Prologue

 

 

 

“Lord Sesshoumaru! Do I have to go?!” Rin's eyes were full of tears as she clung onto Sesshoumaru's sleeve. “Yes” Sesshoumaru said, trying to sound like normal, but his sadness was overruling. “I can't raise you, you know that, you have to go.”

 

“…..will you visit sometimes?” Rin asked. “Yes, now go to your new mother.” Sesshoumaru answered, and Rin nodded. Then she went over and hugged her new mother named Arise. Sesshoumaru, who had been kneeling, stood up and said strongly. “I trust you will take good care of Rin?”

 

“Yes, lord Sesshoumaru, she will be perfectly happy here.” Arise replied and Sesshoumaru nodded. “Very well then, I will try to visit on occasion; Come Jaken, we're leaving.” With that, Sesshoumaru and Jaken walked out of the village and into the forest. “I will Miss You!” Rin called, then she and Arise went into their hut.

 

Sesshoumaru kept walking, remembering the reason he was doing this and remembering killing Naraku along side with Inuyasha and his little group. The girl Kagome had decided to stay here, and she was living happily with Inuyasha. The wench Kikyo was dead, praise Kami-sama! And Miroku and Sango just had their first child. Sesshoumaru was finally at peace with his brother, and after Rin just turned 14, Sesshoumaru knew he couldn't be a father character any more, he had no idea what to do, especially when she started her, what Kagome calls a period.

 

So once again, Sesshoumaru was alone with Jaken, journeying around his lands for no apparent reason. He guessed he was cursed to be that way eternally…..but that's just what he thought…..

Kagome's Cat: YAY! I started it, I know I should be working on a forbidden love, but this just popped into my head!

Inuyasha: So, will I get to be more in this story?

Kagome's Cat:……nope

Inuyasha: WHAT THE HELL?

Kagome's Cat: Hey, just be happy that Sesshoumaru isn't with Kagome

Sesshoumaru: ::Sesshoumaru who was drinking coffee spits it out:: Who then?!

Kagome's Cat: Guess you'll just have to wait and see…..
