Komnichiwa Minna! Here is the second chapter! I hope you like it! As you can notice Inuyasha has stopped chasing me. *Laughs evilly* He's hanging around.

Inuyasha: Help me!

IYK: You just have to be nicer, that's all I'm asking for! *Miroku walks up to Keiya* Don't you even think about Miroku!

Sango: *Hits Miroku with her boomerang*

IYK: *laughs* On Ward!

Chapter 2: new surroundings

"Here we are." He said landing. Keiya looked at the tremendously huge castle in front of both of them. She was in awe. "Wow, what a beautiful castle!" She yelled looking at Sesshoumaru. He nodded. Sesshoumaru landed carefully. Keiya looked around but both of them were around some trees. Sesshoumaru set down Keiya gently on the ground against a nearby tree. They both were in a secluded area.

Sesshoumaru vigilantly spread a mixture of herbs he had made for Keiya. He put the herbs on her leg.

"It's astonishing…" He looked up at her, "… that a small crystal did this to me." She said while looking at the shard.

"Stop calling it a crystal mortal wench; it is a jewel shard of the Shikon No tama. Inuyasha would want that piece of the shard. Perhaps, I will keep you with me, therefore I can attract Inuyasha to me and I can at last kill him and that stupid human girl he is constantly with." Sesshoumaru said while bandaging her leg. When he was done, he helped Keiya up to her feet. As he did so, Keiya unintentionally lost her balance and fell into his arms. She blushed. "Be more wary! I am exceedingly exhausted of saving your backside, ningen." Sesshoumaru said harshly.

Keiya looks up at him, with a shock on her face, "I'm sorry, Arigatou for what you have done…" She whispered to Sesshoumaru. Then she realized she was still held by Sesshoumaru's arms.

"You are… Thanking me?" He asked almost as stunned as Keiya was.

"Well, yes, of course… That is normally what you're supposed to do when you are grateful to someone, so I thank you very much, if it wasn't for you, maybe all those demons out there would have eaten me." Keiya says to him smiling.

"Well, in that case, you are welcome." He said, but he still held Keiya in his embrace that wouldn't diminish.

"Um… Sesshoumaru-Sama..."

"Yes?" He asked.

"Could you possibly let me go?" She asked turning 10 shades of crimson red. He chuckled at her. She gazed at him still blushing.

"I will not." Sesshoumaru said smirking.

She cocked an eyebrow, "Why not?" She asked. She looked up at Sesshoumaru trying to search his if he had an answer. To be held by a demon that could kill you in an instant isn't too inviting for Keiya.

`What is this woman doing to me!? I almost wanted to… No, this can not be, I can not like nor love a human, I will not disgrace my family like my father has done.' Right then he let go of her coming to his senses. "Let us go to the castle, there you can stay for now." He said not looking back at her. He could sense the confusion in her. She nodded. And mounted on his cloud and they left to the castle.

Once they got to the castle, Keiya was astonished that she fainted in Sesshoumaru's arms and he brought in his arms bridal style into the castle to his vast room and put her on his immeasurable bed. "Jaken, Jaken!"

"Coming Mi Lord," The green toad scurried to Sesshoumaru's room.

"Jaken, when this woman wakes up, go and fetch another servant to show her to the gardens that is where I'll meet her. Do you understand, Jaken?"

"But Mi Lor---"Jaken was interrupted by Sesshoumaru.

"Are you questioning me Jaken?" He gave Jaken a death glare.

"N-n-n-no M-mi lord," Jaken whimpered.

"Good, because the next time you question me again, trust me, you will not have a head to question by, understand?" Jaken gulped and nodded. "Good, now do as I say, and ask Rin if she wants to come with me to the garden." Jaken nodded and went to Rin's room. Jaken's eyes widened.

"Rin, are you alright!?" He looked at the girl beside him; she had red rashes over her skin and looked pale.

"Rin is not well… Jaken… get Sesshoumaru for me please…" Jaken nodded and helped the girl to the bed.

Jaken scurried to Sesshoumaru's room and found Keiya up. "Come with me human!" Keiya had widened eyes.

"What do you want!?" Keiya shouted to the ugly toad.

"Just come with me wench!" He grabbed her wrist and ran out to the gardens to find Sesshoumaru sitting there looking around the amazing flowers and roses.

"Mi lord, it's Rin!" Sesshoumaru glanced back at Keiya that was very confused and Jaken had a terrified face.

"What is the matter with Rin Jaken?" Sesshoumaru even had an alarmed face on. Keiya looked at Jaken.

"She has these red rashes all over her skin and her skin is pale Mi Lord, she says she wants to see you!" Jaken said with urgency in his tone.

"Then let us go to her bedroom." He said with an un-lordly tone.

Sesshoumaru rushed inside Rin's bedroom and Keiya and Jaken were behind him.

"Sesshou…maru… Rin feels very sick…" Rin had some trouble speaking.

Sesshoumaru leaned on the side of her bed and caressed her head softly, "Jaken, go find some healers that knows what this disease is." Jaken nodded, but stayed a minute.

"Hold on Sesshoumaru, I may know what this is." Sesshoumaru and Jaken looked up at her. She suddenly felt like everyone was watching her. She had a sweat drop fall down the side of her head.

"Sesshoumaru-Sama… who is this lady… I-is she Kagome?"

"No, Rin this woman is named Keiya, and she has come here to help you." She looked up at Sesshoumaru and he looked up at her and she nodded.

"Let me check her Sesshoumaru," She walked over to Sesshoumaru; he nodded, got up, and stayed behind Keiya.

She put a hand over her head, and looked at the red rashes carefully. "I know what this disease is, it's called the measles. It is contagious, I could be infected right now but since I hade the measles I will not get it another time."

"Elaborate human," Sesshoumaru wanted to know what this disease was.

She sighed at the human comment but kept going, "Unlike the mumps and the chickenpox-it is a kind of ill ness that usually makes humans sick once in their lives, no matter how many times they are exposed to it, little Rin here has the measles for the first time and there is no remedy for it, the only thing that can cure it is a lot of rest and drink a lot of liquid or water. This phenomenon is called natural immunity and it gives the human a life long resistance to the ill ness. The rash might itch but she has to keep from itching, the rashes of course. The rashes might hurt also." She sighed and combed Rin's hair.

Rin smiled weakly and nodded, "When Rin is all better, will you go and pick flowers with

Rin?" she asked weakly.

"Of course I will, Rin, but first you have to rest alright?" Rin nodded and slept peacefully, while everyone else left.
