Prologue

A.N. Sorry my good people, I'm a little new at writing fanfics for other people to see. But I think I got it now. On with the story already.

The land was peaceful. The sun was just starting to show its light above the horizon. Everything was starting to wake up and prepare for the glorious day ahead of them. Kagome stood on her balacony looking over her land. Yes everything was right in the world. She had the love of her mother, father, little brother, and the people who lived in the land. The girl smiled and brushed a stray lock of her raven hair behind her ear. Today was special. Today was her 16th birthday and she was to accept her crown and voice her opinions on the land to be heard. Yes it all was set to happen this evening. Yes, she was Princess Kagome, beautiful, smart, powerful and the most loving creature the land had ever seen.

Her kind heart, caused her to help everyone in need, regardless of their stature or of what they were. Yes there are creatures only stories tell you of, dragons, unicorns, centares, trolls, elves, dwarfs, and much more. As long as power was used for good and others, all was right and as it should be. Little did anyone know-evil is just around the corner. Watching the raven haired princess with longing, lust and cruelity in his eyes. He has been waiting for soon long to take what he wants, and today he will take it.
