Chapter 34
Saturday morning
I woke up to Bankotsu kissing my neck I smiled and siad "Mmm Morning handsome!"
He grinned and said "Morning gorgeous!"
I rolled out of bed and said "Okay so what time is this party tonight?"
Bankotsu said "7:00" I noded and said ok I will call Sango, yash, and Kouga in a bit and tell them."
He noded and said "Tell them to bring swim clothes too, we have a pool too."
I noded and said "Hm guess that means I have to go shopping. I dont have any swim wear."
He smiled and said "Guess that means I get to pick it out then huh?"
I smiled and said "We will see!" He laughed.
I showered and dressed in a pair of diasy duke style black shorts, a yellow v neck t shirt and some sandles.
Bankotsu came in dressed in cut off jean shorts, a t shirt and sandles.
He said "Great minds think alike. Love the shorts baby! They really show off your great legs and firm ass!"
I blushed and said "Thanks."
He grabbed our list and said "Might as well get it all at once."
I noded, grabbed my cellphone and clipped it to my hip.
I grabbed my wallet and put it in my back pockett and clipped my keys to my belt loop and said "Ready when you are!"
He noded and drove us to the mall.
We parked and locked the car and walked in holding hands.

At the mall
We entered the mall and went immediately to the swim wear shop and I picked up a couple one piece bathing suits and 4 bikinis to try on.
Bankotsu sat in a chair and waited.
I went out in the yellow one piece first.
Bankotsu shook his head and I changed into the black one piece and went out, Bankotsu shook his head again.
So I changed into the red Bikini with ties at the waist and behind my neck, I walked out and Bankotsu's eyes lit up and I smiled and twirled around for him.
Bankotsu noded and I went back and changed into the black bikini of the same style and walked out.
Bankotsu again noded and I went back and changed into the yellow bikini with small loops at the waist and a tie at my neck and walked out.
Bankotsu's eyes filled with desire and he noded vigorously.
I laughed and walked back and changed in a light green bikini of the same style and walked back out and Bankotsu shook his head.
I walked backand picked up the three I was keeping and handed them to Bankotsu and picked out a few wraps to go with them.
Then I picked up a very long white t shirt to go over as well and we went to the register.
Bankotsu put the stuff on the counter and pulled out his credit card.
I raised a brow and he said "Consider it a gift k babe."
I smiled and noded. He picked up my bag and carried it with us over to the food court.
He said "Might as well call the others now huh?"
I noded and pulled out my phone and called Sango, Yash and Kouga and told them the party would be at 7 and bring swim clothes.
Bankotsu got us some burgers fries and iced teas and brought them back to the table.
We were sitting the enjoying our day out together when Heiten walked up and said "Hey beautiful."
I rolled my eyes.
Bankotsu glared and demanded "What do you want Heiten!?"
Heiten shrugged and said "Just saying hi to Cathy here."
Kagura walked over and said "You said hi now lets go, my brother and Kikyo are waiting for us!"
She started tugging his arm and dragging him away.
Heiten called out over his shoulder "See ya monday!"
I groaned and rolled my eyes, looked at Bankotsu and asked "Can we skip monday please!?"
Bankotsu laughed and shook his head and said "No baby we can't! Monday is the history test remember?"
I noded and said "I so don't want monday to even come!"
Bankotsu laughed and said "Come on, lets go get the eats and drinks and go to my place k?"
I noded, he grabbed my bag and we walked off again.
As we were about to leave the mall Heiten said "Fancy meeting you here again."
I rolled my eyes and moved closer to Bankotsu who pulled me into his side and wrapped an arm around me.
I leaned into his chest and smiled.
We walked out the door and got into the car.
We drove to the grocery store and gathered everything on the list and a few more things as well.
We walked back out to the car put everything in the trunk and drove off again.
I looked in the mirror and said "Ah babe, we got company. They have been tailing us since the store."
He said "Actually they tailed us from the mall! Damn I had hoped they would have left by now, looks like we make a bit of a detour, ya up for it?"
I smiled and noded.
He grinned and said "Hang on baby!"
I smiled, and he sped off.
After 20 minutes of weaving in and out of streets we ended up in front of Kagome's family's shrine.
I raised a brow and Bankotsu grinned and said just wait.
We waited a two minutes later the red car zoomed by us.
Bankotsu said "Now we go home!" and he drove to his place.
We locked the car up and carried the bags inside.and relocked the door behind us.
Bankotsu put the perishables away and turned to me and said "And now we go up stairs and you model your new bikinis for me and I will help you decide which one to wear tonight."
I laughed and ran upstairs with Bankotsu hot on my heels.
We entered his bedroom and he set a box of condoms in his nite stand and said "Go on now get in there and model for me."
I laughed and went into the bathroom and came out in my red bikini with the ties at the sides.
I walked into the bedroom and twirled around for him, his eyes were filled with desire and he grabbed me and growled "Come here you!"
I laughed and danced away.
He got up stalked over to me, I smiled at him, he caught me around the waist and went straight for my ties and undid the first one and smiled and said "Whoops."
I laughed and smacked his hand away playfully and said "Na uh, not yet, you haven't told me which one yet!"
He growled and picked me up bride style, carried me to his bed and said "Not this one!"
I laughed and kissed him and said "I agree, I mean if you untied it in front of everyone I would die of emberassment!"
He laughed and kissed me fiercely and I kissed him back, and wrapped my arms around his neck and pulled him ontop of my back on his bed.

Getting ready for the party.
An hour and a half later I showed and got into my yellow bikini and pulled my shorts back on and said "Alright Ban, this is your party so get over here and help me figure this out!"
He walked up behind me in some dark blue swim trunks and said "It is OUR party! Our first party as a couple!"
I smiled.
He said "Ok, we set out the chips in a big bowel and the pretzels in another and made up a big bowel of punch and a big jug of tea as well.
I said "Okay, now to choose the music."
Bankotsu turned on his radio and cranked it up with twisted sister playing on it.
I smiled and noded, and he grinned.
We rocked out for a few minutes and danced together and then he turned it back down and we prepared for our guests.
A few minutes later Bankotsu hugged my waist from behind as we opoened the door and greeted "Hey Inuyasha, Kagome, come on in."
They noded and walked in, Kagome said "Nice place."
Bankotsu said "Thanks. Me and my brothers looked hard to find it."
Next Miroku and Sango came in, followed by Kouga and Ayame.

Party time!
Bankotsu locked the door and said "Alright since everyone is here now, shall we dance, swim or play games first?"
Sango and Kagome and Ayame all yelled "Swim!"
Bankotsu laughed and said "Swim it is then." and he lead us all out to the pool in the back yard.
The girls grinned and took off thier shorts and shirts and dove in.
I laughed and shimmied out of my shorts and dove in and joined them.
A minute later Bankotsu and the other guys dove in and we all played Marco polo for a hour then we played with a beach ball for an hour and got out.
Then Bankotsu cranked up the music after we all dressed and went inside.
And everyone began dancing.
Then a slow song came on and every one slow danced with thier boy/girl friend.
Bankotsu pulled me into a very close hold and whispered with a voice full of promise "Later you will be all mine!"
I smiled at him with my eyes shining.
We broke apart, turned the music down and Bankotsu said "Alright, now let the games begin!"
He placed a bottle on the floor and said "Inuyasha, why don't you go first?"
Inuyasha spun the bottle and it landed on Miroku.
Inuyasha said "Miroku truth or dare?"
Miroku said "Dare!"
Inuyasha smirked and said "I dare you to not grope anyone at all for the rest of the night!"
Miroku whined "Not fair!" and spun the bottle and it landed on Ayame.
Miroku said "Ayame, truth or dare?"
Ayame said "Um truth."
Miroku said "Is it true you and Heiten dated?"
Ayame said "Yes, only once!"
Then she spun the bottle and it landed on Sango.
Ayame said "Sango, truth or dare?"
Sango said "Dare!"
Ayame grinned and said "I dare you to kiss Miroku on the ass!"
Everyone else burst out laughing and Sango grumbled "Bend over Miroku!"
Miroku grinned and bent over and she kissed his ass.
Sango spun the bottle and it landed on Inuyasha.
Sango said "Inuyasha truth or dare?"
Inuyasha said "Dare!" Sango smirked and said "I dare you to tell us what you and Kagome did lastnight with details!"
Kagome turned bright red and Inuyasha said "We slept in her bed all night long cuddled together."
Then he spun the bottle and it landed on me.
Inuyasha grinned and said "Ok Cathy truth or dare?"
I said "Truth."
Inuyasha said "Is it true you like to use whipped cream on Bankotsu?"
I blushed and noded.
I spun the bottle and it landed on Kagome.
I said "Kagome, truth or dare?"
Kagome said "Truth."
I said "Is it true you once dated Hojo?"
She noded and said "Only once and NEVER again!"
We all laughed and she spun the bottle and it landed on Bankotsu.
Kagome said "Bankotsu truth or dare?"
Bankotsu said "Dare!"
Kagome grinned and said "I dare you to kiss Kouga on the lips!"
Bankotsu screamed "WHAT!?!"
Kagome said "Go on kiss him! On the lips!"
Bankotsu walked over and quickly kissed Kouga on the lips and spit and rubbed furiously and stormed over and spun the bottle and it landed on Kagome.
Bankotsu grinned and said "Ok Kagome, truth or dare?"
Kagome said "Um Truth!"
Bankotsu grinned and said "Coward! Ok then Kagome is it true you have had sex with Inuyasha?"
Kagome and Inuyasha turned bright pink and Kagome noded.
Kagome spun the bottle and it landed on Kouga.
Kagome said "Truth or dare Kouga?"
Kouga said "Um dare."
Kagome said "I dare you to kiss Cathy on the lips."
Kouga sauntered over and said "With pleasure!" and gave me a quicks peck on the lips.
Kouga spun the bottle and it landed on me.
Kouga grinned and said "Truth or dare Cathy?"
I said "Um dare!"
Kouga grinned and said "I dare you to make out with Bankotsu right here involving kissing and at least the shirts have to come off!"
I turned bright pink and walked over to Bankotsu and he grinned and took his shirt off and removed mine and we kissed hot and heavy and just before he was gonna remove my bikini top we broke the kiss and I spun the bottle.
It landed on Ayame.
I said "Ayame truth or dare?
She said "Truth."
I said "Is it true you have liked Kouga since we were kids?"
Ayame said "Yes!" and spun the bottle and it landed on Miroku.
Ayame said "Miroku truth or dare?"
Miroku said "Truth!"
Ayame said "Is it true that you have asked every female here at least once to bear your child?"
Miroku blushed and said "Yeah."
Miroku spun the bottle and it landed on Bankotsu.
Miroku said "Bankotsu truth or dare?"
Bankotsu said "Truth."
Miroku said "Is it true that you and Yuki dated briefly?"
Bankotsu said "One date and NOTHING happened!"
Bankotsu spun the bottle and it landed on Kouga.
Bankotsu said "Kouga truth or dare?"
Kouga said "Truth."
Bankotsu said "Is it true you still love Cathy?"
Kouga said "Only as a best friend!"
Kouga spun the bottle and it landed on me.
Kouga grinned and said "Cathy truth or dare?"
I said "Truth."
Kouga said "Is it true that you are madly in love with me?"
I said "In your dreams wolfboy! I only love you as a best friend and you know it!"
Kouga said "Aw shucks!"
I spun the bottle and it landed on Sango.
I said "Sango truth or dare?"
Sango said "Dare!"
I siad "I dare you to sit in Kouga's lap for the rest of the night!"
Sango grumbled and sat in Kouga's lap and spun the bottle, it landed on Bankotsu.
Sango said "Bankotsu truth or dare?"
Bankotsu said "Dare."
Sango said "I dare you to kiss Inuyasha on the lips!"
Bankotsu rolled his eyes and quickly pecked Inuyasha on the lips and they both spat and scrubbed thier arms over thier mouths.
Bankotsu spun the bottle and it landed on me.
Bankotsu grinned and said "Okay Cathy, truth or dare?"
I said "Truth"
Bankotsu said "Is it true you want to someday marry me?"
I looked shocked, then smiled and noded.
Inuyasha raised a brow at us.
I spun the bottle and it landed on Kouga.
I said "Kouga truth or dare?"
Kouga said "Dare!"
I said "I dare you to make out with Ayame here and now!"
Kouga grinned and started making out with Ayame.
After a few minutes he spun the bottle and it landed on me
He said "Truth or dare Cathy?"
I said "Truth."
He said "Is it true Heiten wants to make you his mate?"
I sighed heavily and noded.
I spun the bottle and it landed on Ayame.
I said "Truth or dare Ayame?"
Ayame said "Dare!"
I said "Ok I dare you to tell us why you want to deal with Kagura!"
Ayame growled and said "She tried to date Kouga knowing we are engaged!"
I noded.
Bankotsu said "Okay now who's hungry?"
Everyone hands went up.
I laughed and said "Guess we better pass out the plates and cups huh?
Bankotsu noded and followed me into the kitchen.
We got out the plastic plates and cups.
Before I we could walk back out I asked "Were you serious out there when you aked that?"
Bankotsu noded and said "Very serious! Were you serious with your answer?"
I noded and said "Very serious!"
He noded and grinned.
He looked at me and said "I think we should go steady from here on out!"
I noded and said "Me too!"
Bankotsu said "Tomorrow we go shopping again."
I said "More shopping?" He said "Trust me babe, you will like this!"
I noded and we went back out into the living room and passed out the plates and cups.
Inuyasha walked over to me and said "Cathy, Kitchen now!"
I sighed and noded.
I lead Inuyasha to the kitchen and asked "What's up Yash?"
Inuyasha said "I know you and Bankotsu are crazy about each other but You two are going WAY to damn fast! I know you are sleeping together but Sesshomaru doesn't yet, if you get engaged before he even has had time to adjust to your sleeping with they guy, Sesshomaru will forbid you ever seeing him again!"
I said "Seesh Yash! Chill would ya! No one said anything about getting engaged!"
Inuyasha demands "What was with that question then!?"
I said "Yash, honey clean out your ears, he said SOMEDAY, not today!"
I hugged Inuyasha and said "Chill cuz, he said someday not right now ok, besides we may be moving a little fast for you but I am happier then I have ever been! We did however just decide we are now going steady and not just dating."
Inuyasha looked shocked and said "Cathy..."
I kissed his cheek and said "Yasha, calm down! I know what I am doing okay."
Inuyasha sighed heavily and noded.
We walked back out and Bankotsu cleared his throat and said "I have an announcement to make! Cathy and I are now going steady! Not just dating!"
Kagome, Sango, and Ayame, all squealed with excitement, Miroku was speechlees and Kouga sat there with his jaw dropped.
Kouga recovered and said "You two sure don't waste anytime do you?"
Then he hugged me and said "Congrats Cathy!"
I hugged him back and said "Thanks."
Then he slapped Bankotsu on the back and said "Way to go buddy!"
Bankotsu grunted from the slap, grinned and said "Thanks!"
I walked over to Bankotsu and he hugged my waist and pulled me into his embrace.
I smiled, turned around and wrapped my hands around his waist.
Inuyasha said "Okay lovebirds, I am hungry so lets eat!" I laughed and showed Inuyasha the table of food and drinks and everyone made thier plate pigged out and drank the punch and tea.
Bankotsu sat down and pulled me into his lap, I smiled and snuggled into his chest.
Everyone sat down as couples and just talked for a while.
Kouga said "So Cathy, what are you gonna tell Heiten and Naraku now?"
I said "Simple I will tell them to back the hell off! I am already spoken for and they are just gonna have to accept it and deal with it!"
Inuyasha snorted and said angrily "More likely they will become even angrier and try to hurt you!"
Bankotsu said seriously "Tough shit if they are angry! And I won't let them hurt her!"
Inuyasha warned "Make no mistake Bankotsu they will try to attack, they will become extreamly aggressive as they are running out of time!"
I glared at Inuyasha and said "Thats enough already! My desicion is MY desicion and only Ban can make his!"
Kouga said "True, but Cathy you know the laws!"
I said "Yes I know the damned laws! I will not sit here and be berated! I know the damn laws and have explained them already in the most part to Ban! The rest is up to him and his desicion! So back off ALL of you!"
Bankotsu looked confused and said "What laws? The mating laws?"
I noded.
Inuyasha glared and said "Yes the mating laws! Cathy is running out of time! You had better tell Sesshomaru as soon as he gets home tomorrow Cathy or else he will be VERY pissed off!"
I sighed heavily and said "I know Yash! I know ok! I planned to tell him tomorrow nite!
Bankotsu said "Am I missing something here?"
Inuyasha snorted and I glared at Inuyasha.
I said "Ban, tomorrow you and I need to talk to Sesshu and we must let him know that we have been sleeping togethr! He will alreay smell it."
Bankotsu noded.
I sighed heavily and said "We also need to talk the two of us tonight."
Bankotsu noded, took my hand and lead me to his room so we could speak in private.
Bankotsu closed and locked the door behind us and said "Okay, now what is all this about you running out of time?"
I sighed heavily and said "By demon laws a female must be mated by the begining of her 18th year or else the counsel will accept petitions for her as a mate and choose one for her."
He asked "And when do you turn 18?"
I said "The end of next summer."
He noded and he said "That's not all is it?"
I said "We have already been informed by the counsel that several petitions have come in for me and the two bigest are Naraku and Heiten."
He crossed his arms infront of his chest, narrowed his eyes and said "Let me get this straight! If you are not mated by the end of next summer either of those bastards can claim you and you will not be able to resit because of some damned laws!?"
I said "Exactly, I didn't want to tell you yet, because we are still just getting to know each other and all. I didn't think you would be ready to hear this yet."
Bankotsu said angrily "When were you gonna tell me huh?"
I said "After I was sure you were ready. Ban I... I made my choice the night I gave myself to you! I choose you! BUT I won't allow you to be forced into anything! I told you before mating is like marriage only once its done there is no undoing it! No divorcing, if I end up mated to Heiten or Naraku or worse, I will just have to deal with it, my life will be a living hell but that is the law."
He said "So you would be forced in a marriage you don't want and forced to endure hell for the rest of your life because of some damned laws!?"
I noded.
Bankotsu said "So how do I petition for you?"
I gasped and said "Ban, I don't want you to feel forced into anything!"
He said evenly "I was gonna take you shopping for an engagement ring tomorrow anyways, this just moves things up a bit!"
I stood there shocked and said "Are you sure Ban?"
He noded.
I said "I don't know, we will have to ask Yash!"
He noded and we ran downstairs.
Bankotsu walked right up to Inuyasha and said "How do I petition for Catherine?"
Inuyasha looked shocked and said "She explained everything to you right?"
Bankotsu noded and said "So how do I peteition for her!?"
Inuyasha said "You don't! Humans can't petition for demons. Talk to Sesshomaru tomorrow and if he clears it, he will tell you what to do!"
Bankotsu said "Alright, Cathy, lets get Sesshomaru on the phone now."
I noded and dailed Sesshomaru's cell phone.
Cathy " Hello, Sesshu?"
Sesshomaru "Hey Cathy, whats up?" Why aren't you home?"
Cathy "We are all over at Ban's. Are you home?"
Sesshomaru "Yes, we just got home 2 minutes ago. Come home we need to talk now!"
Cathy "Alright I am on my way, Ban is too and yes we need to talk."
Sesshomaru "Very well I expect an explanation when you get here and you better be here soon!"
Cathy "On our way out the door now, see ya soon Sesshu!"
I hung up my cell and said "They just got home 2 minutes ago and hes demanding we speak now! Yash come with us please?"
Inuyasha said "I wonuldn't miss it! Lets go Kags!"
Bankotsu grabbed my hand and everyone left and he locked the door.
Bankotsu drove me home and walked in with me.
Sesshomaru said "Rin, we will need coffe in the office please."
Rin noded and got the coffee.
I smiled and said "Congrats Sesshu!"
He smiled and led the way to the office and said "Thanks."
Then he said "Sit down Cathy, Bankotsu!"
We sat. I said "Sesshu you should know that while you were gone Ban and I..."
Sesshomaru said "I know! I can smell the difference!"
I noded.
Sesshomaru said "So you have made your choice then Cathy?"
I said "Yes Sesshu I made my choice!"
Sesshomaru turned to Bankotsu and said "Has she explained everything to you about the laws and petitions?"
Bankotsu noded and said "I asked how I can petition for her to be my mate, but she and Inuyasha said they didn't know."
Sesshomaru said "You wish to mate my cousin?"
Bankotsu noded and said "Yes I do! I wish to protect her and to keep her by my side!"
Sesshomaru noded and said "I see, do you love her?"
Bankotsu looked at me smiled and said fiercely "More than anything in this world!"
Sesshomaru noded and said "This is good! It's obvious you love each other! You are a good man and strong too! Tho you are only a human, you would make a good mate for her!"
Sesshomaru said "You have my permision to mate! However the council will require a proper ceremony! 2 weeks from now you will be mated here in this house!"
I said "Thank you Sesshu!" and jumped up and hugged him.
Sesshomaru hugged me back and said "This will make the council happy too! They had ruled you were to be mated the end of next month anyways!"
Sesshomaru said "However are problems are not over yet! Heiten and Naraku both put in strong petitions for you and will be furious when they find out so watch your backs! For the next two weeks they will do anything they can to try to stop the mating cermony from taking place! Now I have calls and arragements to make with the council."
I said "Oh Sesshu! Monday is a big test on the fuedal period so I made an extra copy of my notes for you and Rin!"
Sesshomaru nodded and said "Thanks, my mate and I appreciate it!"
I noded and pulled Bankotsu out of the office.
I pulled Bankotsu up to my room and locked the door and spun around and said "Ban are you 100 percent certain you want to do this!?"
He looked me dead in the eyes and said dead seriously "I am 150 percent certain! Baby I love you and was gonna get you an engagement ring tomorrow anyways! I want to spend my life with you and know you are mine and NO ONE can seperate us!"
I said dead seriously "I love you too Ban! I never would have slept with you if I didn't! But I want to make certain you know EXACTLY what you are doing! If we mate and mark each other you won't be fully human anymore! Are you willing to accept that!?"
He pulled me into his arms captured my mouth in a fiery kiss, pulled back, looked at me and said "Honey, YOU are all I need! So I won't be fully human anymore, I will get stronger, and my eyes might or might not change! As long as we love each other and NO ONE can tear us apart! That is all that matter to me!"
I grinned and kissed him with a tender kiss and said "You are right baby! That is all that matters!"
Then we walked back downstairs and told Inuyasha and Kagome the news.
Kagome threw her arms around me and hugged me which I returned and she screamed "Congratulations!"
I grinned and said "Thanks!"
Then she hugged Bankotsu and he returned the hug.
Inuyasha picked me up in a bear hug and said "Congrats Cathy girl!"
I hugged him back and said "Thanks Yashy!"
Then Inuyasha slapped Bankotsu hard on the back and said "Grats man! Welcome to the family!"
Inuyasha then pulled Bankotsu into a brief hug.
They broke the hold and Bankotsu said "Thanks man!"
Sesshomaru walked out of the office and said "Ah Inuyasha, I see Cathy has already told you the news!"
Inuyasha noded and Sesshomaru pulled Rin to her and smiled and said "My mate and I are happy for you both Cathy and Bankotsu!"
Inuyasha's jaw dropped.
Rin blushed.
I said "Congrats Rin!"
She said "Thanks, Congrats yourself."
I smiled and said "Thanks."
Bankotsu said "If you don't mind I think I will take my Wife to be and go back to my place, you know so we can talk."
Sesshomaru raised a brow and said "Talk hm?"
Bankotsu grinned.
I laughed.
Sesshomaru noded and said "Very well, but make sure she is home by tomorrow evening, so she can study for her test!"
I laughed and noded, Bankotsu smiled and noded.
Sesshomaru said "One more thing, make sure she doesn't become with child untill after the ceremony!"
We noded.
Bankotsu lead me to his car and drove me to his place, he locked the door behind us.
Bankotsu dropped to one knee and said seriously "I know, we are going to have a mnating ceremony in two weeks and this may seem funny but I want to do this right! Catherine oh love of my life, will you do me the honor of being my wife?"
I smiled and said "Bankotsu heart of my heart I will gladly be your wife!"
He swept me into his arms grinning and said "Tomorrow we buy the ring anyways! We are doing this by demon laws but my human side says human laws too!"
I smiled and said "Fine by me love!"
He scooped me into his arms and carried me to his bed.
We spent the remainder of the night and the early hours of the morning showing each other how much we love one another.

Chapter 34
Saturday morning
I woke up to Bankotsu kissing my neck I smiled and siad "Mmm Morning handsome!"
He grinned and said "Morning gorgeous!"
I rolled out of bed and said "Okay so what time is this party tonight?"
Bankotsu said "7:00" I noded and said ok I will call Sango, yash, and Kouga in a bit and tell them."
He noded and said "Tell them to bring swim clothes too, we have a pool too."
I noded and said "Hm guess that means I have to go shopping. I dont have any swim wear."
He smiled and said "Guess that means I get to pick it out then huh?"
I smiled and said "We will see!" He laughed.
I showered and dressed in a pair of diasy duke style black shorts, a yellow v neck t shirt and some sandles.
Bankotsu came in dressed in cut off jean shorts, a t shirt and sandles.
He said "Great minds think alike. Love the shorts baby! They really show off your great legs and firm ass!"
I blushed and said "Thanks."
He grabbed our list and said "Might as well get it all at once."
I noded, grabbed my cellphone and clipped it to my hip.
I grabbed my wallet and put it in my back pockett and clipped my keys to my belt loop and said "Ready when you are!"
He noded and drove us to the mall.
We parked and locked the car and walked in holding hands.

At the mall
We entered the mall and went immediately to the swim wear shop and I picked up a couple one piece bathing suits and 4 bikinis to try on.
Bankotsu sat in a chair and waited.
I went out in the yellow one piece first.
Bankotsu shook his head and I changed into the black one piece and went out, Bankotsu shook his head again.
So I changed into the red Bikini with ties at the waist and behind my neck, I walked out and Bankotsu's eyes lit up and I smiled and twirled around for him.
Bankotsu noded and I went back and changed into the black bikini of the same style and walked out.
Bankotsu again noded and I went back and changed into the yellow bikini with small loops at the waist and a tie at my neck and walked out.
Bankotsu's eyes filled with desire and he noded vigorously.
I laughed and walked back and changed in a light green bikini of the same style and walked back out and Bankotsu shook his head.
I walked backand picked up the three I was keeping and handed them to Bankotsu and picked out a few wraps to go with them.
Then I picked up a very long white t shirt to go over as well and we went to the register.
Bankotsu put the stuff on the counter and pulled out his credit card.
I raised a brow and he said "Consider it a gift k babe."
I smiled and noded. He picked up my bag and carried it with us over to the food court.
He said "Might as well call the others now huh?"
I noded and pulled out my phone and called Sango, Yash and Kouga and told them the party would be at 7 and bring swim clothes.
Bankotsu got us some burgers fries and iced teas and brought them back to the table.
We were sitting the enjoying our day out together when Heiten walked up and said "Hey beautiful."
I rolled my eyes.
Bankotsu glared and demanded "What do you want Heiten!?"
Heiten shrugged and said "Just saying hi to Cathy here."
Kagura walked over and said "You said hi now lets go, my brother and Kikyo are waiting for us!"
She started tugging his arm and dragging him away.
Heiten called out over his shoulder "See ya monday!"
I groaned and rolled my eyes, looked at Bankotsu and asked "Can we skip monday please!?"
Bankotsu laughed and shook his head and said "No baby we can't! Monday is the history test remember?"
I noded and said "I so don't want monday to even come!"
Bankotsu laughed and said "Come on, lets go get the eats and drinks and go to my place k?"
I noded, he grabbed my bag and we walked off again.
As we were about to leave the mall Heiten said "Fancy meeting you here again."
I rolled my eyes and moved closer to Bankotsu who pulled me into his side and wrapped an arm around me.
I leaned into his chest and smiled.
We walked out the door and got into the car.
We drove to the grocery store and gathered everything on the list and a few more things as well.
We walked back out to the car put everything in the trunk and drove off again.
I looked in the mirror and said "Ah babe, we got company. They have been tailing us since the store."
He said "Actually they tailed us from the mall! Damn I had hoped they would have left by now, looks like we make a bit of a detour, ya up for it?"
I smiled and noded.
He grinned and said "Hang on baby!"
I smiled, and he sped off.
After 20 minutes of weaving in and out of streets we ended up in front of Kagome's family's shrine.
I raised a brow and Bankotsu grinned and said just wait.
We waited a two minutes later the red car zoomed by us.
Bankotsu said "Now we go home!" and he drove to his place.
We locked the car up and carried the bags inside.and relocked the door behind us.
Bankotsu put the perishables away and turned to me and said "And now we go up stairs and you model your new bikinis for me and I will help you decide which one to wear tonight."
I laughed and ran upstairs with Bankotsu hot on my heels.
We entered his bedroom and he set a box of condoms in his nite stand and said "Go on now get in there and model for me."
I laughed and went into the bathroom and came out in my red bikini with the ties at the sides.
I walked into the bedroom and twirled around for him, his eyes were filled with desire and he grabbed me and growled "Come here you!"
I laughed and danced away.
He got up stalked over to me, I smiled at him, he caught me around the waist and went straight for my ties and undid the first one and smiled and said "Whoops."
I laughed and smacked his hand away playfully and said "Na uh, not yet, you haven't told me which one yet!"
He growled and picked me up bride style, carried me to his bed and said "Not this one!"
I laughed and kissed him and said "I agree, I mean if you untied it in front of everyone I would die of emberassment!"
He laughed and kissed me fiercely and I kissed him back, and wrapped my arms around his neck and pulled him ontop of my back on his bed.

Getting ready for the party.
An hour and a half later I showed and got into my yellow bikini and pulled my shorts back on and said "Alright Ban, this is your party so get over here and help me figure this out!"
He walked up behind me in some dark blue swim trunks and said "It is OUR party! Our first party as a couple!"
I smiled.
He said "Ok, we set out the chips in a big bowel and the pretzels in another and made up a big bowel of punch and a big jug of tea as well.
I said "Okay, now to choose the music."
Bankotsu turned on his radio and cranked it up with twisted sister playing on it.
I smiled and noded, and he grinned.
We rocked out for a few minutes and danced together and then he turned it back down and we prepared for our guests.
A few minutes later Bankotsu hugged my waist from behind as we opoened the door and greeted "Hey Inuyasha, Kagome, come on in."
They noded and walked in, Kagome said "Nice place."
Bankotsu said "Thanks. Me and my brothers looked hard to find it."
Next Miroku and Sango came in, followed by Kouga and Ayame.

Party time!
Bankotsu locked the door and said "Alright since everyone is here now, shall we dance, swim or play games first?"
Sango and Kagome and Ayame all yelled "Swim!"
Bankotsu laughed and said "Swim it is then." and he lead us all out to the pool in the back yard.
The girls grinned and took off thier shorts and shirts and dove in.
I laughed and shimmied out of my shorts and dove in and joined them.
A minute later Bankotsu and the other guys dove in and we all played Marco polo for a hour then we played with a beach ball for an hour and got out.
Then Bankotsu cranked up the music after we all dressed and went inside.
And everyone began dancing.
Then a slow song came on and every one slow danced with thier boy/girl friend.
Bankotsu pulled me into a very close hold and whispered with a voice full of promise "Later you will be all mine!"
I smiled at him with my eyes shining.
We broke apart, turned the music down and Bankotsu said "Alright, now let the games begin!"
He placed a bottle on the floor and said "Inuyasha, why don't you go first?"
Inuyasha spun the bottle and it landed on Miroku.
Inuyasha said "Miroku truth or dare?"
Miroku said "Dare!"
Inuyasha smirked and said "I dare you to not grope anyone at all for the rest of the night!"
Miroku whined "Not fair!" and spun the bottle and it landed on Ayame.
Miroku said "Ayame, truth or dare?"
Ayame said "Um truth."
Miroku said "Is it true you and Heiten dated?"
Ayame said "Yes, only once!"
Then she spun the bottle and it landed on Sango.
Ayame said "Sango, truth or dare?"
Sango said "Dare!"
Ayame grinned and said "I dare you to kiss Miroku on the ass!"
Everyone else burst out laughing and Sango grumbled "Bend over Miroku!"
Miroku grinned and bent over and she kissed his ass.
Sango spun the bottle and it landed on Inuyasha.
Sango said "Inuyasha truth or dare?"
Inuyasha said "Dare!" Sango smirked and said "I dare you to tell us what you and Kagome did lastnight with details!"
Kagome turned bright red and Inuyasha said "We slept in her bed all night long cuddled together."
Then he spun the bottle and it landed on me.
Inuyasha grinned and said "Ok Cathy truth or dare?"
I said "Truth."
Inuyasha said "Is it true you like to use whipped cream on Bankotsu?"
I blushed and noded.
I spun the bottle and it landed on Kagome.
I said "Kagome, truth or dare?"
Kagome said "Truth."
I said "Is it true you once dated Hojo?"
She noded and said "Only once and NEVER again!"
We all laughed and she spun the bottle and it landed on Bankotsu.
Kagome said "Bankotsu truth or dare?"
Bankotsu said "Dare!"
Kagome grinned and said "I dare you to kiss Kouga on the lips!"
Bankotsu screamed "WHAT!?!"
Kagome said "Go on kiss him! On the lips!"
Bankotsu walked over and quickly kissed Kouga on the lips and spit and rubbed furiously and stormed over and spun the bottle and it landed on Kagome.
Bankotsu grinned and said "Ok Kagome, truth or dare?"
Kagome said "Um Truth!"
Bankotsu grinned and said "Coward! Ok then Kagome is it true you have had sex with Inuyasha?"
Kagome and Inuyasha turned bright pink and Kagome noded.
Kagome spun the bottle and it landed on Kouga.
Kagome said "Truth or dare Kouga?"
Kouga said "Um dare."
Kagome said "I dare you to kiss Cathy on the lips."
Kouga sauntered over and said "With pleasure!" and gave me a quicks peck on the lips.
Kouga spun the bottle and it landed on me.
Kouga grinned and said "Truth or dare Cathy?"
I said "Um dare!"
Kouga grinned and said "I dare you to make out with Bankotsu right here involving kissing and at least the shirts have to come off!"
I turned bright pink and walked over to Bankotsu and he grinned and took his shirt off and removed mine and we kissed hot and heavy and just before he was gonna remove my bikini top we broke the kiss and I spun the bottle.
It landed on Ayame.
I said "Ayame truth or dare?
She said "Truth."
I said "Is it true you have liked Kouga since we were kids?"
Ayame said "Yes!" and spun the bottle and it landed on Miroku.
Ayame said "Miroku truth or dare?"
Miroku said "Truth!"
Ayame said "Is it true that you have asked every female here at least once to bear your child?"
Miroku blushed and said "Yeah."
Miroku spun the bottle and it landed on Bankotsu.
Miroku said "Bankotsu truth or dare?"
Bankotsu said "Truth."
Miroku said "Is it true that you and Yuki dated briefly?"
Bankotsu said "One date and NOTHING happened!"
Bankotsu spun the bottle and it landed on Kouga.
Bankotsu said "Kouga truth or dare?"
Kouga said "Truth."
Bankotsu said "Is it true you still love Cathy?"
Kouga said "Only as a best friend!"
Kouga spun the bottle and it landed on me.
Kouga grinned and said "Cathy truth or dare?"
I said "Truth."
Kouga said "Is it true that you are madly in love with me?"
I said "In your dreams wolfboy! I only love you as a best friend and you know it!"
Kouga said "Aw shucks!"
I spun the bottle and it landed on Sango.
I said "Sango truth or dare?"
Sango said "Dare!"
I siad "I dare you to sit in Kouga's lap for the rest of the night!"
Sango grumbled and sat in Kouga's lap and spun the bottle, it landed on Bankotsu.
Sango said "Bankotsu truth or dare?"
Bankotsu said "Dare."
Sango said "I dare you to kiss Inuyasha on the lips!"
Bankotsu rolled his eyes and quickly pecked Inuyasha on the lips and they both spat and scrubbed thier arms over thier mouths.
Bankotsu spun the bottle and it landed on me.
Bankotsu grinned and said "Okay Cathy, truth or dare?"
I said "Truth"
Bankotsu said "Is it true you want to someday marry me?"
I looked shocked, then smiled and noded.
Inuyasha raised a brow at us.
I spun the bottle and it landed on Kouga.
I said "Kouga truth or dare?"
Kouga said "Dare!"
I said "I dare you to make out with Ayame here and now!"
Kouga grinned and started making out with Ayame.
After a few minutes he spun the bottle and it landed on me
He said "Truth or dare Cathy?"
I said "Truth."
He said "Is it true Heiten wants to make you his mate?"
I sighed heavily and noded.
I spun the bottle and it landed on Ayame.
I said "Truth or dare Ayame?"
Ayame said "Dare!"
I said "Ok I dare you to tell us why you want to deal with Kagura!"
Ayame growled and said "She tried to date Kouga knowing we are engaged!"
I noded.
Bankotsu said "Okay now who's hungry?"
Everyone hands went up.
I laughed and said "Guess we better pass out the plates and cups huh?
Bankotsu noded and followed me into the kitchen.
We got out the plastic plates and cups.
Before I we could walk back out I asked "Were you serious out there when you aked that?"
Bankotsu noded and said "Very serious! Were you serious with your answer?"
I noded and said "Very serious!"
He noded and grinned.
He looked at me and said "I think we should go steady from here on out!"
I noded and said "Me too!"
Bankotsu said "Tomorrow we go shopping again."
I said "More shopping?" He said "Trust me babe, you will like this!"
I noded and we went back out into the living room and passed out the plates and cups.
Inuyasha walked over to me and said "Cathy, Kitchen now!"
I sighed and noded.
I lead Inuyasha to the kitchen and asked "What's up Yash?"
Inuyasha said "I know you and Bankotsu are crazy about each other but You two are going WAY to damn fast! I know you are sleeping together but Sesshomaru doesn't yet, if you get engaged before he even has had time to adjust to your sleeping with they guy, Sesshomaru will forbid you ever seeing him again!"
I said "Seesh Yash! Chill would ya! No one said anything about getting engaged!"
Inuyasha demands "What was with that question then!?"
I said "Yash, honey clean out your ears, he said SOMEDAY, not today!"
I hugged Inuyasha and said "Chill cuz, he said someday not right now ok, besides we may be moving a little fast for you but I am happier then I have ever been! We did however just decide we are now going steady and not just dating."
Inuyasha looked shocked and said "Cathy..."
I kissed his cheek and said "Yasha, calm down! I know what I am doing okay."
Inuyasha sighed heavily and noded.
We walked back out and Bankotsu cleared his throat and said "I have an announcement to make! Cathy and I are now going steady! Not just dating!"
Kagome, Sango, and Ayame, all squealed with excitement, Miroku was speechlees and Kouga sat there with his jaw dropped.
Kouga recovered and said "You two sure don't waste anytime do you?"
Then he hugged me and said "Congrats Cathy!"
I hugged him back and said "Thanks."
Then he slapped Bankotsu on the back and said "Way to go buddy!"
Bankotsu grunted from the slap, grinned and said "Thanks!"
I walked over to Bankotsu and he hugged my waist and pulled me into his embrace.
I smiled, turned around and wrapped my hands around his waist.
Inuyasha said "Okay lovebirds, I am hungry so lets eat!" I laughed and showed Inuyasha the table of food and drinks and everyone made thier plate pigged out and drank the punch and tea.
Bankotsu sat down and pulled me into his lap, I smiled and snuggled into his chest.
Everyone sat down as couples and just talked for a while.
Kouga said "So Cathy, what are you gonna tell Heiten and Naraku now?"
I said "Simple I will tell them to back the hell off! I am already spoken for and they are just gonna have to accept it and deal with it!"
Inuyasha snorted and said angrily "More likely they will become even angrier and try to hurt you!"
Bankotsu said seriously "Tough shit if they are angry! And I won't let them hurt her!"
Inuyasha warned "Make no mistake Bankotsu they will try to attack, they will become extreamly aggressive as they are running out of time!"
I glared at Inuyasha and said "Thats enough already! My desicion is MY desicion and only Ban can make his!"
Kouga said "True, but Cathy you know the laws!"
I said "Yes I know the damned laws! I will not sit here and be berated! I know the damn laws and have explained them already in the most part to Ban! The rest is up to him and his desicion! So back off ALL of you!"
Bankotsu looked confused and said "What laws? The mating laws?"
I noded.
Inuyasha glared and said "Yes the mating laws! Cathy is running out of time! You had better tell Sesshomaru as soon as he gets home tomorrow Cathy or else he will be VERY pissed off!"
I sighed heavily and said "I know Yash! I know ok! I planned to tell him tomorrow nite!
Bankotsu said "Am I missing something here?"
Inuyasha snorted and I glared at Inuyasha.
I said "Ban, tomorrow you and I need to talk to Sesshu and we must let him know that we have been sleeping togethr! He will alreay smell it."
Bankotsu noded.
I sighed heavily and said "We also need to talk the two of us tonight."
Bankotsu noded, took my hand and lead me to his room so we could speak in private.
Bankotsu closed and locked the door behind us and said "Okay, now what is all this about you running out of time?"
I sighed heavily and said "By demon laws a female must be mated by the begining of her 18th year or else the counsel will accept petitions for her as a mate and choose one for her."
He asked "And when do you turn 18?"
I said "The end of next summer."
He noded and he said "That's not all is it?"
I said "We have already been informed by the counsel that several petitions have come in for me and the two bigest are Naraku and Heiten."
He crossed his arms infront of his chest, narrowed his eyes and said "Let me get this straight! If you are not mated by the end of next summer either of those bastards can claim you and you will not be able to resit because of some damned laws!?"
I said "Exactly, I didn't want to tell you yet, because we are still just getting to know each other and all. I didn't think you would be ready to hear this yet."
Bankotsu said angrily "When were you gonna tell me huh?"
I said "After I was sure you were ready. Ban I... I made my choice the night I gave myself to you! I choose you! BUT I won't allow you to be forced into anything! I told you before mating is like marriage only once its done there is no undoing it! No divorcing, if I end up mated to Heiten or Naraku or worse, I will just have to deal with it, my life will be a living hell but that is the law."
He said "So you would be forced in a marriage you don't want and forced to endure hell for the rest of your life because of some damned laws!?"
I noded.
Bankotsu said "So how do I petition for you?"
I gasped and said "Ban, I don't want you to feel forced into anything!"
He said evenly "I was gonna take you shopping for an engagement ring tomorrow anyways, this just moves things up a bit!"
I stood there shocked and said "Are you sure Ban?"
He noded.
I said "I don't know, we will have to ask Yash!"
He noded and we ran downstairs.
Bankotsu walked right up to Inuyasha and said "How do I petition for Catherine?"
Inuyasha looked shocked and said "She explained everything to you right?"
Bankotsu noded and said "So how do I peteition for her!?"
Inuyasha said "You don't! Humans can't petition for demons. Talk to Sesshomaru tomorrow and if he clears it, he will tell you what to do!"
Bankotsu said "Alright, Cathy, lets get Sesshomaru on the phone now."
I noded and dailed Sesshomaru's cell phone.
Cathy " Hello, Sesshu?"
Sesshomaru "Hey Cathy, whats up?" Why aren't you home?"
Cathy "We are all over at Ban's. Are you home?"
Sesshomaru "Yes, we just got home 2 minutes ago. Come home we need to talk now!"
Cathy "Alright I am on my way, Ban is too and yes we need to talk."
Sesshomaru "Very well I expect an explanation when you get here and you better be here soon!"
Cathy "On our way out the door now, see ya soon Sesshu!"
I hung up my cell and said "They just got home 2 minutes ago and hes demanding we speak now! Yash come with us please?"
Inuyasha said "I wonuldn't miss it! Lets go Kags!"
Bankotsu grabbed my hand and everyone left and he locked the door.
Bankotsu drove me home and walked in with me.
Sesshomaru said "Rin, we will need coffe in the office please."
Rin noded and got the coffee.
I smiled and said "Congrats Sesshu!"
He smiled and led the way to the office and said "Thanks."
Then he said "Sit down Cathy, Bankotsu!"
We sat. I said "Sesshu you should know that while you were gone Ban and I..."
Sesshomaru said "I know! I can smell the difference!"
I noded.
Sesshomaru said "So you have made your choice then Cathy?"
I said "Yes Sesshu I made my choice!"
Sesshomaru turned to Bankotsu and said "Has she explained everything to you about the laws and petitions?"
Bankotsu noded and said "I asked how I can petition for her to be my mate, but she and Inuyasha said they didn't know."
Sesshomaru said "You wish to mate my cousin?"
Bankotsu noded and said "Yes I do! I wish to protect her and to keep her by my side!"
Sesshomaru noded and said "I see, do you love her?"
Bankotsu looked at me smiled and said fiercely "More than anything in this world!"
Sesshomaru noded and said "This is good! It's obvious you love each other! You are a good man and strong too! Tho you are only a human, you would make a good mate for her!"
Sesshomaru said "You have my permision to mate! However the council will require a proper ceremony! 2 weeks from now you will be mated here in this house!"
I said "Thank you Sesshu!" and jumped up and hugged him.
Sesshomaru hugged me back and said "This will make the council happy too! They had ruled you were to be mated the end of next month anyways!"
Sesshomaru said "However are problems are not over yet! Heiten and Naraku both put in strong petitions for you and will be furious when they find out so watch your backs! For the next two weeks they will do anything they can to try to stop the mating cermony from taking place! Now I have calls and arragements to make with the council."
I said "Oh Sesshu! Monday is a big test on the fuedal period so I made an extra copy of my notes for you and Rin!"
Sesshomaru nodded and said "Thanks, my mate and I appreciate it!"
I noded and pulled Bankotsu out of the office.
I pulled Bankotsu up to my room and locked the door and spun around and said "Ban are you 100 percent certain you want to do this!?"
He looked me dead in the eyes and said dead seriously "I am 150 percent certain! Baby I love you and was gonna get you an engagement ring tomorrow anyways! I want to spend my life with you and know you are mine and NO ONE can seperate us!"
I said dead seriously "I love you too Ban! I never would have slept with you if I didn't! But I want to make certain you know EXACTLY what you are doing! If we mate and mark each other you won't be fully human anymore! Are you willing to accept that!?"
He pulled me into his arms captured my mouth in a fiery kiss, pulled back, looked at me and said "Honey, YOU are all I need! So I won't be fully human anymore, I will get stronger, and my eyes might or might not change! As long as we love each other and NO ONE can tear us apart! That is all that matter to me!"
I grinned and kissed him with a tender kiss and said "You are right baby! That is all that matters!"
Then we walked back downstairs and told Inuyasha and Kagome the news.
Kagome threw her arms around me and hugged me which I returned and she screamed "Congratulations!"
I grinned and said "Thanks!"
Then she hugged Bankotsu and he returned the hug.
Inuyasha picked me up in a bear hug and said "Congrats Cathy girl!"
I hugged him back and said "Thanks Yashy!"
Then Inuyasha slapped Bankotsu hard on the back and said "Grats man! Welcome to the family!"
Inuyasha then pulled Bankotsu into a brief hug.
They broke the hold and Bankotsu said "Thanks man!"
Sesshomaru walked out of the office and said "Ah Inuyasha, I see Cathy has already told you the news!"
Inuyasha noded and Sesshomaru pulled Rin to her and smiled and said "My mate and I are happy for you both Cathy and Bankotsu!"
Inuyasha's jaw dropped.
Rin blushed.
I said "Congrats Rin!"
She said "Thanks, Congrats yourself."
I smiled and said "Thanks."
Bankotsu said "If you don't mind I think I will take my Wife to be and go back to my place, you know so we can talk."
Sesshomaru raised a brow and said "Talk hm?"
Bankotsu grinned.
I laughed.
Sesshomaru noded and said "Very well, but make sure she is home by tomorrow evening, so she can study for her test!"
I laughed and noded, Bankotsu smiled and noded.
Sesshomaru said "One more thing, make sure she doesn't become with child untill after the ceremony!"
We noded.
Bankotsu lead me to his car and drove me to his place, he locked the door behind us.

I smiled and said "Bankotsu heart of my heart I will gladly be your wife!"
He swept me into his arms grinning and said "Tomorrow we buy the ring anyways! We are doing this by demon laws but my human side says human laws too!"
I smiled and said "Fine by me love!"
He scooped me into his arms and carried me to his bed.
We spent the remainder of the night and the early hours of the morning showing each other how much we love one another.
