A bright light caught Kyoko's eye. She turned around and saw Kagome with a sad look in her eyes.

 

“Hello Kyoko. I am so sorry what I have done. It was not my intention to cause this much trouble. Do you forgive me?” asked Kagome.

 

Kyoko smiled, “Of course. It was not you're doing. But, what are you going to do now?”

 

“I am going back to the clouds. I have to face the kamis.”

 

“Oh, what about InuYasha?”

 

“He's back to his normal self. I feel so awful what I did, I am not sure if I can face him. I caused him so much pain. All you have to do is kiss him with your Miko powers. It works, believe me.”

 

Kyoko stood there, wide-eyed. Kiss him? What is she thinking? She can't kiss InuYasha. Sure, she has some feelings for him, but now a whole lot. Not as much as Shippo. Shippo. Too bad she fell in love with him at the last minute.

 

“I'm not doing it. I am not kissing him. No way, no how!”

 

“Kyoko, you must do it. InuYasha still has some evil left in him. If you don't kiss him, the evil in him will bloom and he will never be good again.”

 

Kyoko thought it about it for a while. She would feel like she would be betraying Shippo. Well, she's got to do what she's got to do.

 

“Fine, I'll do it.”

 

“Thank you. I know that I won't be back with you. If I did, the same thing would probably happen. If you ever need me, close your eyes and concentrate and say my name in you mind. I would be there.”

 

“Would I still have your memories?”

 

“Yes, you will. You are still my reincarnation no matter what.”

 

Kagome spread her hands and Kyoko was back in the park. She saw InuYasha crouching near her. She walked towards him slowly.

 

“InuYasha?” She sat next to him. He looked at her and then looked away. She could see wet trails down his cheeks.

 

Kyoko's heart dropped.

 

“I'm sorry, I am so sorry what I did to you. I am so sorry what I did to Miroku, Sango, and Shippo. I didn't want to do any of those things,” he cried. He hung his head and she saw his shoulders shake.

 

Kyoko walked in front of him and lifted his head with her hands. “It is not your fault InuYasha. You had no control over what you were doing.”

 

InuYasha sniffed and looked at her, “What about Kagome? Where is she?”

 

Kyoko looked away and told him, “She's with the kamis again. I know that you didn't know anything about her being tainted, until now. She's not in me anymore.”

 

InuYasha just shook his head. His eyes started to turn red. `Shit!' and she leaned up and kissed him. Through her mouth, her powers went inside of him. In just a few moments, his eyes turned back to normal.

 

“What, what happened?” he questioned. Kyoko looked at him and smiled, “You're back to normal. You're yourself again.”

 

He blinked a couple times and cocked his head. He realized that she was true. He was himself, but he didn't have his three friends. He murdered them in cold blood. He started to cry again.

 

“I killed them. I killed my best friends. The only ones that stayed by me through thick and thin; the ones that never judged me as a hanyou. What am I going to do?”

 

Kyoko thought about this moment and replied, “They knew that it wasn't your fault. I know that they want you to live until you have fulfilled your existence. I know that Kagome would want you to do that.”

 

He looked at Kyoko and smiled, “Thanks.” Kyoko smiled back.
