Well I've been gone for awhile now but I was cramming for finals and I was busy with the holidays. Sorry to keep you guys waiting. Another chapter on the go! Enjoy.

Inu: We're all glad you're back . . . now hurry up with the story!

Goku's L: Well, isn't someone a bit snippy!

Inu: Feh! It's bad enough you're going to have Naraku-

Goku's L: (covers Inuyasha's mouth) Hehe...on with the show!

Battle at Naraku's Castle Part 1

Kagome was gently placed in the middle of a strange open field. The youkai flew away and disappeared. She looked around finding a long hallway connecting to the field. She then sensed shikon shards close by. Her eyes widened and she spun around. There was standing Naraku. Half of his body was hiding behind a shadow and the rest clear for anyone to see. And to top it all off, he wasn't even wearing his ape palette. Kagome's heart raced and her eyes trembled in fear.

"Inuyasha's wench," he said in his low, creepy voice. "I think you were sensing these?" He pulled out a large piece of the shikon no Tama from his robe and held it out for her to see.

Kagome gasped and quickly stood up. "I'm going to take that back even if I have to . . . " She took and arrow from her pouch and pointed at Naraku. "...destroy you Naraku!"

His laughter echoed throughout the field. "Silly girl. You think your arrow will get rid of me so easily?" In an instant where even Kagome couldn't even notice, he was right in front of her. He gave her an evil smirk by seeing her surprisement and fear in her eyes. Kagome stepped back and kept her arrow on her target. Naraku raised his hand and his eyes narrowed.

Suddenly a strange force went throughout her body and she dropped to the floor. 'What's happening to me?' she thought. 'I can't . . . move. He's frozen my . . . body.' She struggled to move but it was useless. Then she was slowly lifted off the ground and was now facing Naraku. Trying to speak, no words came out.

He chuckled at her determination. "I've taken your ability to move and speak," he said. "You see, I can kill you right now if I desired but I want to see the look on Inuyasha's face when I do. So for now I'll just cause you some pain."

Kagome's eyes trembled as his evil smirk came back. He then grabbed her by the neck and his tentacles moved about form underneath him. One of them slightly passed up Kagome's leg. His smile getting broader, the tentacle moved up the leg and stopped at the end of her skirt. Kagome's eyes began to build up with tears knowing that she was powerless to do anything.

She closed her eyes tightly. 'Hurry Inuyasha . . . '

Meanwhile . . .

Sango, Miroku, and Kirara were fighting off youkais while Inuyasha charged through them. Shippo just hid behind a tree.

"Get out of my way!" Inuyasha yelled at the hoard of youkais. They were approaching the miasma where it covered the castle.

When the gang was set with the group of youkais they ran toward the castle. Suddenly a huge youkai with a dog face stepped in front of them. It was holding a sword and it stood up at least 50 feet tall.

"You'll have to pass me," roared the dog youkai.

"It's your funeral," said Inuyasha as he leaped to attack him. The youkai was surprisingly quick and dodged him and gave a sharp hit on his back. Inuyasha dropped on one knee and breathed heavily.

"Inuyasha!" cried Sango. "Kirara!" She got on her back and they flew toward the youkai.

The youkai turned around and was sliced in the arm with the Hiraikotsu. He cried in pain and cut Kirara with his sword. This caused for her to fall back and Sango was thrown off her back.

"Sango!" called out Miroku. He ran and caught her just in time.

"I'm okay, thanks Houshi-" Without finishing her sentence he was groping her butt. She slapped him and got up to fight the youkai.

Inuyasha grew angrier and unsheathed his Tetsaiga. "I'm tired of you getting in my way! I have to save Kagome!" He raised his sword and charged up to the youkai. "Tetsaiga!" With one swipe he sliced him in half.

The miasma began to disappear and the castle was free to enter. Everyone looked at each other and ran inside.

"Hey, wait for me!" said Shippo, tripping as he ran to catch up.

Not to far away was Kikyo's soul carriers. Kikyo hid behind a tree watching them go inside the castle. Her eyes narrowed and she followed behind.

As they approached the hall more youkais were waiting for them.

"You guys hold off these youkais," commanded Inuyasha. "I'll go find Kagome." The gang nodded and he was off.

Kagome could feel the tentacle getting closer to her panties. It slowly moved up causing her to gasp. Naraku knew he hit right in-between her thighs. He licked his lips and smirked. Rubbing slowly he could feel her getting wet.

Kagome's tears came down her cheeks. She felt disgust and fear. Inuyasha was nowhere to be found. Then she thought something horrible. 'What if he doesn't come for me? What if he decided to go with Kikyo and. . . no! Inuyasha wouldn't do that. . . he wouldn't let anything happen to me.'

Moving the panties away from her wet center Naraku passed his tentacle over her flower and rubbed it gently. "Ready to scream," he whispered in her ear. He then stopped to sense something in the air. He looked back at Kagome who was teary eyed. "Seems that the hanyou has come for you," he said to her.

'Inuyasha-'

Naraku guided her to a wooden post and vines came out from the ground, wrapping themselves around her legs and arms. "Too bad I couldn't finish the little torture," he said. "Inuyasha will get here but it will be too late for him to save you." He lifted his hand and was about to pierce Kagome's heart when an arrow shot next to him. In his surprisement, he looked back to see Kikyo standing with her bow and arrow.

"If it isn't Kikyo," he said amusingly. "I thought I killed you."

"It takes a lot to destroy me," she hissed. "The one who is going to die is you."

'What's Kikyo doing here?' Kagome thought.

"Sorry miko but your battle is not with me but with Inuyasha. Remember, he was the one who betrayed you."

Kikyo lowered her bow and narrowed her eyes.

"That's not true Kikyo!" Kagome cried. "Naraku was the one disguised as Inuyasha so you would think it was him. He too fell for the same trick. It was Naraku who was behind all of it. Not Inuyasha."

"Silence," Kikyo said sternly. "As I have died, Inuyasha will die also. We will both perish into hell. And so will Naraku!" She shot the arrow but Naraku flew up and disappeared within the tornadoes he had formed. She stood looking up and then moved her eyes towards Kagome.

Kagome's eyes widened as Kikyo stepped down from the roof.

"Kagome!" Inuyasha ran into the field as he saw her tied to the post.

"Inuyasha!" Kagome said happily.

He then turned his vision to the side and gasped. "K-Kikyo..."

"We meet again Inuyasha," she said.

"What are you doing here?" he asked, stepping closer to her.

"I came to kill Naraku. But he disappeared just before I got a chance." She looked at him with concern in her eyes. "Why did you come here, Inuyasha? To save this girl?"

His eyes widened and he looked back at Kagome. Her expression was calm yet worried about what he was going to say. "I've come to kill Naraku," he said, changing the subject.

'Inuyasha?' Kagome couldn't believe her ears. "So you didn't care if I was hurt, didn't you?!"

"Kagome I-"

"Inuyasha." Kikyo walked up to him and placed a hand on his cheek. "Let's kill Naraku, you and me. Let's finally be together just like we use to be."

Inuyasha was in shock of what she was saying. "But-"

"Don't you want to be with me Inuyasha?" Her eyes shot with anger. "Or you rather be with that girl. Is she more important than me?"

"You know that I'll always protect you. No matter what happens." He stepped closer to her but stopped when she flew up to the roof.

"Come with me Inuyasha," she said. "Let's be together forever."

"Inuyasha?" Kagome said, her voice trembling.

"But, I can't just leave Kagome here-"

"So you do care about that bitch!" She pointed an arrow at him and shot it.

"Osuwari!"

Inuyasha fell hard to the floor and the arrow pierced the pole were Kagome was tied up. It landed right above her shoulder.

Kikyo's eyes narrowed and she brought down her bow. "Inuyasha," she said. "You let this girl take care of your battles? You must decide now who you want to be with. Decide Inuyasha!"

"I can't!" he shouted while getting back up. "Don't tell me to decide! I-I don't know..."

While they were talking, Kagome tried to reach the arrow with her hand. She used all her power to free herself from the vines. She grabbed the arrow and used it to cut herself free.

"You can't live like this Kikyo," he said. "Your hatred for me is pointless. You know I'd never betray you."

"It doesn't matter now," she said. "All I desire is for you to go to hell."

"If that is your wish then." He opened his arms and closed his eyes. "If it will rest your soul, Kikyo."

She smirked and pointed her arrow once more to his heart.

"Stop Kikyo!" Kagome shouted. "I won't let you hurt Inuyasha." She was holding her bow and arrow firmly in her hands.

Inuyasha opened his eyes and turned his head to see Kagome. "Kagome-"

"The real Kikyo would want Inuyasha to live. I want him to live." Her eyes suddenly grew watery. "He's grown to not be afraid of what other people thought of him..of being an outcast. I know because I've always been there for him just as he's always been there for me. His will to fight for his life... and I will never let you take that away from him."

Inuyasha was in total bewilderment with what she said. 'She cares that much for me,' he thought. 'How am I suppose to choose between and Kikyo? I-I want to avenge Kikyo's death but at the same time I don't want to lose Kagome.' The conversation with Kagome on the rock flashed in his mind.

Flashback

"Are you still thinking about turning into a youkai?" she asked.

"It's that obvious isn't it?" he said.

"I think you're fine the way you are...as a hanyou,"

End of flashback

His eyes widened by the thought of her words. He was then interrupted by Kikyo's voice.

"I will kill you first you nosy girl!" Kikyo shot her arrow at Kagome.

Kagome shot hers also and they both collided. Both arrows pushed against each other as the energy coming from them grew.

Kikyo glared at the scene. "Her power is almost as strong as mine," she pointed out. "It's not so surprising seeing as it's coming from my reincarnation."

"Even if I am your reincarnation I'm still me," Kagome said. "My thoughts are my thoughts and my heart is my heart. Inuyasha's happiness is what keeps me fighting. Him being alive is what keeps me holding on to what I believe."

"And what is that?" Kikyo asked annoyed.

"That no matter what, I'll protect Inuyasha with my life just so he can go on living!" Suddenly her shikon shards from around her neck glowed. Her arrow began forcing itself over the line and getting stronger.

"How can this be happening?" said a confused Kikyo. "Her power is stronger than mine."

Then the arrow destroyed Kikyo's arrow and plunged into her stomach. She cried in pain as the arrow purified her.

"Kikyo!" Inuyasha called out.

Kikyo used her last bit of strength and shot a huge amount of energy towards Kagome and it exploded around her.

"Kagome!" Inuyasha turned around and started running towards the huge amount of smoke where Kagome was.

"Inuyasha!" Kikyo said, struggling to hold her souls. "Come with me. You still have a chance to be with me. Hurry Inuyasha!"

'No. . . If I leave with Kikyo then. . . Kagome! But I came to die with Kikyo as well. I also have to save Kagome. No. . . There must be another way! All these thoughts were racing through his mind. He looked at Kikyo who's souls were being taken away and he looked back at where the huge hole was made from her. Kagome must be holding for dear life. He needed to make a decision and fast.

Inu: Whaaa...?? That was it?!

Goku's L: Calm down, there's a second part to this.

Inu: You're getting me impatient wench!

Goku's L: You better cool off some of that steam or I won't give ANY lemon for you! How about I'll give it to Miroku, hmm?

Miroku: That will be most pleasent. (Grins sheepishly) Make it with Sango please.

Inu: Hey! Where the fuck did you come from?? (growls and clenches his fist)

Goku's L: Now, now boys. Let's all behave and if you two be patient then I'll give both of you a present. (Smiles happily) Okay guys please R&R for more chapters. Thanks for reading!!
