It's the same line. Our four heros are in Sengoku Jidai. It's a fine spring evening where everyone is happy and fooling around. "Let's play Truth or Dare." Kagome suggested.

"What's that?" Sango asked. Inuyasha just 'keh'ed and lifted his head.

"It's a game. For example, I'll ask you 'Truth or Dare.' You'll have to pick one. If you choose truth, I can ask you any questions and you have to answer truthfully. However, if we find out in any way it's a lie, you'll have to accept punishment. If you choose dare, I can dare you to do ANYTHING and you have to do it or else you'll have to accept punishment too." Kagome sat back and smiled. "Ok. Come down, Inuyasha."

"No way, wench." Inuyasha snorted.

"What's wrong, Inuyasha? Are you a coward?" Miroku teased.

"No way, monk." He hopped down from the tree branch and sat beside Kagome.

"Ok, I'll start first." Smiling, Kagome picked Inuyasha. "Inuyasha, Truth or Dare?" Kagome gave him a taunting look, as if daring him.

"Keh! Dare, of course." Inuyasha looked away.

"Hmm... I want you to act like my dog for 2 minutes." Kagome scratched her chin.

"Fuck no, wench."

"Then you have to accept whatever punishment the rest of the players present to you." Kagome continued, ignoring Inuyasha's over-colourful comment.

Inuyasha considered that. If he took the dare, it's humiliating in one way but atleast it's better than getting penalty. Judging by Miroku's personality, he's bound to give something far more pervertic than Kagome. "Fine."

Kagome squealed in delight. She picked up a stick and threw it the far away. "Fetch Inuyasha!"

Inuyasha growled, but seeing the smile on Kagome's face made him forget everything. Smiling wickedly, Inuyasha panted like a dog and went on his four legs. Rushing there and back with the stick in his mouth, Kagome patted him on the head. "Good boy."

Inuyasha growled. Suddenly, he had an idea. He leaned up and licked Kagome on the cheek. Rushing back to sit down, he acted like nothing has happened. Kagome sat there, shocked. Grinning, Inuyasha titlted his head towards Miroku, "Truth or Dare?"

"Dare."

"I dare you... to kiss Sango ANYWHERE for 10 seconds."

Sango and Miroku was shocked. Both were still. Then, Miroku leaned over to Sango's cheek and planted a kiss there exactly 10 seconds. When he finally left her, both were blushing so furiously the colour could be compared to Inuyasha's fire-rat haori.

"Inuyasha, Truth or Dare?" Miroku was going to get revenge.

Inuyasha was itching to pick truth because he knew Miroku bear no good intentions. Because of his pride he chose dare.

Miroku grin widely. "I dare you to tell Kagome how you feel about her. It must be true. Remember, no fake answers! The liar is the coward.

Kagome gasped. Was he going to tell her the words she had been waiting for? Was he going to return her feelings towards him? Well she would have to find out.

"I-I-" Inuyasha's embarassed face suddenly broke into an evil grin. "Come here, Kagome." Kagome shifter forward. "Closer, Closer." Finally Kagome went so close their noses were touching. Withough warning, Inuyasha pinned her to the ground. Leaning forward to her ear, Inuyasha whispered "You know I feel about you, Kagome? I really love you. Alot."

Feeling Kagome's heart beating faster, Inuyasha smiled a satisfied smile and leaned back.

"Sango, Truth or Dare?"

"T-Truth."

"I want you to tell me all of Kagome's secrets. Everything that Kagome has told you before. Or maybe just pick 3 of them."

"Wha...?" You could pick penalty. Miroku and Kagome won't go too hard on you. And then again....

"So?"

Kagome was still not moving. She was still shocked. "She-She told me she love you. She told me she had dates with Houjou. She told me you are so rough and rude sometimes you're just so impossible, if only she could love Houjou instead of you, everything will be so much better."

Inuyasha froze there.

"She told you're a big jerk who's selfish. She also told me that you're a nice guy. She said she's confused about you and does not know your feelings towards her."

Miroku cleared his throat. "I think that's about enough, Sango."

Finally she stopped.

"I think we should stop the game too." With that, Kagome walked towards the well. Jumping in, Kagome didn't even say goodbye. Inuyasha snapped out of his reverie and chased after Kagome.

"Kagome. Kagome stop!" Inuyasha stood infront of her and held her firmly by the shoulders. "Was what Sango said true?"

"Whaa..?"

"Don't go all innocent with me! I'm asking if you really like me!" Inuyasha shook her.

Kagome was stunned. "Was what you said true then?" she asked quietly.

Inuyasha was quiet for a second. Then we went red. "Y-Yes..." Trailing off, he looked at Kagome. "Well?"

Without a second thought, Kagome flung her arms around Inuyasha. "Yes, I do Inuyasha. I do."

They stood there for minutes and maybe hours. But they know that they have all the time in the world.

Well, Everyone's looking for a happy ending right?
