Inuyasha ran through the woods. "Damn," he muttered to himself "Why do I have to be such an idiot all the time!". He followed Kagome's scent, until he reached a tree where her smell mingled with another scent he knew all to well. "Sesshoumaru… That bastard!" he roared. He could smell Kagome's fear. Cursing to himself he started to follow after Sesshoumaru.

Kagome looked up at the dog demon carrying her. "er.. why did you kidnap me?" she asked suddenly. "Humans are all idiots," he pretended to muse to himself, but said it so Kagome could hear it perfectly clearly "If this girl cannot even figure out such an obvious question, I must assume she is very dull,". "Well actually it's not as obvious as you seem to think it is!" Kagome yelled "Would you please tell me why you kidnapped me, "All powerful and wonderful youkai lord" sama?" she added sarcastically. Sesshoumaru smirked at her outburst, this human was either very stupid or didn't care at all about her life.

"I kidnapped you to get the tetsusaiga from my brother," Sesshoumaru stated as if it were the most obvious fact he knew. "My stupid brother will trade the tetsusaiga for you if he thinks there is no alternative," Sesshoumaru continued. "What do you mean `no alternative'?" Kagome asked curiously dreading the answer. Sesshoumaru looked at her with an evil glint in his eyes. "That cannot be good…" Kagome thought to herself, seeing Sesshoumaru's malicious look.
