It makes me happy to know you guys are actually keeping up with the reading and interested. *Growls.* Otherwise, parents need to stay out of their children's stuff. I can't believe mine are opening my mail at home while I'm at college! Isn't that illegal or something?!!! I soooooooooooo just need to get a P.O. Box and since I'm moving out this summer that would work. Now I just need to deal with the monetary issue that brings up. *Sigh.* *Turns and glares.* *And then there are other problems to be dealt with…

 

Sess: *Holds up hands placatingly.* Awww, come on Lilli. I made a little mistake. Forgive me? *Gives puppy dog eyes.*

 

Lillikyi: I still can't believe you forgot our two month anniversary last week! *Growls.*

 

Sess: *Kneels in front of where she's sitting and takes her hand.* I told you I'd make it up to you… *Pulls out the big 17” Sesshomaru Plushie.*

 

Lillikyi: *Eyes light up.* Awwwwwww!!!!!!!! *Hugs him and takes the plushie.* It's so adorable and chibi!

 

Sess: *Grins.* Does this mean I get a kiss?

 

Lillikyi: *Gives him a dubious look.* I don't know about that. Well, okay, you have one kiss to try to get back into my… good graces.

 

Sess: *Smiles, grabs her, dips her, and kisses her for twenty minutes straight.*

 

Lillikyi: What's my name again? *Dazed look.*

 

Sess: *Cocky smile.* And on with the story…

Chapter 8: Soul Changes and Realizations

 

“Woman…”

 

“Oh, be quiet! I'm not going to do anything to you tonight, just show you that you are vulnerable so you'll stop giving me that he-man bullshit, so just go to sleep.” She snuggled up to him and wrapped her arms around him, noticing the stripes at his wrists. `Hmm… wonder where else he has them? Damn, I'm turning into a hentai!' she thought as she fell asleep.

 

Sesshomaru had just started to drift off when he caught a spike of her scent in the air. He groaned as his body readied for what he knew would not be coming as he heard her finally fall asleep. He wondered what she was thinking of… He was going to be awake for a very long time…

As he awoke sluggishly from deep sleep several things became apparent to him. Firstly there was something warm snuggled up to his left side. It seemed to have wrapped itself around him; one arm was beneath and the other rested low on his abdomen. Its legs were wrapped in the same manner, one beneath his thigh, and the other on top of it. The scent coming off of the person was very familiar and it seemed to fill his senses, expanding and producing this erotic euphoria. The beast within him sniffed and started to rouse, taking over his senses and bringing his Youkai to the forefront. Groaning, he felt his body come fully awake, aroused beyond belief, hard and ready for something. He needed relief. He growled low and opened his eyes; bright red, they stared at the girl, his mate, and smirked. She was all alone and sprawled on top of him. And best of all, the control freak was no longer in possession of his body. “Grrrrrrrrrrrrowl… MINE!”

 

He moved his arms to bring her beneath him… `Wait… can't move!' He growled and looked up to his wrists which were secured to the bed by mere pieces of paper. His growl turned into a roar as he tried to extricate himself and realized his ankles were secured as well. All of the moving around, yanking at the bonds, growling, and roaring finally woke Kagome up.

 

As her eyes opened she felt Sess moving beneath her and heard him growling. “Awww, poor Fluffy, trapped on a bed. Kagome grinned as she unwrapped herself from him, (She couldn't help but snuggle up to him last night, he was so cute while he slept!) she moved on top of him to sit on his chest, cross her arms, and smirk at him. That is, until she noticed his glowing red eyes and realized what connotations it held. `Okay Kags, breathe, Sess is still in there, it's just his demon side right now… just a Youkai that's a little infuriated because he's been sealed to a bed… and I'm sitting on top of him… shit.'

 

He growled at her, “Release ME!!!” and tried to buck her off. All his movements accomplished, though, were to move her lower on him so where she was riding on something that hardened even further and made him groan loudly and give a short whimper. He immediately ceased his movements and glared at her, growling and trying to will her off of him.

 

As Kagome's thought process cleared, she realized why he had stopped moving and started growling and glaring at her. `The Youkai wants to be dominant, and to him, me sitting on top while he is aroused is not very dominant. How do I get him to calm down enough to bring dog boy back? If I let him go now he's either going to kill me, which I doubt, or… yeah, he's horny, of course he's going to want sex.' Then a thought came to her…

 

She lay down on top of him; arms around his neck and her legs locked around his, and nuzzled his chest, giving what she construed as a little whimper. The growling ceased. She crawled up a little bit and nuzzled the space between his neck and collar bone, feeling him beginning to almost purr at the sign of submission, for as she nuzzled his neck, she presented her own to him. He took full advantage of it, licking the area, then kissing and sucking on it, growling the whole time. Suddenly, without warning, he sunk his teeth into the area. He felt her aura rising up to meet his Youkai, both fighting for dominance, twirling around each other and clashing, the blue and red lights swirling in the room and flashing brilliantly, then all of the sudden they streaked at each other and there was a blinding flash as both melded together, creating a glowing purple field in between them while she glowed blue and he glowed red. Eventually the aura's retreated back into their bodies.

 

Kagome felt a throbbing energy coursing through her body, driving her senses haywire. She felt Sesshomaru's heavy breathing as he removed his fangs and lay back down, his eyes that beautiful golden color once more, as he panted and closed his eyes.

 

Sess almost groaned. All of these feelings were coursing through his brain and body. It was as if his whole soul was electrified. His breathing began to get less harsh as he opened his eyes and laid there for awhile, just staring into her eyes. He had been inside his body, helpless and his Youkai took over, he had seen its intensions, and been forced to step aside as it made a decision in one moment that would affect two souls entire future. `Now everything has changed…'

 

“Sess… what the hell just happened?” Kagome asked, her senses finally coming back to her. She watched him as he leaned forward to lick her neck, catching the blood that had begun to pool there and attempting to close the wound. The sensation that it caused was just pure pleasure running through her veins. As he pulled away she almost groaned at the loss of contact.

 

“We… well, that is… I… uhhh. I have to explain something to you Kags… but, uhh, first… can you release me?” She blushed, realizing that he was still sealed down, and removed the seals. He sat up and pulled her onto his lap, kissing her briefly and trying to get her ready for what he was about to say.

 

“Demons, well, that is, Youkai, have one soul partner. They may have sex, but they only truly mate with their other half. When they find each other, the male is usually overwhelmed by her scent and begins to court her. Sometimes the Youkai of either partner will take over if they believe that the process is going too slow, and will, uh… claim the other. The auras of the two will then clash and eventually, if the pair is truly meant to be, join together, creating a soul bond. My Youkai has claimed you… Kagome. You are my soul partner, my other half, my mate… And I've only known you three weeks…” his head hung low, his hair covering his eyes, “I'm sorry, I didn't want it to happen like this, I didn't want you to find out this way. I wanted to give you the choice, and yet, now I am unable to do even that…” He sat her on the bed and began to get up and go to the window; he needed to get out of there before she rejected him…

 

“Sesshomaru!!!” She wrapped her arms around his waist and buried her face into his back before he could leave the bed, holding onto him tightly. “Please, don't leave me! I may be confused right now, but I need you, please don't leave me… I… I love you!”

 

His heart just about stopped as he turned around to look at her, watching her eyes which shined with the truth. `She does love me…' He picked her up and wrapped his arms around her as she returned the embrace. He never wanted to let go. “Ai shiteru Kagome…”

 

Her eyes widened and she hugged him tighter at his confession. It would be one complicated relationship, but they would make it…

 

“Uhh… Kags, it's 9:30… our classes start at 10:00 and I still have to go home to get my car…”

 

“Shit! I gotta get dressed!” At this, she flung herself out of bed and ran into the bathroom. He laughed, “I'll be back in a few minutes!” and jumped out the window.

When he arrived back at the house he realized that Yasha had already taken the car to school. He growled, “Guess I'll have to take the other one… damn it, I don't want to feel like a fuckin' show off. Now people'll start asking questions and figure out who I am, damn it!” He jumped into his “other” car after he finished changing and drove over to pick Kagome up.

Kagome stood on the steps tapping her foot, waiting for Sess. `Where is he? We're going to be late!' Suddenly a brand new Volkswagen Bugatti Veyron coupe pulled up, and her eyes almost bugged out. They're so rare and sell for well over a million dollars! And this one was beautiful metallic sky blue and metallic black in colour! Suddenly her eyes bugged out even more as a silver haired head popped out and said, “What are you waiting for? Come on! We gotta go to school or we'll be late!!!”

 

All Kagome could think as she ran down the stairs was, “Where in the HELL did he get THAT CAR?!!!”

Lillikyi: Damn, I want that car. It is so sweet! I know, I know, a pipe dream, but what can a girl do but dream? Speaking of dreams… *Smirks at Sess.* How's my fluffy doing?*

 

Sess: *Growls.* Wench, just because my brother has a bad habit of calling me that doesn't mean that you have to pick it up!

 

Lillikyi: But fluffy! It's so cute! *Walks up to him.* Reminds me of how special you are. *Winks at him.*

 

Sess: *Rolls his eyes.* I guess I must make allowances for your eccentracies.

 

Lillikyi: I'll show you eccentracies. *Bares her fangs at him.*

 

Sess: *Raises his eyebrows.* You can try, but you know I will win. You are my bitch, and therefore mine.

 

Lillikyi: *Glowers at him.* Oh really? SIT SIT SIT SIT BOY!!!

 

CRASH, CRASH, CRASH, CRASH!!!

 

Sess: *Loud groan.*

 

Lillikyi: Yeah, looks like you won… now who's the bitch on his stomach? *Smirks.*
