"Let's go then shall we?" Kagome was being dragged but when she saw that Shippo seemed to now enjoy being with Inuyasha, she smiled happily then skipped along with them.

Inuyasha looked at kagome then smiled. `She could be really sweet sometimes…Maybe just maybe, this new Kagome wouldn't be so bad…I just have to win her heart later on I guess…I'm sorry Kagome, I would never leave you again.'

He then tightened his grip on Kagome's hand then when she looked up quizzically at him, he smiled at her and they took off towards Shippo's house.

CHAPTER 11: My valentines day Surprises

Shippo brought out his keys and pressed it against the door knob. He opened the door and stopped to look at Kagome and of course, Inuyasha.

"Thank you Miss Kagome and Inu-onii chan!" He bowed to Kagome and smiled at Inuyasha then at Kagome. "I will see you tomorrow Miss Kagome! Thank you again!" He blushed when she smiled at him.

"It was nothing Shippo! If you really liked me walking with you today, I'll walk with you everyday from now on!" She smiled and giggled when he blushed and jumped around happily.

Inuyasha grunted in his response and said "Keh." Kagome was still giggling and poked inuyasha at his side. "OW! Uh…yeah well see you then Shippu…."

Kagome elbowed him again. "Shippo! Not Shippu…" She sighed when he shrugged. He smiled down at the kid and they waved good bye and Shippo went into his own house.

Kagome stopped dead on her tracks and just remembered something. "Oh no!! It's- it's valentines day!!!!!!!!" She jumped around nervously since she had to get Kouga something for his valentines day present.

Last valentines day, Kouga gave her a teddy bear and she bought or found nothing to give him. This time, she wasn't going to let that happen…But she had forgotten about it until, now when she was with Inuyasha…

She looked at Inuyasha who was looking down at her with serious expressions. "What?" Kagome questioned him with a slight annoyed tone. She didn't like those eyes he was giving her. She was about to ask him one more time, when he answered gruffly to her.

"Are you planning to get that Kouga kid something for Valentines?" He asked with one of his brows slightly rosen up.

She gulped then smiled innocently. "Uh…yes?" She smiled but immediately stopped when she heard him growl. "What? You-you asked me a simple question and now I'm doing nothing wrong except just answering you…!" She tried to avoid his `SCARY' looks but just couldn't.

She sighed. "What? Did you want me to get you a teddy bear too??" She asked mockingly then she heard him smirk then laugh. `Did I say something funny…??' She stared at him as if he had turned mad but stopped when she looked into his eyes.

"You-you were going to get him a bear??? A teddy bear??" He laughed once again and stopped when he heard her sniff a bit. `Oh shit… I forgot that she had a weak feeling and weak heart….Grrr….'

When he stopped laughing she looked at him. "Then what should I get him?? HUH?! You try giving me a suitable idea for a valentines present to boys!! I've never even had a valentine before and- and it's not like I'm in love with Kouga! So what am I suppose to give him, HUH?! MR KNOW-IT-ALL!???????????"

He shut his mouth and smiled. "You sure you don't like Kouga? You're positive right??" She stopped her mockings and glared at him. "No…but what's that got to do with you…?" He smelt her fear and sighed depressingly.

"Kagome! For a millionth time!!!! I am not I repeat NOT going to hurt you okay? So don't get all nervous and feary with me ok? I don't like to smell that fear and nervousness with you around me! It makes me uncomfortable and- and guilty!"

She blinked a few times then grinned mischievously. "What? You were guilty?? Why were you guilty?" He opened his mouth to talk and tell her that she was his, but just couldn't manage to do so…He'll just have to wait till tonight.

He smirked. "That's for you to find out and for me to know!" He hit her head playfully and ran away. She growled lowly then giggled and was not running after the poor hanyou.

He then stopped. "Hey! What are you going to get me for MY valentines day present huh?!" He crossed his arms playfully showing no mercy to her. She giggled then tapped his head.

"That's for me to know and for you to find out!" She stuck out her tongue a few times at him, and he smirked. "Well I want to know right now!"

He sighed. "You sure is a very annoying girl you know that?" She smiled. "Well, that's what I'm known for! And if you think I'm THAT annoying, then you shouldn't keep on following me like this!"

His eyes snapped open as he gripped on to her arms. "Don't you dare think like that Kagome!" He gripped harder on her. "I finally found you, and I'm never leaving you ever again!" He hugged her as if she would disappear in a few seconds.

She gasped but somehow, she felt tears appear inside of her. Deep inside, she was happy that he actually found her, but she didn't know why…

"Sorry Inuyasha." She sighed. "I will try my best to remember my past…" He sighed then hugged her again. "You don't have to. Just try to think of me. Just don't forget about me…Remember, I am always here for you, got that Kagome?"

She somehow managed a sweet smile, and really she was actually happy of his speech. `I want to know what happened…I want to know who I really was and am…' She looked up at Inuyasha who looked really painful as he kept his eyes shut.

`Somehow, I feel that everything that anyone does in my life, is all related to Inuyasha…But why?' She suddenly realized that she was being watched so she smiled up at him. He smiled back.

They walked in silence.

Kagome tossed in her bed. She looked at her clock. `Only 7:10pm… When is Inuyasha going to call me?' She then got up and slapped her head.

"Stupid! Why would you be thinking about that guy right now?! You gotta get Kouga a Valentines day Present!" She got up and grabbed her coat and rushed outside.

She went to the nearest dollar store and opened the door. She looked around and found a teddy bear with a giant heart on his stomach that says `I love you'. She just shook her head and decided to check another isle.

After 15 minutes of all that searching, she finally found a teddy bear that didn't say `I love you' but actually said `Happy Valentines' She was satisfied enough and decided to buy this one.

She went up to the casher then placed the doll down when she felt someone grasp her shoulders.

She gasped then turned around to see, Inuyasha. She blinked a few times then narrowed her eyes. "What are you doing here??" He smirked then chuckled.

He pointed to Kagome's head. "Kagome, this is a dollar store. Anyone can come here if they wish." He stopped when he saw the teddy bear she was holding. He quickly grabbed it then looked at it.

"Nice…nice…I wonder who this is to…well, I'll pay for you." He looked at the casher then smiled. "How much?" The casher gestured about 8 dollars and Inuyasha pulled out his credit card from his purse.

Kagome gawked then stopped him. "It's okay! I can afford 8 dollars. I'm not that poor…Besides I can afford it and you don't have to pay for me." He just smirked then handed the credit card to the casher.

She immediately snatched it away from Inuyasha then handed it back to him. "What's wrong with you Kagome? I said I can pay for you. Did you not understand?" He then looked at the bear. "Who is this for anyway?"

She sighed then pulled the bear away from him. "This bear is for Kouga. Are you happy now??" She growled then gave up. "Fine! Pay for it geeze…"

He then stopped smirking and turned away. He looked back at her. "No. You pay." Then he turned and left. She gawked in surprise then looked at the casher and paid 8 dollars.

She quickly left the store and saw Inuyasha still standing there, as if he was waiting for her. She glared at him then walked away. Another pair of hands grasped her shoulders she didn't gasp but just turned around.

"What now?" She asked, a bit annoyed of his behavior with her shoulder. He didn't look into her eyes this time. "Did you pay for the doll?" He still not looking at her. She huffed. "What do you think? Do you think the casher gave it to me for free or something??" He eyed her then smirked.

She looked at him with confused eyes then glared. "At first you said you were going to pay, then the next thing you know, you turned your back then said "No" What kind of a person are you?" She eyed him suspiciously.

He turned away then said "Keh". He then turned back to her. "Well, you were going to give that bear to that Kouga guy right???" She nodded, still glaring at him. He then continued. "Then I saw no reason for me to buy that stuffed doll for you…I thought it was for uh me…"

He was blushing a bit as he turned away to not show her. She eyed him carefully then smiled and tugged his sleeve. He looked back at her and she gave him a small teddy bear that says `My Lovely Friend' On it. He grinned slyly as he took the bear then hugged her.

"Thanks, it looks cuter than Kouga's bear you know." She giggled then looked up at him. "I'm glad you liked it." He then read the little message that was attached to the bear then smirked.

"I truly love you as a friend…?" He asked her quietly as she blushed ten shades of red. She quickly laughed very nervously (A/N: She's good at that huh? ^^) then punched his arm playfully.

"Uh…Just a valentines day practical joke! Funny huh?" She asked, trying to sound normal, but just came out a bit cranky and nervous. He smirked then eyed the bear very carefully.

"You didn't put any special cameras in this bear so that you could see me when I sleep, did ya?" She blushed some more while he laughed his ass off and she punched him once again, but this time, aiming at his head.

"Hey! I'm not a pervert!" She huffed then looked away. "I guess, if you don't trust the bear nor me, I'll just take it back!" She tried to swing her arms and take the bear, but was blocked my his strong arms.

"N-no! I like it, Kagome! It was just a joke so calm down." He then hugged the bear, possessively. Then smiled at her. "Well, not the bear is mine so you can't have it back! Thanks for the bear k?" She smiled then nodded her head up and down.

"No problem." She then thought about something. "Hey! Where's MY valentines day present??!!" She pulled out her arms and gestured for him to surrender one NOW. He smiled then pretended to take out something but instead leaned close to her face.

She knew he was going to do that same old trick, but this time, she placed her hands in front of her mouth then when he closed his eyes and leaned in, he just kissed something wide and big. He opened his eyes and gawked.

He quickly stood up straight then whipped his mouth.

"Hey! Kagome! That wasn't something very Nice and Clean thing to do!" He whipped his mouth a few more times before sighing. He then looked at her then smirked.

He then pulled out his hands and gestured for her to take it. She looked around her then looked up at him with saddened eyes.

"Sorry Inuyasha, but I got to go back to Kouga's house." He then froze dead in his tracks then looked at her.

"You live with that JERK?! You actually live- live in his house?! ONLY THE TWO OF YOU?!?!?!?!?!" She backed up and she was about to make a run when he grabbed her arms then quickly thrusted her into the back seat of his black Jaguar.

He didn't say anything from then on, and Kagome didn't even try or protest to go back. She was scared, and she even forgot that she actually dropped Kouga's teddy bear on the ground while Inuyasha threw her inside his car.

She sighed then tears streaked down her eyes. `Why am I crying? I thought- I thought that I liked Inuyasha…' She then quickly shook her head lightly. `Why is he being so cruel near me?' She then lifted up her head a bit just to see Inuyasha's glowing red, eyes that reflected on the mirror.

She gasped then quickly sunk deeper into her seat. `Who was that?! Was that really Inuyasha?? The Inuyasha I was with a few moments ago??' She looked out the window then saw Kouga.

`Kouga!' she tried to open the window but Inuyasha growled lowly then spoke. "Don't you dare open that window Kagome!" He growled some more. "Other wise, there will be consequences."

She immediately stopped her actions then placed her hands down on her lap. She sighed heavily. `This isn't the new life I was hopping for…What happened to you Inuyasha…? Where are you?'

She was tired and she needed some sleep more than anything right now. She did trust inuyasha, so she just decided to fall into a sleep.

Kagome's eyes flirted open and she looked around the room and noticed that she was on a large bunk bead. She quickly jumped up and looked around. She was still dressed in her same track pants and her soft leather sweater. She sighed.

She picked up her hand bag then quietly walked out from the room. She turned around and bumped onto something hard. She realized that it was a man's chest. Her mind was screaming as she slowly, very slowly looked up.

"Inuyasha!" She yelled out loud. He smiled then hit her head playfully. "Duh, who else? Had a nice sleep Kagome?" She then realized that his eyes were back to normal, and not flashing as red as before. She sighed as a relief then smiled at him.

"Yeah, it was okay…Inuyasha? Can- can I go home now…?" She asked taking a step back to make sure he wasn't going to turn back into the red flashy eyed demon.

He growled a bit then sighed. "No kagome…You will never be able to see Kouga again. I've decided for you to live here from now on, with me." He then continued. "Things are going to change from now on Kagome…Things will definitely change…"

She gasped and fell down to the floor. "But…but I never told Kouga! And, and you can't just force me to live here Inuyasha! This isn't like you!!!" She made sure that she didn't scream too loud to make him mad again.

He stood as still as a stone until she tried to run. He grasped her arms then hugged her. "Please don't leave me Kagome! I don't want to lose you again!" He shook his head then continued. "Please don't…"

She froze as well then thought about Kouga. `But what about Kouga?' She sighed. "Inuyasha, am I allowed to visit Kouga sometime though? I have to get my stuff and-" She looked behind him and found many bags of shopping materials.

"Hey! Since when did you buy all these clothes?" She searched through the bag and gawked in surprise. "Uh…" She pulled out some undergarments and they looked too oversized for her.

She blushed then stuffed it back in the bag. Inuyasha walked over to her then laughed. "They were perfect size right? Tell me I got them all the right size!" She growled then glared at him.

"Look! I'm not going to live here forever! So, it doesn't matter about the stupid size!" She got up then walked towards the left direction but soon came back with an innocent look over her face.

"Uh…Where's the room I'm going to be staying in…?" He sighed then smiled and lead her to the right direction.

When Kagome entered the room, she gasped. The room was beautiful. It was decorated with many balloons hung up beside the furniture and they all seem to be hearts and bears. Everything was in pink and red and the wall had many hearts with decorations on it. She looked up at Inuyasha with tears in her eyes.

He looked down at her then at her room. "Happy valentines, Kagome…"
