Kagome stood in front of her friends, her face sad, and lost.
“What's the matter Kagome-chan,” the taijiya asked, her worry getting the best of her. (Taijiya - demon slayer)
“I've decided.” the miko started, “That I can't do this any more.” Hot tears rolled down her face, as she held the half completed Shikon no Tama in her hands. (Miko - priestess)
“Do what?” the young kitsune asked. His emerald eyes searching his seragate mother's own chocolate depths for answers. Their pleating look sending more sorrow-filled tremers threw her dying body. (Kitsune - fox)
“I can't stay her anymore. It's just to hectic! Everyday my life is endangered, everyday a part of me dies,” she sobbed. Falling to her knees, she clutched her arms tightly, letting the jewel fall to the ground.

“We will miss you, Kagome-sama,” the houshi said. His face full of sorrow. “You will forever be in our hearts. I wish you a good journey, and a healthy family.” Sango let out a sob and launched herself at Miroku, and cried into his shoulder. (Houshi - monk)

And tell InuYasha that he can now go with Kikyou.” She tore from the hut, and ran into InuYasha's forest, and passed the Goshinboku, not noticing the hanyou resting one of the many branches. (Goshinboku - god tree; hanyou -
