Chapter Seven
Getting to Know Your Inu
Kagome rubbed her temples as she rumaged through the paperwork that had to be done.
Stacks of manilla folders crowded the desk of her room in headquarters, and Sango and
Rin were out recieving new mission details and researching the Inu customs so they
couldn't help at all. Like they would in the first place?
"GAH! This is IMPOSSIBLE!"shouted Kagome throwing her hands in the air and leaning back in her chair. "I haven't slept for nearly two days now." She closed her eyes and slowly napped.
"KAGOME!"came a high pitched shriek. Kagome snapped awake, fell backwards in her
chair, and when she had to get back up she hit her head on her desk.
"I think I'm gonna cry,"Kagome said rubbing her bump. "What is it?"
"B wants us in his office right now."
Once more in B's office...
"Hirugashi, Hakumei, Parks,"B began as the girls lazilly slopped themselves in their chairs.
"First off, how's research?"
"Well we found out that they're racers, compete a lot with other gangs, and so far is among the three total powerful gangs,"Sango said. "They also seem to deal well with selling weapons to lesser demons, and that's all we got."
"Researching the people,"Rin began, "...we found out that the leaders Sesshomaru and Inuyasha are half brothers of course. Sesshomaru is the oldest, and not married." Rin smiled wider.
"What about Inuyasha?"Kagome asked.
"Huh?"Rin asked apparently day dreaming.
"Leave it to Rin,"Sango said.
"Upon analysis of Miroku Houshi we've discovered that he has deep enemies in the Spider Gang with the leader Naraku Akuji. He is younger than the leaders, and is often found at nightclubs and or hotels." Sango closed the manilla folder.
"Very good,"B said. "Then you did all your research?"
"What do you mean? Of course we did,"Sango said.
B shook his head.
"If you had read up on their customs more thurally you would've noticed The Full Moon Ritual in there somewhere,"B said tossing the girls each, huge folders.
"The Full Moon Ritual?"Kagome asked.
"Yes, it's considered the power point and is done once every month during the full moon of course,"B said.
"And what is this used for?"Kagome asked again.
"Read it up,"B said pouring himself some brandy.
"Lets see. Hm...The Full Moon Ritual here it is. Okay, it says that all members of the Inu Gang who haven't chosen a mate at the previous's full moons, are required search for a mate. It is the night of...B!"Kagome blushed and threw the folder on the ground in detailed diagrams.
"What?!"B asked innocently.
"You CAN'T be serious?!"Sango shouted in suprise backing away from the folder.
"Hm..interesting. Whoa! Is that even physically possible? How does the guy get the thing up in -"Rin was cut off by Sango who flicked the folder out of her hands.
"RIN?!"
"What?!"Rin asked. "Look at it! How is that supposed to work. It looks so complicated! Is it even a legal position?!"
"Oh that one,"B said looking at it. "That's called the Hammer Smasher. Wait, why am I saying this?"
"I don't know, enlighten us shall you?"Sango asked in a monotoned voice of boredom.
"And what do you expect us to do with this information B?"asked Kagome.
"Well, today at 2 o'clock you're to return to the surface, and meet each member separatly. Your mission is to get to know your assigned member."
"And how friendly are we getting here huh B?"Kagome asked with her hands on her hips.
"By the end of the month Inuyasha, Sesshomaru and Miroku must be begging you to become his mate. That's how friendly."
"So, a bit of teasing,"Kagome grinned.
"A bit of playing,"Sango added.
"A lot of fun,"Rin concluded.
"Whatever."
"Oh B lighten up,"Kagome smiled. "We'll do it,"she said with a more serious look on her face. "But the mission ends at the end of the month."
"Of course. Don't forget your mission. Assasination. We get rid of the main gangs, then the humans can return safely to the surface without fear,"B said throwing his glass behind him and chugging from the bottle.
"Ooookaaay,"Rin said.
"So today we start?"Kagome asked.
"B, where is each person?"Sango asked.
"Miroku is located at The Demons Den. So Sango, you go there. Suprise him or something,"B said quickly dismissing the subject. A bit too quickly.
"What's the Demons Den B?"asked Sango in a deadly tone.
"A nightclub?"B answered hopefully. Sango shook her head with a deadly look in her eyes.
"Alright, it's a strip club!"B shouted. Kagome and Rin gasped and then snorted slightly.
"I wouldn't laugh if I were you,"B said noticing the vein popping on Sango's forehead.
"Why not,"Kagome asked calming herself trying not to laugh.
"Because Inuyasha is at El Sol,"B answered.
"And that is?"asked Kagome unsure if she really wanted to know the answer.
"It's a nudist nightclub,"B said.
Kagome paled.
"I AM NOT GOING TO A NUDIST NIGHTCLUB?!"Kagome bellowed.
"It's not completly nudist,"Rin protested. "You're just required to have at least most of your body revealed."
"And you would know this how?"Kagome asked.
"No reason,"Rin whistled innocently.
"Rrriiiggghhhhtt,"Sango concluded.
"So, Sango has to go to The Demons Den and meet Miroku,"Rin said before B coughed.
"Oh what now?!"asked Sango plopping herself in her chair and playing with a strand of her hair.
"She's going on at two,"B said.
"WHAT?!"
"You don't half to strip! Just dance around,"B stated.
"Oh I feel so much better now that you cleared that up for me."
"I know don't you just?"
"I was being sarchastic,"Sango told B.
"Oh."
"So I half to dance around on stage, Kagome has to go to a nightclub,"Rin began again before B interupted again.
"She's on at 2:45,"B coughed.
"What, now I half to dance and strip?"asked Kagome placing her hands on her hips again.
"No, you half to sing and dance."
"..."
"Exactly."
"And where is Mr. Sesshomaru in all of this?"asked Sango.
"He's on daily routine. No strip joints. Just selling and managing."
"Great, Rin gets the lucky parts,"Kagome noted.
"It's not as easy as it looks,"B said.
"What do you mean?"Rin asked.
"He's very hard to get to,"B answered.
"That's no trouble at all."
"Don't get yourselves into too much trouble. Now go out there and complete this phase of the mission."
"Perfect,"Kagome noted sarchastically, "Operation Strip Joint Seduction has begun."
"Noted."
"These girls are going to kill me someday,"B shook his head and threw the empty once full bottle of brandy in the plastic trash bin beside him.

"Sir, she's here,"said a mans voice to a familiar wolf youkai. Kouga turned his head and nodded to one of his men.
"There you are,"spoke Kouga to a female figure in black. She wore black leather pants, heeled boots, belt, jacket, gloves etc. Her biker helmet was still on and she was accompinaied by two other women. These two women had their helmets off. He didn't recongnize the women.
"Kouga,"the main woman with the helmet on spoke.
"Are we set for the races?"he asked.
"Do you have the payment?"she asked.
He handed her a silver suitcase with gold bars and money in it.
"Small price to pay for victory,"Kouga stated.
"Hn."
"Very good,"said a dark haired girl with a greenish tint to it who stood next to the leader. She wore sunglasses so her eyes were not visible.
"And what is your name?"Kouga asked.
"Yura."
"And yours?"he asked the other.
"Yima."
"They're sisters,"spoke the leader.
"Hn. Quite."
"Are we finished with business?"asked the leader.
Kouga nodded. "Just be ready."
"Always are."

The Demons Den...
Miroku was surrounded by at least eight women all skimpilly dressed and touching ALMOST every part of him.
Sango blushed angrilly backstage. "I simply CANNOT go out there like THIS!"she said and turned around. But a crowd of equally skimpilly dressed women pushed her onto the stage.
"Ladies and Gentlemen, please welcome Miss Sango!"said the announcer. Miroku immediatly sat up and took notice. He searched for signs of Sango on the stage. Then he saw her outline.
His eyes widenened. She was outlined by the silver light and sillhoutted in black. Atop of her head was a top hat, and she wore what looked like to be a tuxedo top and heels.
The music played and Sango sweat dropped.
"I can't believe I'm doing this..."she whispered. She turned around and shouted, "Who wants to see what I've got?!" Miroku was among the many men in the club who immediatly jumped up and cheered. She rimmed her hat with her fingers and threw it off. Some demon in the front caught it and cheered. Miroku looked over and growled fiercely.
She stepped foreward and began to unbutton her shirt letting it open slightly. Miroku gulped. She wagged her finger at the howling men and began to swing on the pole. Girls behind her danced to the music.
'What the hell am I doing?'Sango asked herself turning sharply stripping off her tuxedo top revealing a black lacy bra and her matching underpants. She also noticed that Miroku was gaping at her like no tommorrow.
She fell to the ground on her hands and knees and crawled towards Miroku. Miroku's attention was distracted from Sango's face, and her body.
She moved close and grasped the collar of Miroku's shirt. 'Seduction is quite fun...' She winked and got up and continued her dance. All the time, a wicked mischevious smirk played on Mirokus face.
In El Sol...
"I can't do this, I won't do this, I can't do this, I won't do this,"Kagome chanted refusing to exit onto the dance floor. The only thing that the black haired woman was in, was a wrap cloth that wrapped around her breasts and behind, revealing her belly, and everything else.
"Attention, El Sol would proudly like to introduce a new jewel. Please give it up, for Miss KaaaaaGOME!"
Kagome was pushed through the crowd of naked people or half naked, whichever you prefered and meekly turned back to the crowd of demons who awaited her song.
She was handed a mic.
"Um, hi?"she said uncertain. "This song is called, um,"she turned to the band players. "Do you guys know Take Me Away? By Fefe Dobson?"
The guitarist nodded.
"Ok,"Kagome breathed. "I can do this, I've done it before." Kagome paused.
"I..was waiting all my life to know you (all about you) And now..I'm staring in your eyes in shea flour (all about you) ,"Kagome began.
The crowd cheered hapilly at her singing, so she decided to add a few hip movement.
"And in our minds, it comes so easily, But theres a feeling comin over me, I want to show you, But theres nowhere we can really be free, Everybody's watchin' ." She was now in the beat of the music.
"Wouldn't it be good if we could be together? "she sung loudly. A pair of silver ears twitched to the sound of a familiar voice.
"Kagome?"
"Take me away, Take me far away from here, I will run with you. Don't be afraid
Navigating, I will steer, Into the sun, we will run. I try...to remember when I was just a child (In a roo-oom). And my...imagination used to run wild (I never knee- ew) ,"Kagomes singing earned a loud applause from the crowd, both male and female.
Inuyasha found his way over to the main stage where a scadilly clad Kagome swinging her hips and singing.
"Then nothing ever as it seems to be, When a dream collides with our reality. It should be easy when two people love each other truly. Everybody's talkin' ,"she swooned.
"Wouldn't it be good if they would understand us...Take me away, Take me far away from here, I will run with you. Don't be afraid (afraid), Navigating, I will steer, Into the sun, we will run...We, will run. Whoooaaa whoa whoa whoa We, will run. Oh yeah yeah yeaah! "she stood her ground not noticing that Inuyasha had found his way into the crowd and watched her perform.
She seems to enjoy singing. She's good at it too.'
"Wouldn't it be good if they would understand us, Wouldn't it be good if we could be together...

Among them was Inuyasha who wore a smile on his face.
"Now to find Inuyasha,"Kagome whispered.
"Present,"said Inuyasha sneaking up on an unsuspecting Kagome.
AH! Don't do that!"Kagome shreiked.
Sorry then,"Inuyasha smiled. "I really liked the show. Um, Kagome are you okay?"
Kagomes face was the reddest of red that red could redden.
Inuyasha stood there naked as the day he was born, and Kagome "accidently" peeked.
"Oh my,"she blushed.
"Kagome are you okay?"asked Inuyasha.
"Hn? Oh yeah, peachy keen!"she chirped. 'BIG! It's really really BIG! Bad Kagome!'
"Kagome, I said did you wan't to dance?"Inuyasha asked.
'Okay, as long as I don't look, it'll be okay.'
"Sure,"Kagome chirped.
Inuyasha took her hand and they headed out towards the dance floor.
A blushing Kagome the entire way.

AH! Don't do that!"Kagome shreiked.
Sorry then,"Inuyasha smiled. "I really liked the show. Um, Kagome are you okay?"
Kagomes face was the reddest of red that red could redden.
Inuyasha stood there naked as the day he was born, and Kagome "accidently" peeked.
"Oh my,"she blushed.
"Kagome are you okay?"asked Inuyasha.
"Hn? Oh yeah, peachy keen!"she chirped. 'BIG! It's really really BIG! Bad Kagome!'
"Kagome, I said did you wan't to dance?"Inuyasha asked.
'Okay, as long as I don't look, it'll be okay.'
"Sure,"Kagome chirped.
Inuyasha took her hand and they headed out towards the dance floor.
A blushing Kagome the entire way.
