A/n: Well a lot has happened since I last written Went to see Relient K, Simple Plan, and Good Charlotte in Concert all three at the same place! At the same concert same time! Anyway, the third STAR WARS came out, which kicked ass by the way! And so did The Longest Yard, which is very humorous, go see them both! School broke for the summer, after a full day of finals, I had three out of my four classes! Anyway here we go!

Chapter 7:

 

Kagome, was alone and cold. She opened her eyes, or at least she thought, she couldn't tell the difference it was so dark. “Hello? Sess?” She called out as she stood up, but didn't move any further not being able to it's so dark.

Sesshomaru woke, covered in a light layer of perspiration, he looked around frantically, spotting Kagome still lying in the exactly same spot as when he fell asleep. He let out a sigh, afraid after his nightmare. He hadn't had nightmares since his father died and that was when he was still a very young child. He gripped Kagome's hand a little tighter, reluctant to leave her, but he needed to speak with his mother and find out what exactly she did to Kagome, so he can fix and have the love of his life back. He slowly stood, and reluctantly released his love's limp hand as he watched it fall almost lifeless to the bed, next to her motionless body. He smoothed out his clothes and walked to the two double doors, pulling one open, and only stepping halfway out, to look back to check one last time on Kagome. Then walked the rest of the way, placing his emotionless mask in place, as he closed the door to see out a window in the hall it was already well into the night, abut ten, everyone would be asleep, good he didn't want to be disturbed, when he had to talk to his mother. He made his way to the roofs, and walked along the gardens, knowing his mother was watching, all he had to do was call for him.

Ashinti was watching her magic water boul, with a few other goddess, all of them cooing over her Sesshomaru. Ashinti just smirked, especially when the goddesses hissed when they saw him with that girl of his, Kagome or something. They watched him leave her room, looking back on her one last time, and then onto the roof gardens, they could hear his thoughts, and soon he would be calling to her.

“Ashinti, just make the girl die, and then he will have no choice to be a god.” One of Poseidon's daughters complained and the other four or five goddesses agreed, even Hera, queen of the gods, married to Zeus, who seemed to be the farthest from her mind right now as she stared down at Sesshomaru with lust in her eyes, as in the rests'.

“No, she will not die, she will live, just not in this world. A friend is going to take care of that.” Ashinti smirked, but none of them saw, to busy watching as Sesshomaru glided through the gardens, past the sun god's statue, Athena's and even the mighty Zeus' practically spitting on them in his own right.

Sesshomaru walked passed all the god and goddess statues, not caring to pay his respects, not that he had any, and to a secluded part of the garden, he could feel eyes on him, yet nobody near, he knew it must be his mother.

He stood in the middle of the clearing, calling to his mother in his thoughts knowing full well she could hear them.

“Mother, we need to talk...”

They heard coming through the boul and all the girls giggled hearing his thoughts. “Son, I'm a little busy, doing other things can't this wait for a more suitable time?” She smirked with that `smart-ass' tome of hers.

Sesshomaru let a growl rumble low in his chest before he quieted it, hissing through his teeth, “No, now woman, this Sesshoamru doesn't work to your schedule, you work to mine!”

He heard his mother's voice float on the wind back, “Alright, don't get your panties in a twist. What is it you ask of me?” She said laughter in her voice.

“Undo it, what ever you did, undo it, now! Or tell me how to.” Sesshomaru growled out, annoyed with her mocking him, with her laughter.

“What? I didn't do anything.”

“You know very well what I speak of, undo it, or I figure out a way to give you a most painful death.” Sesshomaru was practically seeing red, he could feel the blood draining into his vision and his claws and fangs lengthing.

“Why are you so fixed on this girl, what is so special about her? There are millions just like her, and you could have them all at your beck and call. You used to not tolerate any less than three in your bed at a time, and now, you sleep next to only her curled in your embrace and you are telling me this is what men want. This what you want, I don't believe it, she has cast some sort of spell on you, and I as your mother are going to fix it. You could be a god Sesshomaru, everything is better as a god, sex, battle, tastes, smells, sounds, and even...love. You could mate a goddess, live forever, have millions of people willing to give their lives just to worship you for one moment, and you want to pass all that up for some common girl?”

Suddenly the place was full of light, as a fire ring surrounded Kagome and it grew unbearably hot. “Hello my sweet.” She heard a silky smooth voice, as someone stepped out the flames to stand directly in front of her. He lifted his face to look down at her from a few inches away.

Kagome gasped realizing who it was, she want ed to run, but her body wouldn't move. “Hades?” She asked trying to cope with not being able to run away, but wasn't succeeding.

“Yes, Kagome, it is I God of the Underworld and dead souls, bu do not fear, for I will not harm you. I just wanted to congratulate you. On your upcoming marriage.” He smirked down at her.

“Wha... what?” She was in shock, how did Sesshomaru know Hades, why would Hades care about them? Unless... “What happened to Sesshomaru, what did you do to him?” She yelled at Hades, forgetting who he was.

“Nothing, he is perfectly fine, and why would you worry about him. I mean it's not like your marrying him...” Hades laughed in her face as Kagome's face took on a shocked and confused look. “Dameon, come here.” Kagome recognized that name, it was Hades' and Persephone's only child. A man walked out of the flames. He had about two inch long spiked black hair with red at the tips, black pupils and red iris eyes, a few inches taller than Kagome, and a strong form, and looked a few years older than her. “Dameon, meet your future wife.” Dameon looked down at her with a smirk as he stood behind his father's left shoulder. “Dameon, why don't you escort her to her new home?” Hades smirked to his son as he stepped aside for his son to step infront of Kagome.

“Gladly.” He said in a deep smooth voice that made shivers go up and down Kagome's spine.

“How. Do. You. Fix. It?” He growled out each word, truly pissed now, and just on the edge of losing control.

“There is nothing wrong with her, she is perfectly fine, just asleep, all she needs is a wake up call, which she should be getting about now.” Ashinti smirked, while chuckling.

What did you do to her?!” He yelled into the night sky, hearing his own voice echo back.

“I didn't do anything, there was another offer for her hand in marriage, and I believe she reluctantly accepted.” Ashinti laughed as he voice floated further and further away until it was no more.

Sesshomaru thought for a moment about what she just said.

Ashinti and the other goddesses watched as Sesshomaru quickly worked it out in his mind, before sprinting back into the castle, yelling his love's voice as loud as he could, not caring who he wakes and ran into her room to find her balcony doors open, the curtains on them blowing with the night breeze and her bed messed and emptied. He ran to the balcony trying to catch Kagome's scent, or look for any clue to who took her, but coming up with none. The sun was rising over the horizon as Sesshomaru's eyes turned fully red. Ashinti tapped the water in the boul, clearing the image, making all the goddesses groan, but soon they all walked away. To deal with another day.

Sesshomaru determined to get answers left her room and went straight down to the armory, putting on his armor and grabbing his two swords. Then walked out of the castle, ready to kill anyone who got in his way. The streets quickly made a wide leeway for him as he walked to the front gates, nobody daring to even speak, scared for their lives.

 

A/N: Well there you guys go! Hope you enjoyed it, I know it's kinda slow, but the real action is going to start in the next chapter. These chapters all the way up to now and this one are just like to get the story going, and I hoped I'd be farther in the story by the seventh chapter, but you know, my moto. Oh you don't well here it is: Shit Happens. Life's a Bitch. Get Over It!
