Kyoko was thirty years old. It has been even longer since she has seen Shippo and the rest of the gang, well, her old self's gang.

 

She was walking through the park, back to the scene when she thought she was going to die. It was a creepy memory, no, horrific memory. Just seeing Miroku and Sango get murdered. Then see the man she loved getting murdered. This is the type of material that can scar you for life.

 

She smiled, lightly, at the spot where she confessed her love to Shippo and the spot where he was killed.

 

Kyoko's miko powers kicked up. She turned around and saw Midoriko standing before her. Bright light was shone and she had to cover her eyes until it died down.

 

“Midoriko, what brings you here?” she asked the powerful warrior.

 

“Since Kagome has been reincarnated into you, an evil has also been reincarnated. It has gone back to the past after everyone has gone to the heavens. You, my dear Kyoko, have to go back to the past before the future will turn for the worst,” Midoriko told her.

 

Kyoko was dumbstruck. After she thought everything is going well, she has to back twelve years into the past.

 

`Just grrreaat,' she thought as she mentally rolled her eyes.

 

“Fine, I'll go, when do I leave?” she asked the priestess.

 

“Tonight, we have to leave as soon as we can,” she answered.

 

“OK, let's go then,” said Kyoko.

 

(A/N: Well, I was thinking about making another sequel to this since I am so bored. That's why I changed the ending. FYI, I got an idea while I was eating my dinner, don't ask. Well, keep a lookout for it, it is called “Soon 2: Back to the Past.” It is up now. It is rated R or until I change it if necessary. It is in the continuation section.
