Kagome drank a little bit of the tea and looked at him. Kouga was settling a fire. She snuggled against the furs and sighed. She stared outside the cave. It was raining really hard and she was drenched.

"Thanks Kouga-kun, for saving my life…"

He smiled at her. "That will teach you not to wander in a middle of a storm, Kagome-chan… what do you think you were doing?"

"I… was upset and stormed into the woods… I lost my way and… I think you found me."

"Upset? Why?"

Kagome scowled hard and crossed her arms. "At Inuyasha."

That name made Kouga growl. "I Can kill him for you if you want!"

"No. No use in killing him." She said in a sigh. "It's just… Argh! The Guy Can be So Infuriating Sometimes!!"

"Feh. Don't mind him… where is dog-turd anyways."

"Sulking at his tree I think." Said Kagome frowning. Kouga sat beside her. "That Mutt! Today I Think I Hate Him!"

"At his tree? With you smelling like this? Why he isn't following you? If I Were…" Kouga stopped himself when he saw Kagome glaring at him. "What?"

"You Too?!"

"What?!"

"You just said I Smell! I don't smell!!"

"Of Course You Smell! You smell delicious!!" He assured her. Kagome stood and towered him.

"I *DON'T*Smell! I bathe everyday and… Why Inuyasha should been following me?" Kouga stood and towered her… since he was taller…

"Because of the scent…" He said with a smile and caressing her cheek. Kagome took a step back. "… your body is giving off."

"What scent…?" she asked in worry.

Kouga smiled at her. He got close to her and cupped her face and he butted his forehead against hers.

"Your clothes are wet. You may get sick…" Kagome took another step back.

"Kouga-kun… what scent?"

He smiled again as he closed the new gap between them. This time, he put his hands in her shoulders. He bit his tongue on purpose.

"I will tell you later… did you drank that tea?"

"Err… yes, but… Kouga-kun? What are you…" Kagome didn't complete her question. She pushed him away and frantically she went straight at the other side of the cave. "Yes, right. My clothes are drenched but I don't have spare clothing, so I must endure. Maybe if I get close to the fire they will… KYAA!"

In no time, Kouga was in front of her, wearing this head splitting smile in his face.

"Humans get sick easily. Especially with wet clothes." He said, caressing her face. "You should get rid of it."
