Chapter Two: I hate you, so my pain is nothing...
`Flashback/Dream`
He had taken her to the well, but, before she could jump into it and return to her own time...
"Wait, Kagome." Inuyasha tells her as she sat on the edge.
"Yes?" she asks him, turning to face him, then is caught completely off gaurd when he kissed her.
"Wha-what was that for?"
Inuyasha looked her dead in the eyes, a sincere expression on his face.
"I-I love you." he replies, kissing her again. She didn't like it, it felt wrong.
"You're lying." she tells him and he looks at her in shock.
"Kagome, why do you say that?"
"You're just doing this to get the Jewel Shards. You don't love me at all, you hang around with Kikyo
too much to say you love me." she tells him heatedly, he grabs her around the waist and forces her to the
ground.
"Fine, so I am. All you're good for is finding the Jewel Shards anyway, you wouldn't be here now if I
didn't need you, I would've killed you a long time ago. So shut up, quit complaining and give me the Shards,
wench."
"No, I'm not giving you the Shards!"
"Then I guess I'll have to take them, and you as well."
He rips off her shirt, slicing her bra off as well, then rips off her skirt and panties, despite her protests.
She screams and he slaps her across the face, hard.
"Shut up, wench!" he yells at her, gouging his nails into her left breast, she screeches in pain, as
he drags them down all the way to her stomach and does the same on the other side. She tries to
push him off, but he slaps her again and she lays still as he undoes his pants. Her eyes widen at how
big he is and she starts to scream for help but he bites into her side and punches her in the face.
"Shut the fuck up wench or I'll kill you!"
She silently cries, laying there with blood trailing down her face as he enters her, and wondering what she did to deserve this.
She, once again, cries out in pain as he breaks her barrier and bites into her leg to silence her, ripping out flesh as he lets go.
He grins into her face.
"Not even the worms will want you when I'm done, wench." he tells her, blood trailing from his mouth, her blood.
He continues to pound into her ruthlessly, his moans echoing in her ears. She just lies there, too weak from bloodloss to fight, and cries.
*Why, Inuyasha? I loved you, and you hurt me. I hate you.* she thinks, not noticing the pink glow that's surrounding her. Inuyasha
screams as he is burned by it.
"Ahh! Stupid bitch! Oh, well, I'll just take these!" he says, grabbing at the Jewel Shards around her neck and cursing as he is burned.
"Damn, I'll get those Shards! Just you wait!"
He puts his pants back on and jumps off into the forest.
She got to her feet slowly, leaning on the well for support.
~Kagome's POV (still in flashback/dream)~
I didn't remember going back to the hut, I didn't feel like I was there anymore. It was like my soul had been ripped from my body.
I felt...detached from the world, all I know is that I ended up there, cold and shivering, blood caked on my body everywhere. I stumbled
over and huddled into the far corner, and cried, finally falling asleep sometime later. I woke up when I heard footsteps outside the hut.
*No, not him. Just go away, go away.* I thought, looking around for a weapon, I found a broken piece of wood, splintered. It wasn't the
best weapon, but it'd do.
I heard him enter the hut and shut my eyes.
"No..stay away..don't come near me...I'll kill you...I'm not gonna let you
get me again...I hate you..." I said, muttering to what I thought was him.
I was so surprised when Sango embraced me in a hug that I dropped the wood. She didn't notice.
What was she doing here?
I listened with a dead expression on my face as she asked who did this.
"Inuyasha." I said, not showing my pain.
She asked me why.
"I don't know." I said, not wanting to recall eveything that had happened. She just pulls me into another hug.
I watched as Miroku came over and laid a hand on Sango's shoulder, telling her we should take me back to Kaede's.
She agrees, Miroku putting me on her back and they leave the hut, heading for Kaede's. I fainted somewhere along the way,
but not before hearing Shippo's threat. I would've laughed if I wasn't in so much pain, if I didn't know the one whom
I loved had dumped me for a piece of walking clay. I hate him, that stupid halfbreed.
