A vast meadow is seen in Shippo’s eyes as he sat under a tree’s shade. A slight breeze came and blew past his body. It felt good, with it being summer and all. He gave a sigh. For once… he was bored. Ever since the defeat of Naraku and completion of the Shikon Jewel about 7 years ago, things were kinda, boring. Plus, no one was around to even as Kagome would say “hang out” with. Miroku and Sango were too busy handling with their kid, and Inuyasha and Kagome were in Kagome’s time! He stood up, still looking into the meadow.
‘Seven years,’ he thought to himself. ‘Kinda went by quickly.’
During those seven years, he had one MAJOR growth spurt. He grew 5 times his height, and definitely looked handsome. Kaede had given him some new garments, so he looked more cute/handsome than just his normal appearance. But, if there was one thing that could never change, it was his eyes. Even if he had the strongest and buffest body, his eyes still remained soft with innocence and kindness. Probably cause he’d never lose his child like personality.
He thought hard, trying to figure out what to do. He could go visit Rin, but then again, Sesshomaru may become upset. Ever since they defeated Naraku, he and Lady Kagura were staying together in his castle. He thought harder, trying to figure out where to go. Finally, his mind gave him something.
“Soten,” he muttered. “I can go see Soten.”
He smiled at this thought. She was fun to play with and probably wouldn’t mind seeing him. Heaving his bag over his shoulder, he walked on, to the thunder mountains.
