Sitting up Kouga rolled is head, removing the aching craps that had taken residence in his neck. He shifted uncomfortably against the tree he was assigned to, glancing briefly at the tall menacing man who gazed coldly at him in return.

 

He had ditched his own group that he had been `assigned' to, wondering the paths around the campsite on his own when he had stumbled across this spot. Honestly he was here first, and it wasn't like it was privet or anything. So why did they have to tie him up?!

 

Shifting again he felt the tight ropes bite into his bare arms. With a resigned sigh he turned his attention back to the group of teens roughhousing in the pond. Maybe he shouldn't have left his group.

 

His gaze wandered to the silver-haired teen he had accidentally landed on when he had decided to jump from a high tree branch into the deep pool of water. He hadn't even noticed anyone else had arrived at this spot, and it's not like he could had stopped in midair.

 

When they both resurfaced, sputtering and coughing, the boy holding onto him like a drowning child, rough hands had immediately grabbed him. Hauling him out of the water and tying him to this tree. No explanations, no chances for an, I'm sorry. Just grab, yank, secure. Why did they have rope anyway?!

 

Any and all exclamations had been silenced with the threat of a gag and sharp glares from three deadly looking teens and the scary silver-haired adult that now rotated his gaze from their hostage to the laughing group of young adults.

 

As if sensing Kouga's gaze the young man turned around, his snowy tresses clinging to him, the crystal water making his skin gleam in the soft afternoon light.

 

They're gazes locked fro a moment and his breath hitched. Even from this distance he could see the sadness, the vulnerability in those deep golden pools. He felt like such an ass. He could have drowned the poor kid.

 

Smiling softly InuYasha turned away to face Naraku, his face darkening and his sad innocent smile turning into a sinister smirk. Noticing this Kagome and Kikyou stopped their wrestling in almost mid air, before Kikyou lost her balance and fell forward onto her squealing girlfriend.

 

They had stayed away from the drop-off because Kikyou didn't know how to swim, floating she could do, but moving her arms and legs around with nothing beneath them was definitely a no-no in her mind. Wading over as far as she would go the two girls waited for Inuyasha to explain whatever devious little thought had popped into his conniving brain.

 

“He's cute.” Inuyasha said with one of his adorable puppy smiles before diving under the water to explore.

 

Kagome fell back, dragging Kikyou with her into the water as Naraku let out a loud, disturbing laugh.

 

Inuyasha surfaced near the shore, slowly walking out onto the soil. His hair was untied and clung to his body, stopping just passed his ass. His long, uneven bangs stuck to his face, his boxers, heavy with water, sagged at his hips. He knew all to well how enticing he looked, he had practiced it at his pool all through junior high. The perfect mixture of desire and virtue, no one, man or woman, could walk by without some reaction.

 

Placing a small, shy smile on his lips as he passed the trapped teen he streached out on the thick forest green blanket Naraku had brought. Naraku was big on being prepared, rope, previsions, blankets, first aid. Even if they were only going for a short hike.

 

Kouga looked away, feeling filthy for even looking at the obviously naïve boy, not noticing the small smirk on his “guard's” face.

Poor Kouga, he has no idea what he's getting into.

 

Well, this chapter didn't come out at all like what I was expecting. I kept having to delete and rewrite everything after the first few chapters because it didn't flow write. I'm still not entirely pleased with this, but it's the best out of everything I did so far.

Next chapter up tomorrow.

 

Has anybody else noticed I'm updating these more regularly than my other works? I mean a small chapter a day?! Wow, I hope this continues. I'm feeling giddy!
