Sorry guys I know that I you want me to hurry and update as fast but since my AP classes are giving me a headache I may slow me down with the story. I know I mess up I'm not perfect well thanks for all though people that reviewed love ya all keep it up. I will try to update as fast as my finger can type well here the story.

Kagome got up went to take a bath in the hot springs and got dressed in a midnight blue silk kimono with silver flowers pedals. She put her hair in a long braid with purple ribbon to match the color of her family crest. She looked in the mirror before she left to go down to the dinning area. When she was making her way toward the stairs she saw Kouga waiting for her, he smiled and started walking towards her.

"Ohanyou (sp?) Lady Kagome." He said with his arm stretched out. "Ohanyou Lord Kouga it's a pleasure to see you again." She smiled and gave him her arm. When they made it to the dinning area no one was there to join them for breakfast, Kagome was a little shocked that no one was there. She looked at Kouga and asked "Lord Kouga do you know where my family is?" He nodded and said "They said they weren't going to join us for breakfast because they want us to be alone so we could get to know each other more."

She just smiled and said, "Shall we," she pointed toward the food on the table. He nodded at started to serve himself. "Lady Kagome what shall we do today?" Kouga asked. "How about after we eat we go into the garden and just talk about anything that comes to mind." She said with a smile then biting into an apple. "That's fine with me I wouldn't mind getting to know you, you're a beautiful demoness who has caught my attention." He smirked at her blush. "Thank you Lord Kouga."

`Is this guy really romantic or is he just trying to make me like him more than anyone, he's sweet but maybe a little to sweet. I guess I just have to be careful around him he may start to think of something that will sweep me off my feet.' She thought. She smiled while eating her fruit she wondering what is going through that mind of his. `He is handsome but is he the one that can handle my lands and me I don't know if any of these guys would be able to handle anything,' she sighed. `I wished that this was a easy task so I could just get along with my kingdom and to be with my friends. I miss being with them I wish that they were here.'

`She looks so beautiful I can't believe that I have win her against the other Lords I want her for myself. She's so sweet and kind I never seen a demoness with a caring heart I guess that why she just one of a kind.' Kouga thought. `I wonder what I'll learn from her history I mean I never heard of her birth or when her mother was mated to her father I guess they wanted it secret.' He looked at his food which was finished he just waited until she was done. "Lady Kagome are you ready to start our day?" "Yes Lord Kouga I'm ready for the day." She smiled and they both headed towards the garden.

In the library

"Do you think it was a good idea to let Kagome and Lord Kouga alone for breakfast?" asked Sango. "Yes, Sango stop worrying she will be fine I mean she a powerful girl I think she can take care of herself plus she has to get to know him." Miroku said. Sango smiled at Miroku she knew that he would comfort her when she felt worried over her friends or family. "I know but I can't help but feel she lonely and I want to be with her." "Sango you can't always be there she does need to do this on her own because this is her choice to make and you will be there when she has trouble or she feels frustrated."

"Alright I guess so I will just wait for her to come to me when she has something to tell. Thanks Miroku you always know how to make me feel better." She said giving him a hug but then she felt something rubbing her rear. SMACK "Hentai! You leech why can we just have a nice talk without you always touching my ass!" She got up and stormed off towards the castle mumbling "stupid idiot monk." Miroku was on the ground still unconscious but mumbling "it was worth it."

"Lady Kagome may I ask were did you go because I never knew that you were born until I got the letter that you were looking for a mate." Kouga asked. "Well my parents decided to keep my birth and Souta's birth a secret so we could live peacefully in a human village so that we wouldn't become spoiled." Replied Kagome. Kouga looked at her in surprise `Her father wanted her to grow up like a human when she could live in royalty? Why it doesn't make sense I mean I grew up in my castle and I didn't tune up spoiled,' she just smiled and continued walking. `I guess she turned out alright but I wonder if her life was hard being a human with demon abilities did the humans treat her right?' `So many question that I want answered maybe I'll talk to her father later.'

Kagome could tell Kouga was confused about why her father made them live in a village with humans but she was fine the villagers. They were so nice to her even when they realized that she was a demon and they treated her with the utmost respect. She does miss her village but she happy here too she loves being with her father and friends. "Lord Kouga is there anything you like to ask me you look a little puzzled," she smiled and looked in his eyes.

`She looks so beautiful when she smiles' Kouga thought. "Yes, did the village treat you right I mean you're a demon did they I mean were they mean to you? Were you happy being there?" he asked. "Yes the village was very nice. I had the spell of looking like a human so they didn't know I was demon until my sixteenth birthday but even then they still treated me with respect. They have known me since I was a child and I was always nice to them so they didn't fear me," she answered. "My father wanted me to have a normal life with out royalty because he didn't want me to be spoiled or snotty he wanted me to know how my people lived and how I can relate to them."

He was shocked she answered the questions that were puzzling him without him saying one word. She walked under a tree and sat down "Lord Kouga now you know let me know you. How was your childhood? Where did you live? Did you always live in the royal society?" He looked at her and smirked he could tell she was not telling him something but couldn't figure it out he would just figure it out later. "Lady Kagome yes I did live in the royal society and I lived in the Northern Lands but not in the castle I traveled with my father. He taught me how to take over the pack and how to fight; he wanted me to know my land from the inside and out. I was raised to take care of not only my pack but also my lands and myself. My childhood was okay I did have my hardships but I was a happy child with my family." He smirked at how she smiled at him.

"May I ask why you're smiling my Lady?" "I never met a person who was so happy to rule lands and take care of people around him. Your so very nice my Lord," she said sarcastically. "Of course my Lady only to thoughs who deserve it and you my Lady deserve everything." He smirked as she blushed. "Lord Kouga why do you act so sweet around me and not around the other Lords?" "Because Lady Kagome they don't deserve my respect, you are sweet and I want you to become my mate. You're intelligent, beautiful, and powerful you are what every demon lord wants." She turned bright red "I don't think every demon lord wants me. I was raised with humans and I'm not use to the royal society I may be powerful but also dangerous."

"Yes that's true but I more than willing to take the risks and plus you took the teaching of being a demoness you'll be alright so please consider me as your mate. I know that you had other choices but it would be my pleasure to have someone so beautiful as you for a mate. You my lady are very special being creature also very rare," he said while kissing her hand. She was still blushing "My Lord you are very sweet I will consider you as a mate now please I have to meet Lord Inuyasha. I will see you tomorrow good bye my Lord," with that, said she left toward the castle.

`Ah my sweet Kagome you have made me a happy demon just for considering me as a mate. I can't wait to see the other Lord faces when I win your heart over.' Kouga thought and headed toward his room thinking about his day and how will tomorrow go.

I'm very sorry that its short but I have many things due, tomorrow I have pictures and I have a competition for band this week, which I have to get ready for. I truly love you all for review plz continue. I hope you like my short chapter I will update ASAP.
