Chapter 5

Talking Shards

Everyone ran to the door and opened it. They saw Kagome and Kaede sitting on the floor as nothing had happened. They looked at them as if they were crazy.

"What's wrong?" Kagome asked.

"What do you mean what's wrong? Didn't you feel that?" Inuyasha asked. He grabbed Kagome and hugged her.

"Oh that." Kagome said. Inuyasha and the others gave her a look.

"That was just Kagome's power." Kaede said.

"Her power?" Miroku asked.

"Hai, she can use her powers to its full extent. What you felt was it awakening. Kagome I think that will be all for today. It doesn't seem like Inuyasha wants to leave you alone anytime soon." Kaede said.

"Hai." Inuyasha carried Kagome out of the room. They all sat down once again.

"Kaede-sama how long do you think the training will last?" Miroku asked.

"Well that depends on her. With all her power released she will be able to learn it all herself by instinct."

"Really?" Kagome said.

"Hai."

"So what do we do now?" Miroku asked.

"Well we could go on another shard hunt. We haven't done that for a while." Kagome said.

"We haven't heard any rumors lately." Sango said.

"We could just go from village to village to see if there are any rumors or shards." Miroku said.

"Fine we leave tomorrow morning." Inuyasha said.

"Hai." Said everyone else.

"Where's Shippo?" asked Kagome.

"I think he's playing with some of the village kids. He must have gotten bored of our conversation and left." Miroku said.

"Oh." Kagome said.

Inuyasha stood up and picked up Kagome and ran out of the hut.

"I don't think they will be back for a while." Miroku said.

"Shut up Houshi-sama." Sango said and hit him.

"Itai Sango I was just saying."

"Keep it to yourself."

Inuyasha ran into the forest. He finally had the chance to be with Kagome alone. He had a smirk on his face.

"Where are we going? I wish you would've said something before you did that." Kagome said. She wasn't getting any response out of him.

"Where are we going?"

She was starting to get mad. He wasn't answering her. She didn't even recognize the forest anymore. She had never been this deep into it.

Inuyasha finally saw a clearing. After checking for any youkai or humans he landed in the middle. He set Kagome down and looked around.

"Inuyasha what are we…"

Kagome never got to finish her question. Inuyasha had cut her off with a kiss. He backed her up to a tree. The kiss was very demanding. Kagome was stunned at first but then kissed him back.

He licked her lips for entrance and she opened. This would have to be their most intense kiss. Kagome wasn't complaining she liked his wild side.

Inuyasha broke the kiss for air and started kissing her neck. He started to take off her shirt but got impatient and cut it off with his claws. Kagome didn't even notice. She didn't notice when he cut off her bra either.

She noticed what he did when he started kissing her breast. She didn't care it felt too good. She felt her legs start to give in. Inuyasha did too. He lifted her legs and wrapped them around his waist.

Getting even more impatient he somehow managed to rip off his clothes with Kagome pinned to a tree with her legs around him. The last thing left on anyone was Kagome's skirt and underwear.

Inuyasha started kissing Kagome on the lips and ripped off the skirt and underwear. He knew Kagome was ready he could smell it. With one quick thrust he was inside her. Kagome let out a moan.

He started out slow and then quickened the pace. Kagome held onto him. Inuyasha started kissing her neck. Kagome's nails were digging into Inuyasha's shoulders. He didn't notice the blood running down his arms. He couldn't even smell it.

He kissed her on the lips as he kept thrusting into her. He could feel Kagome coming close. He massaged her breasts.

Kagome couldn't take it anymore. She wanted release. She lowered her head to Inuyasha's neck and bit him. Inuyasha felt her bite him and his eyes flashed red and he went faster.

Kagome came yelling Inuyasha's name. Inuyasha hearing her scream his name and her muscles clamp down on him also came releasing his seed inside of her.

His legs couldn't handle both of their weight anymore so he laid on the ground. They were both panting. Inuyasha kissed her.

"You just couldn't wait until tonight could you?" Kagome asked.

"Nope."

"You ruined another one of my uniforms. I'll have to get another one now. Okaa-san's going to get mad."

"It's worth it. Besides you won't be needing it for a while anyway." Inuyasha said and got on top of her.

"Where did Okaa-san and Otou-san go?" Shippo asked.

"Well they went to go…" Miroku started, but was hit in the head before he could finish.

"They went for a walk. They needed some time alone." Sango said.

"Oh. I'm hungry do you know when they'll be back?"

"No. I can cook now if you want. It's close to lunch time anyway." Sango said.

"Hai." Shippo said and sat down.

Inuyasha had just gotten dressed. Kagome was asleep. He looked at her and smirked. He wrapped her in his haori since he tore all of her clothes. He picked up her ruined clothes and then picked Kagome up and started walking back to the hut.

It was almost dinnertime. If he was right everyone would be gone. Either Sango or Miroku was hunting and the other was gathering firewood and Shippo was bugging one of them.

He walked into the hut and dressed Kagome in another set of clothes. He put the ruined ones at the bottom of her bag. He laid her in his lap and leaned against the wall falling into a light sleep.

He was awakened from his sleep. His friends were outside the hut. When they had walked in Sango had a couple of rabbits and Miroku and Shippo had firewood in their arms.

They all quietly started making dinner. Shippo told Inuyasha what he had done that day and Sango was stirring the soup and Miroku kept the fire going.

When it was done Inuyasha woke Kagome up to eat. They all ate in silence. When everyone was done Miroku spoke up.

"So which village should we go to?"

Everyone sat and thought about it. "How about we go to the villages east of us?" Sango said.

"We haven't traveled there for a while." Miroku said.

"We'll go east then." Inuyasha said. "We should go to sleep early so we can get up in the morning and leave."

Everyone nodded and went to their usual sleeping places. It wasn't long before everyone fell asleep.
