Well I'm back sorry for the short chapter I hope you like this on it's a little longer. Thanks to those who reviewed. Now on with the story!

`Where is she? I wonder if she forgot about me nah, she couldn't have, Kouga didn't do that good of a job, did he? Will she like me or not I hope that she doesn't mind that I'm a hanyou.' Inuyasha thought waiting for Kagome. `Oh here she comes man her sent is so sweet like honey I feel like I could just taste it.' "Good afternoon Lord Inuyasha sorry for the delay but I didn't know where you were." Kagome said. "Now what shall we do today?" she asked.

"Feh it doesn't matter to me."Inuyasha said. `Yep I was right he is arrogant just like I thought oh well I guess I will see how arrogant he is.' "How about we walk through the forest and just talk about anything. Is that alright with you?" she asked. `Feh' was all he said. "I'll take that as a yes." They headed off towards the forest.

"So Lord Inuyasha is there anything you like to know about me or even the Southern lands?" she asked. "Yes, there is something I like to know, how do you control your powers I mean, you doesn't your demon powers want to destroy the miko side?" "Yes and no I control my powers with my emotions that was how I was taught. My mother told me if I didn't know how to keep my miko powers in control then my demon would have probably killed me. Since, I was raised with my miko powers I know how to control them, the demon side is a little harder but I got use to it. Its hard to explain you know how you keep you human side under control with the demon side it something like that." She replied.

"Oh ok I sorta get it but with me I keep my sword so it can help me control the demon blood. Do you need anything to keep you demon side away from you miko side?" he asked. "No, I guess you can say they're in agreement to work together." `Wow I guess she must be pretty strong to keep both sides together and under control I mean I have a hard time keeping mind under control.' "Lord Inuyasha would you like some berries?" she asked. "Alright are they poisonous?" "You think I would poison you I'm insulted." "No, no that is not what I mean it that way I'm sorry."

"I will only forgive you if you just let me touch you ears," she said with a smile. "WHAT!" She pouted mumbling `please.' "Feh, fine." She jumped up and down happily and she smirked. She reached up and started to touch the furry ear. `There so soft there about as soft as my tail. Wait whats that sound, he purring. Awwww…. He's not that bad he so cute!' (I want to touch inu ears *pouts along with Kagome*don't you like the purring I had to put it in.) `That feels so good wait whats that sound I'm purring! I can't believe I'm purring! I'm not a freaken cat!' "Lady Kagome can you stop touching my ears." She blushed "Sorry it seems you were liking it though." He blushed "Feh!" he started walking off deeper in the forest.

` Man why did I have to embarrass myself by purring for god sake,' Inuyasha thought ` Why did she have to touch my ears?' "Lord Inuyasha that's rude leaving a young Lady by herself I could have been killed or something," Kagome said. " Oh sorry my Lady please forgive my rudeness," Inuyasha said sarcastically. " You're a jerk you know that!" "And you're a brat!" "Don't give me attitude Miser! I could fry your ass in a second!" " Feh! I like to see you try!" "Fine I'll meet you in the dojo in fifteen minutes then we will see who can beat one another." "Feh!" With that said they both headed towards the palace to get changed.

`That arrogant jerk I will kick some sense into the dimwit brain of his!' Kagome thought while walking to her room. When she got to her room she changed as fast as she could then ran toward the dojo and passed servants trying not hit them. When she got the dojo and Inuyasha was waiting for her. He just smiled and said, "Are ready for me to kick your ass." " Inuyasha your not allowed kicking this Lady ass." They both started walking toward the dojo when they heard `Hentai!' and automatically Kagome knew who was in the dojo. "Well I guess we have company,"Miroku said while lying on the ground since Sango left him there.

"Lady Kagome why are you here and wearing your fighter kimono?" Sango asked. " Well Lady Sango, Lord Inuyasha were going to fight in here but since you're here I guess not." Kagome answered. "No Lady Kagome by all means you can fight with Lord Inuyasha and we can watch." Miroku said. "Lord Inuyasha would you like to continue the fight with viewer to see that I kick your butt?" "Feh, yeah right you kick my butt." He answered. "I'll take that as a yes. Well Lady Sango and Houshi Miroku get ready for an interesting fight. Lets see how Inuyasha fights shall we." Kagome said before she went into her fighting stance.

She had her knees bent; her arms were in the fighting position waiting for an attack. Inuyasha had his arms ready as well and he bent his knee waiting for her to make the first move. He was about to make his move since Kagome wasn't going to do it but he got a surprise when he was knocked to the ground. "My Lord you need to pay more attention to your opponent than on your moves," she said with a smirk. "Don't get cocky Lady Kagome that was just a lucky shot," he said getting out the floor. They both went into their fighting stance not taking their eyes off another, Kagome was smirking and Inuyasha was just pissed that she got the first hit.

"Miroku who do you think will win the fight?" asked Sango. "I don't know my dear but Lady Kagome looks like she murder someone," he letting his hand wander. "Hentai!" SLAP!

Inuyasha took his chance seeing that Kagome was looking at her friends he flipped her and landed on top of her "Pay attention wench." Kagome was pissed when she heard that one word `wench' she got off the ground and said, "Lord Inuyasha let see how well you do with a sword shall we?" "Feh, you're just giving me more of the advantage." `We shall see Inuyasha, you think you can call me wench and get away with it you got another think coming.' Kagome thought get her sword.

"I feel bad for Lord Inuyasha he going to get it now." "Why is that my love?" "Kagome never fights with a sword unless she pissed," she said blushing at what he said. "So how good is she with a sword?" "Lets just say be glad that your not her enemy."

"Lady Kagome I'm sorry but you can't beat the tensagia (sp?) with you sword," Inuyasha said with a smirk. "Lord Inuyasha you haven't even seen my destiny, (destiny is Kagome's sword can someone tell how to say that in Japanese thanks) how would you know if it could stand against your sword?" Kagome said. "Feh!"

Both Kagome and Inuyasha unsheathed their swords and went to their position. They went in a circle before both of them started attacking one another. Kagome blocked all of Inuyasha attack she cut his arm but nothing really deep. Inuyasha lunged at Kagome and she did a back flip and started gather her miko energy then she blasted it at Inuyasha but Inuyasha used his wind scar to block it. They both were fighting with all their strength. "Man Kagome when you want to fight you really want to fight how about we take this out side so we won't damage anything." "Ok Inuyasha I'm just getting warmed up anyways." They both headed for the forest to finish their fight.

"Man do they know when to stop just watching them gets me tired." Miroku said, "Yes, when Kagome wants to fight she put her heart and soul to it." Sango continued, "Don't worry it should end soon because they're in the opening. Usually when Kagome outside in the forest area she fights better and finishes her fights faster." "Lady Sango how do you know so much about Kagome? How do know her fighting techniques?" "I'm surprised Houshi you should since I live with her and I train with her I should know how she fights also how she thinks." "Oh I'm sorry I forgot maybe with a kiss you can revive my memory?" "I doubt a kiss with you would help since you seem to like the floor so much."

Watching Kagome and Inuyasha fight it like to blurs of red and blue you could barely see what moves they were doing, but you could hear the sounds of the swords. Inuyasha blocked Kagome and thought `She really does know how to fight. I'm getting tired and she still going without a break of sweat!' he continued to block her but that's all he could do she was moving faster than he can. Kagome realized Inuyasha was going at his fastest speed so she went faster. `Finally I found a weakness he's too slow for me and he looking tired he needs more training' Kagome thought while cutting a little of his clothing.

`Its now or never I will win this fight' he thought. Inuyasha jump back pointed his sword toward Kagome and concentrated on using the wind scar. Kagome felt a surge of power and pinpointed it to Inuyasha then she knew that he was about to use a powerful attack. `So his final attempt to win. I will not allow to beaten by an arrogant jerk who doesn't even know how to treat a women.' She concentrated on using her purifying blades on Inuyasha attack since she didn't want to kill him just embarrass him that a girl can beat in a fight. Inuyasha found the winds that fight against each other and positioned his sword toward the middle of the winds. He raised his sword and cut it making the wind scar but by that time he saw blue power blades coming toward him, the wind scar was demolish by the purifying blades but now was heading towards Inuyasha.

Inuyasha scared that he was going to get hit and purify he couldn't move he was hoping they would miss him. They kept coming near him until they were barley a few feet away from him when Kagome made them stop in midair before Inuyasha. "Why in hell did you let them get so close you scared the hell out of me?" Inuyasha yelled. "Don't worry my Lord I would never kill you I just rally you up a bit." She said with a smirk. `I could have been killed and all she does smirk! This wench is crazy but cute. Wait why I'm I thinking that way she tried to kill me!' Inuyasha thought while Kagome laughs at him for being scared of her attacks.

"Man, that was an intense fight I can't believe Lady Kagome did that I never knew she could stop thing in midair," Miroku said. "Yeah, I was surprise the first time I seen it too she used it when we first met I felt a demon and thought it was intruder so I threw my hiraikotsu at her by accident. She stopped it she gave me a heart attack when I seen her do it though." Sango said. "How about we see how our princess is doing." Miroku suggested.

Kagome turned around seeing that Miroku and Sango coming to see how she and Inuyasha are doing. "No need to worry I just tired him out I didn't hurt him bad just a few scratches which should heal in a day." She said. "Feh!" Inuyasha said. "Why Lady Kagome you did quite a number on Lord Inuyasha at least we know you do know how to take care of yourself." Miroku said. "Lord Inuyasha let me heel you since it was me who did the damage please." "Feh!" "I'll take that as a yes." Kagome moved towards Inuyasha and placed her hands over him and concentrated of healing all the open wounds. Inuyasha could feel the warm and comfort coming off of Kagome aura he liked that he powers made him comfortable.

Kagome sensed that Inuyasha was relaxed and his injuries were healing. Sango and Miroku just watched as Kagome heal Inuyasha they also could feel Kagome power which was powerful but claming at the same time. Kagome smiled at Inuyasha "You fine now my Lord. I think I should take a quick bath I probably stink. Sango would you like to go the hot springs with me?" Sango agreed and she walked off with Kagome.

Inuyasha and Miroku were just shocked how powerful both women were and just looked in the direction which the left. "Houshi don't think about following them or I will hit you if you do. I have my strength back now thanks to Lady Kagome so don't try sneaking off and being a pervert." "Why my Lord I'm insulted that you would think that of me." Pretended to be innocent and Inuyasha just looked at him in disbelief. Inuyasha walked towards the castle and Miroku followed since he knew he wouldn't be able to follow the girls.

"My Lord I just heard that Lord Inuyasha was beaten by our Lady Kagome." Said a servant to Sesshomaru. He dismissed the servant and went into thought. `So she beat the idiot hanyou surprising I guess Inuyasha pissed her off. Not long from now and I will spend time with the lovely princess I wonder how she'll act.'

`I'm guessing that was her power that everyone felt and I wonder what she can do with that power. I know some legends of the youkia/miko but they don't tell very much since they are such rare breed.' He walked towards the balcony and looks out the window. `I see the half-breed made friends with the perverted houshi,' Sesshomaru thought `wait if Inuyasha down there then where is the princess?' Sesshomaru tried to sense where Kagome was; he felt her aura toward the hot spring with the taijiya. `Hmm…Kagome in the hot springs I wonder how she…. Wait I shouldn't be thinking this way I, never thought this way for any female. What is this wench doing to me?'

"Kagome what are going to do with Lord Naraku you do know that you have to spend time with him in a little while?" asked Sango. "I guess I'll talk with him and pretend to get to know him. I have to do this for my father I will not be mean to him." "Kagome please just be careful you don't know what to expect with him." "Sango don't worry you know that I can take care of myself and I will not allow him to hurt you any more." Kagome hugged Sango to clam her.

"Oh Kagome your like sister to me I would hate to loose you," Sango said. "Sango you are the same to me I wouldn't trade you for anything please clam down I will be careful. I think I know a way so I won't get hurt," Kagome said. "Kagome can you tell me what it is?" Kagome nodded and went closer to Sango and whispered in her ear. "Kagome I didn't know that you could do that do you do it often?" "No Sango it's rude so I don't use it very often, but don't tell anyone."

"Okay Kagome I won't tell anyone, it's our secret."

"Did you hear what our daughter did?" Minka asked. "Yes, I think she did a fine job and it was her decision to fight or not," Lord Hotohori said. "Yes, but she didn't have to embarrass Lord Inuyasha though." "My dear he knew what he was getting into when he challenged Kagome to the fight. All Kagome showed his is he needs more training and things may not appear as they seem." "Who you think will win our daughter's heart?" asked Minka. "Well we can rule out Lord Naraku, I doubt that she will be with someone who threaten her family and friends."

"Well I don't know about Lord Inuyasha he seem a little stubborn for our Kagome." "You think it between the emotionless Lord Sesshomaru and the possessive Lord Kouga?" ask Hotohaori. "I don't know Kagome has the ability to change people into something you would never suspect," said Minka. "You mean that she may even change Lord Naraku?" "If she wasn't mad at him she probably could believe me I seen what she has done and you have also. You seen her friend a taijiya, a houshi, and a royal guard she can make people see her kindness in her heart."

"Yes, our daughter is very special she has such enormous power for someone so pure but I'm happy to call her heir to the thrown," said Hotohaori with a smile to his mate. Both parents continued talking for a long period of time until they hear something outside.

The girls caught up with Inuyasha and Miroku they sat down next to them continued their conversation. "Lady Kagome have you decided who out who you like to be with yet?" "No Miroku I haven't because I haven't been with all the suitors yet remember." "Don't worry my Lady my half-brother isn't anything special except his looks he doesn't should any emotions and Naraku why would you want to be with someone who would kill your family in a second?" said Inuyasha.

"Lord Inuyasha I don't know if your brother is all that bad I mean I haven't even met him. Lord Naraku I don't like him tried hurt my family and friends he won't get any compassion from me." Kagome said.

" Why Lady Kagome I thought we were going to have fun today."
