Sango shook her head as she watched Kagome limp down the hill towards her. InuYasha must have gone bakana on her again. Wincing, Kagome sat down next to her on the front porch and sighed.

 

“Sango, do you have any more of that coconut oil?” Kagome asked.

 

“Sure, will you hold the baby while I go get it?”

 

Nodding, Kagome took the infant from her arms. She held him against her breasts and smiled down into his sleepy little face. Sango soon returned, jar in hand.

 

“So, you and InuYasha were pretty rough on lotus blossom again I take it,” Sango said.

 

Kagome's shoulders shook as she laughed sadly a moment while giving the baby back to her best friend. Then she picked up the jar and looked at it thoughtfully.

 

“My female parts are so irresistible to my husband, I have decided to rename them,” Kagome said.

 

One eyebrow cocked at her questioningly and an amused expression on her lips, Sango waited for her to continue. Kagome looked back at her, eyes sparkling and blushing slightly.

 

“The way InuYasha goes for them, I now call them Doggie Treats,” Kagome said wryly.

 

Sango burst out laughing, and Kagome soon followed.
