A/N: Hello, all! This is my first fanfic so be nice. (Please?)

 

Summery: Rin's and her sister have been betrothed since they were kids but suddenly the youkai and hanyou show up(forced by their father) Will they end up falling in love? Or worse: with the wrong one?! ( Rin/Sess, Kag/Inu, San/Mir) rated X just incase (lemon!)

Big News

 

Rin sighed for the third time that day and again picked up her fork that was filled with mashed potatoes, `Another ordinary day, where nothing really exiting happens. How boring. Why can't life be a little more surprising?'

 

Across the table her older sister, Kagome, was messing around with her food, also.

 

“Girls, please. Stop playing with your food, just eat.”

 

“Yes, father,” they replied at the same time, but continued to stare at their food.

 

Suddenly a servant bustled in with a tray towards their father. He took the letter that laid on it and slipped a letter opener across it. As he read it, Rin saw many emotions play across his face, mostly shock and happiness.

 

“Girls I have good news it seems that you're betrothed are coming to stay with us for a week and then marry you!” he announced smiling.

 

“What?” Kagome gasped and stood up at the same moment that Rin did.

 

“What do you mean, `betrothed'?” Rin asked.

 

“Yes, you remember the demon boys you both are engaged to.”

 

“No.” Both girls stated at the same time.

 

 

“The sons of the famous Inu-Youkai king of the west kingdom. Kagome is to marry the oldest one, a youkai, and they will rule over the west kingdom together. Rin will marry the hanyou, and will rule this kingdom.”

 

Both Rin and Kagome both turned pale.

 

“But, father!” both girls exclaimed at once, and then started to talk at the same time, the words becoming intelligible.

 

“Girls, girls. Calm down, and speak one at a time I can't understand a word you are saying.” Their father said with a smile that disgusted Rin and Kagome.

 

“Father, I don't want to leave the castle it's my home!” Kagome started in first.

 

Rin quickly followed with, “And I don't want to marry someone I don't love!”

 

“Kaggy don't worry Rin will come to visit you and Rin…. I'm sorry angel but you don't have a choice the matter.”

 

“I don't?”

 

 He laughed and said, “No you don't, unless you want to have a war on our hands.”
