Goodbye's Hurt

Sesshoumaru jerked awake as he heard the car pulling up in the driveway, `that means that the family is back.'

Sesshoumaru was not pleased by this turn of events.

He felt his anger growing knowing that he would have to change his plans, `no good morning loving.'

Looking down at Kagome's sleeping face he smiled fondly, reaching down to stroke her cheek.

They hadn't talked about much, nor did he make her any promises. Sesshoumaru frowned slightly, `she's not a one night stand girl…I'm the one who took her virginity.'

Sighing dejectedly he closed his eyes and waited for sleep to claim him once more.

A little while later…

"Sesshy!" His aunt yelled, "come and join us for breakfast!"

Sesshoumaru's eyes snapped open in irritation. Growling he sung his feet over the side of the bed and just sat there looking down at a slumbering Kagome.

Feeling the loss of Sesshoumaru's warmth, Kagome stretched languidly and cracked her eyes open.

Smirking sexily, Sesshoumaru lowered his lips to hers, to give her a gentle kiss that was so at odds with his lustful expression.

"Good morning…" Fluffy breathed softly into her mouth, devouring her response in the kiss.

Kagome raised her arms to twine them around Fluffy's neck and draw him down to her for more than a kiss.

He went willingly; eagerly even when, "SESSHOUMARU! BREAKFAST!" his aunt yelled right outside his door.

Kagome blinked in surprise and couldn't help the small giggle that escaped when she heard Sesshoumaru growl.

"Fuck!" Sesshoumaru growled softly.

"Ok! I'm getting dressed!" He replied loudly.

`Fuck!' he thought angrily, `I don't wanna eat no fucking food! I wanna eat Kagome!'

With that thought, he turned hungry eyes towards Kagome.

Kagome blushed at the heated look Sessho was sending her way, "well I'll just take a quick shower…"

Standing and dragging the sheet to cover her nudeness, she gasped when Sesshoumaru yanked the sheet away from her and let his eyes rover over her, "your modesty is misplaced…I've seen and touched all of you…"

The blush that had been lightening came back redder than before.

With a small `humph' she headed for his bathroom to take a quick shower.

He smirked following her while debating weather to join her in the shower or not. He decided against it, if he were to join her they would not emerge for an hour or more.

Grabbing his toothbrush he began his dental hygiene, turning when she poked her head out of the shower, "Sessho…can you hand me a robe or something?"

Grabbing one of the hand towels he handed it to her, smirking at her raised eyebrows.

"…and just what is this supposed to do?" Kagome asked him dryly, her lips twitching slightly.

Leaning against the sink, toothbrush still in his mouth, he cocked his head to the side and watched as she daintily stepped from the shower and began to dry herself with the hand towel.

Kagome rolled her eyes and grinned wickedly when she saw just how she was affecting him, "you better hurry or your aunt's going to come in here looking for you."

He muttered something and stepped into the shower, a scowl on his face.

"…do you have an extra tooth brush?" Kagome asked softly, fully dressed.

"No…you can use mine if you want…" he mumbled drying himself and grinning when he saw the disgusted face she made.

Kagome grimaced, `it was either use his or not brush her teeth.' The latter was not an option.

Standing in front of the sink, Kagome frowned at her reflection in the mirror.

Her neck had four hickies! Turning accusing eyes towards Sesshoumaru, she gasped as he wrapped his hand around her neck dragging her towards him. Lowering her head to the biggest hickie on her neck he licked it, closing his mouth over it and drawing on her pulse strongly.

Kagome tried to hold herself immobile, but the sensations he was evoking was too much and she felt herself melting into him, her legs becoming weak.

Smirking, he pulled away from her and grasped her hand, tugging her behind him, "come on…lets go get some breakfast…"

"Shouldn't I go first so they don't suspect anything?" Kagome asked softly, her hand going to her neck to hide her bruises.

Sesshoumaru scowled down at her, "I don't give a damn what they think."

He literally dragged her behind him.

"Kagome! I didn't know you slept over!" Mrs. Initao exclaimed, smiling fondly at Kagome.

"Of course mom! She helped me clean up last night!" Lisa quickly supplied, winking conspiratorially at Kagome.

Kagome blushed, she couldn't help it.

Lisa smirked slightly; one look at Kagome and it was obvious what she had been doing last night.

"Eh, Kagome, come here a second…" Lisa whispered to Kagome, yanking Kagome's hand from Sesso's grasp earning a growl from him.

Lisa growled back and tugged Kagome up to her room.

"Ok, lets cover those up, k?" Lisa murmured smiling slightly, "I take it you had fun?"

Her answer was the deep blush disappearing under the low neck of Kagome's dress.

Dabbing foundation and concealer onto Kagome's neck and throat, Lisa surveyed her handy work critically, "I guess that will have to do for now…"

"I'd give you a scarf, but that'll be kinda obvious…" Lisa told her shrugging her shoulders, "come let's go eat, I'm starved!"

"Thank you Mrs. Initao, breakfast was delicious!" Kagome said honestly, Lisa's mom was an excellent chef.

Mrs. Initao frowned, "how many times have I told you to call me Kim?"

"…ummm…" Kagome grinned sheepishly.

"Well I better be going," Kagome told them raising and heading towards the door, "and thank you again Kim."

Kim smirked knowingly at her nephew; did they think she was stupid? That she didn't know what was going on or that she hadn't noticed the hickies on Kagome's neck?

`Youngun's' she thought smugly tossing the keys for her Explorer to her nephew.

"Just don't spill too much, hmm?" Kim told him smirking when Sesshoumaru caught the keys mid air, his eyes narrowing.

"Hey doll…" Sesshoumaru murmured, touching her on the shoulder, "I'll drive you home…"

Kagome raised an arched brow at the pet name, "doll?"

Fluffy shrugged, "you don't like it?" he asked a bit defensively.

Smiling sweetly, she shook her head.

Fluffy looked at the black Explorer, a wicked grin gracing his face, the windows were all darkly tinted.

Opening the door for Kagome, his wicked grin, if possible got even more wicked.

Kagome stared at him confused, and decided that it was nothing and buckled her seat belt.

Pulling into her drive way a few minutes later, he killed the engine and turned towards Kagome with that predatory smile on his face.

"Are…are you feeling ok?" Kagome asked softly.

Sesshoumaru simply chuckled and got out of the SUV.

Kagome was twisting her fingers nervously, her head lowered, "I guess…this is goodbye?"

Grasping her chin, he tilted her head up to meet his smoldering gaze, "do I get a good bye kiss?"

Nodding, Kagome raised up on her tiptoes to press her mouth to his. She couldn't reach his mouth.

Smiling, he lowered his head, covering the remaining distance and closing his lips over hers in a heated kiss.

Slipping his hands to cup her derrière, he lifted her against him, walking to the back of the Explorer and placing her in.

Kagome's eyes widened in shock, "in here?!"

Biting the inside of his cheek to keep from laughing at her surprised look, he nodded, "but you'll have to be quite…"

Kagome just stared at him in shock.

Fluffy frowned, running a hand through his silver locks, "you're right, this is not a good idea…I don't want you to feel like I'm disrespecting you or anything Kagome."

Kagome grabbed his shirt and gave a sharp yank, catching Fluffy by surprise.

Catching his weight on his forearms he looked down into her beautiful blue eyes.

"It doesn't matter where…Fluffy…" she purred softly, smiling at his surprised look when she called him Fluffy, "as long as it's with you…"

`Stupid Kagome!' She yelled at herself, `you might as well tell him you love him!'

`I don't love him!' She argued back, `I simply lust and desire him.'

"Good," Fluffy grunted, capturing her lips in a heated kiss.

Running his tongue against her lips, he slowly drew her swollen bottom lip into his mouth, sucking hungrily on his prize.

Easing his tongue into her mouth, he stroked her tongue with his, electing a small moan from her.

Breaking the kiss, he ran his tongue down her throat, licking the foundation off to reveal his three marks.

He nipped each bruise sharply causing her to arch into him. He grinned against her throat, slowly caressing his way down her sleek body with his hands.

Lightly he ran his thumb over her belly button through her dress.

Grabbing the hem of her dress, which was restricting her legs, he tugged it up her hips and finally completely off.

Rubbing her face into his chest, she closed her eyes in contentment, her hands tightening around his neck when he attempted to get up.

"Can't we stay like this for a little while?" Kagome asked softly, not ready to give up her feeling of completed ness and contentment.

A few minutes later…

"BEEP…BEEP…BEEP…" came a muffled sound.

Kagome groaned when she heard her cell phone, "that's my mom…I'm supposed to help her out at her work today…"

Wordlessly Sesshoumaru levered himself up withdrawing slowly.

Kagome gasped when Sessho eased out of her, the feeling was exquisite.

She arched into him, clenching her muscles and bringing a hiss to Sessho's lips.

"Ye Gods that feels good!" Sesshoumaru exclaimed softly.

Sitting up, Kagome leaned forward and took Sessho's still hard shaft into her mouth, sucking at their combine flavors.

Sesshoumaru barred his fangs in an effort not to keep her mouth on his shaft.

Kagome stood at her front door looking up into Sesshoumaru's emotionless face.

Hesitantly she reached up to caress his strong jaw.

A small smile graced her swollen lips when he turned his head and placed a tender kiss into her palm.

`This is good bye,' Kagome thought sadly.

She could feel the tears coming.

"Kagome…I would like to-" Sesshoumaru started to explain but was cut short.

"Take care of yourself Sesshoumaru," Kagome said, a bright smile plastered on her lips as she turned and entered her house.

Outside…

Sesshoumaru stood there debating weather to knock and demand to know if this was just a quick fling or if it actually meant something to her.

Inside…

Kagome rushed up to her room, flinging herself on her bed and letting her heart wrenching sobs out.

Kagome's mom stood in the doorway and watched as her baby cried her heart out.

It hurt her to see her darling like this; turning away she went in search of her husband.
