This story takes place AFTER the manga<3

Sooo if you haven't read the end of the manga, there will be spoilers in laterr chapters.

And there will be HENTAI in later chapters, meaning very sexual things that some viewers may not like.

She's MINE!

 

 

 

“Get your hands off her you puny wolf!” The inu hayou roared, running toward the demon, his hand raised high in the air with his razor sharp claws already out and ready to gut him like a pig, but before he even had a chance to get close to the damn demon...

 

“Sit boy.”

 

He was sent head first into the ground, his body twitching slightly at the impact. Groaning in pain, he lifted himself on his elbows, glaring daggers at the school girl and the wolf, who were way to close for his liking. The damn wolf grinned in satisfaction, thinking that he won the battle of 'who would win Kagome's heart'. The wolf grabbed Kagome's hands once again, and looked deeply into her eyes. Inuyasha growled lowly from his place in the dirt, the wolf was lucky that he couldn't get up or else he would kill the demon for touching what was his.

 

“I'm sorry my dear Kagome, but I must be off.” Kouga apologized sweetly, his blue eyes shining brightly.

 

Kagome faked a smile and nodded dumbly, oh how she wished he would just go away already. He causing way too many problems between her and Inuyasha. Ever since Kouga began to come about almost everyday, Inuyasha was suspecting the two had something behind his back. She didn't want to sit him every time Kouga came around, but only if he would actually listen for once and not jump to conclusions and then attack the poor wolf she wouldn't have too. It annoyed her how he would think she would do something with Kouga behind his back; she didn't even like Kouga like that! Kouga was nothing more then a friend, he was like another Miroku to her, except Kouga didn't try and grab her ass...

 

“It's alright Kouga, I understand completely. You're the prince of the eastern wolf tribe, you have things to do.” Kagome spoke with a gentle voice, her grayish blue eyes twinkling up at him. Anyone with half a brain could tell she was faking the twinkling and the gentleness in her tone of voice. If Kouga wasn't such a good friend to her, if he didn't save her the million times he did, she would have slapped him across the face and told him to leave her the hell alone, but it was Kouga. The adorable wolf demon who cared so much for her, how was she suppose to be mean to him and just hurt him? Inuyasha might have not understood her reasons, he would assume things again. There was really no point in explaining herself to him.

 

“Oh Kagome, I knew you would understand.” He flashed a toothy smile her way, “You're so special to me Kagome, you understand me unlike any other person; you actually listen to me...” a light pink coated his cheeks; Inuyasha could smell Kouga's blood getting stronger, which meant his heart was beating faster, Inuyasha didn't like this one bit. Here he was smashed into the dirt, watching as Kouga wooed Kagome. He saw the twinkling in her eyes when she looked Kouga's way, staring lovingly at him.

 

'Keh stupid wench.' he thought bitterly, turning his head away from the scene. He couldn't stand watching them anymore. Who cares what Kagome does anyways? It's her life isn't it? 'If she wants to be with Kouga then I won't stand in her way.' His golden eyes closed, his claws digging into the soft soil. He felt sick to his stomach, just thinking of the two together... He wondered what they were up to when he wasn't around, when she would sneak off into the middle of the night and go to him. Is this what Kagome felt when he went off to see Kikyou when Kikyou's clay body was walking the earth? He didn't know, all he knew at this point was his heart was pounding against his chest as pain shot through him, had Kouga actually won Kagome? Was she really going to pick Kouga over him?

 

“it's no problem Kouga; I'm here to help you. I want to help anyway I can.” She touched his hand, giving it a gentle squeeze. Glancing over to the hayou, Kagome saw him 'Keh' and turn away from them. She didn't miss the pain lingering in his eyes as he moved his head. A sharp pain scratched at her heart at the look that was on his face. He looked so hurt. Sighing softly she looked back at Kouga, “Have a safe trip Kouga.” Kagome faked another smile, letting go of his hand and stepping away from him.

 

“Thanks Kagome, till next time!” With a finale wave and a wink, he ran off into the distance, Kagome staring after him, an annoyed look on her face.

 

“Ya know... you could have gone with him.” The hayou in the dirt growled, staring at up at her with dark eyes. He was clearly pissed off at her, but who could blame him? He let this girl stay with him in his own hut, he goes off hunting every night for her, he takes care of her like any demon would for his mate, and then her turning around and sucking up to that mangy Kouga was like holding a gun to his heart and pulling the trigger.

 

“Inuyasha don't even start with me about this.” Kagome said tiredly, closing her eyes, her soft fingers gently massaging her temples trying to ease away the headache that was slowly creeping up on her. She knew that Kouga would get them fighting again, if Kouga realized it or not. What Kouga and she did was none of Inuyasha's business, even if she tried to explain it to him, he would fly off the handle and flip out on her. It's not like she was doing anything romantic or sexual with Kouga. They were just friends. The reason Kouga keeps coming around anyway was because he needed advice from her, a woman's point of view. Kouga was going to mate with Ayame.

 

“Don't start with what?” He asked, his voice clearly laced with irritation. Getting the feeling back in his body, he sat up and got onto his feet again, her back was still turned to him. 'she's probably upset because her poor wolf boy ran away.' Inuyasha thought angrily. “You don't have to hide it anymore Ka-go-me. Just go with you damn wolf boy. Here you are living in my place, when all you think about and want is Kouga. I don't care. Go with him. You're not my mate or anything, so you don't have to be worried about hurting me at all.”

 

“Inuyasha...” Kagome's voice was low; Inuyasha could barely hear his name being said. Lifting a brow Inuyasha started weirdly at the miko, it was like she was almost growling at him... Snapping her whole body around, Kagome stormed over to Inuyasha and trusted her pointer finger against his chest, her blue-ish grayish eyes were now blazing in anger, hot tears of rage pricking at her eyes very lightly and her peachy face was now a bright red, Inuyasha thought she was going to explode, and that's just what she did to, except not exactly the way Inuyasha was thinking of... “Do you not fucking trust me at all?! Do you really fucking think that I would use you like that?! I don't want Kouga, why the hell would I be living with YOU if I wanted Kouga!? If I wanted Kouga I would've ran to him the day I got back from the well, because you know what? He's more then happy to take me as a mate, IF I wanted him, but I don't so you can shut your mouth about this! The ONLY reason he's been coming around so much is because he is going to mate with Ayame and he needed a womans' point of view of how he should ask her and what he should get her for the wolfs mating ritual! He pulls me away from you because he's embarrassed to talk in front of people about it!” Her hands gripped Inuyasha's horai tightly, glaring mercifully up at him, “Now this conversation is OVER! I'm so sick of you yelling at me and accusing me of doing things with Kouga! You're an idiot if you seriously think I would do such a thing to you! If you don't fucking trust me then I guess I'll go live with someone who actually cares to listen and won't assume things right away!” Pushing away from him rather roughly, Kagome turned away from him and began to stomp away toward the forest.

 

Standing there wide eyed Inuyasha blinked rapidity at the language Kagome used, but more importantly of what she said. Kouga wanted Kagome's advice on how to woo Ayame? The girl was already obsessed with the coward why the hell would he need Kagome's advice? Was Kagome telling the truth...? His heart was still pounding against his chest; he wasn't sure what to believe. But why did he even doubt her? Did he really think she would do something like that to Kouga? Just because Kouga liked Kagome, didn't exactly mean that she felt the same way right? His eyes dropped slightly as he watched the girl of his dreams retreat into the forest until he could no longer see her. Maybe he was being unreasonable... Kagome had never did anything to him to make him not trust her, she never lied to him, she always gave him the truth, sure she didn't tell him everything at times, but that didn't mean she lied...

 

Sighing loudly, Inuyasha kicked the dirt underneath his feet in frustration, watching as the dirt flew in the air, landing back onto the ground out of its original place. He would let Kagome cool down a little bit before he went and talked to her... that is if she even wanted to talk to him anymore... She was already moving out of his hut... that pained him more then anything.

 

She was moving to be away from him... she was already like a mate to him, she was the only reason he even built a hut. If it was just him, he would choose to live outside, he didn't need shelter, he could find a tree to sleep in every night and he wouldn't need a warm fireplace to cook food, he'd just eat it raw. She was the reasons for mostly everything he did. She was more then just a girl who lived with him, she was his everything, and even Inuyasha couldn't deny it anymore. The feelings that he held for her were getting stronger and stronger as the days past. It was also getting closer to that day... the day where demons of all kinds, who are at the certain age has to go and pick a mate and then have a small mating ritual to bond there souls together.

 

That's probably the reason why Inuyasha got so mad over Kouga. Kouga was also at the certain age of having to pick a mate, and not to mention Kouga has been in love with Kagome for a couple years now, so there was no doubt that he would try something with her. It didn't make sense to him that Kouga would come all the way from the eastern mountains just to talk to Kagome about mating with Ayame, since when did he have an interest in Ayame? It just didn't click with Inuyasha. Something must be up. Either Kagome's lying about the whole Ayame thing and trying to plan something with Kouga or Kouga is filling Kagome's mind with lies and is going to try something with her, and knowing Kagome, shes way to nice to turn down a friend if they need her, so that would mean Kouga's taking advantage of her kind nature.

 

Plopping down onto his bottom, Inuyasha sat with his legs crossed, and with his arms crossed over his chest as he began to pondered about the two ideas running through his mind. The look in Kagome's eyes as she spoke so angrily at him about the whole Kouga thing, there was no question that she was telling the truth. Kagome always had this thing where her eyes would express her every emotion, for example if she was sad her eyes would be dim and look as if you were looking into a hazy fog. her eyes were like an open window, Inuyasha really never noticed until about a year ago, when the well closed for good and she was stuck in this time, that was the time she ran to him... they embraced... it was the first time he was able to gaze into her eyes and not worry about anything else, he was able to see about every emotion that ran through her and he liked it, he loved how she was so open to him...

 

'Alright Inuyasha.' he mentally sighed, 'Gotta get back on track.'

 

So if Kagome wasn't lying... then Kouga must be trying to trick Kagome into being his mate. Inuyasha was almost positive that Kagome knew nothing about the demons mating season, and so she was an easy target to get tricked into something like this. That damn Kouga.

 

'That must be what this whole thing is about.' He snarled loudly, jumping to his feet and then bounding off, following the scent of his beloved Kagome.

Well That's chapter one.

I'm not sure if I'm liking this story so much...
