyasha and drifted off to sleep also.
