[ Y - Young Adult: Not suitable for readers under 16 ]

I'll help anyone who's willing to understand my circumstance. "For the good people!" I always said and nothing less. But enough of that let's get on with the investigating. No one has come as far as I have in solving what those Rob bums are really after and that's exactly why I'm gonna finish it.

~A Local Girl~

This really bites, I mean usually I find a thief here and there, but today is just not my… Woooo. Are you ok? InuYasha stumbled into a figure that was crouched down over a patch of flowers.

"Oh, Ye…yes I'm fine, thank you sir for asking." She stuttered at the time she saw him. InuYasha the sly fox he studied the poor girl in front of him looking at her like he was ready to attack his prey.

"Hmmm…Nice form, great complexion, beautiful eyes, lovely hair, if I didn't know better I'd say she's perfect for me."

"Helloooo, are you ok sir" The girl waved her right hand his face while the other one held a bundle of tulips. Must be from that flower patch she was looking at before that damn Inuyasha disturbed her. He just stood their gazing at her, not flinching once. He stared at the way her long black hair swayed with the movements of her short yet not revealing blue dress that showed her every curve. Her dark brown pools sparkled in the whatever sunlight that could squeeze itself through the upper towns buildings and he thought that he would melt under her gaze. More like he was starring at her and her getting frustrated.

She began to grow uncomfortable under his looking eyes, she tried to slump down, move to the side, but he wouldn't take his eyes off of her. Not like herself she got fed up with his wondering eyes and popped him on the head. He quickly fell loose of the trance and started to sway back and forth. Falling to the ground the girl not being able to react fast enough stayed in her position as he fell on her.

" Mr. I'm very sorry it's just that I don't like people starring at me." She spoke softly. "Maybe I should takkke a lllitttle nappy…." InuYasha's voice trailed off as he fell fainted on her. Letting out a slight giggle that she couldn't resist, but doing she tried to get him off of her. "Wha…wait don't pass out, not yet." She really didn't know what to do until it came clear in her mind that she could let him rest at her place just till he felt better. It was the least she could do for nearly killing him. As she thought.

~Her House~

"Ugh… Damn why does my head feel like it's gonna explode?" Inuyasha held his head with his right hand trying to shake the pain out of it while sitting up. "You might want to lay back down." Inuyasha heard a sweet voice float to his sensitive ears and he quickly remembered the girl he had met earlier. Looking at her like a helpless fool he said, "I'm not sure what happened, but all I remember is that one second I was in the middle of a investigation, I met you, then the next I was here."

"Sorry, allow me to explain, oh and by the way would you like some nice herbal tea, I made it especially for your swore headache." She looked at him with a shameful look on her face. Not wanting to make her any more hurt although he knew that it did no real damage to him except give him a real big bump on his head he nodded and took the cup.

"Now I'll tell you. Well, to make a long story short you were talking to me and then you started to stare at me *blushes a bit* or was day dreaming something then I got uncomfortable and tried to move away, but you kept facing me so I punched you in the head…"

She let her voice drop as she finished her sentence. Inuyasha couldn't help, but to bust out laughing. "Is that all, not to be rude or anything, but you don't have to be sorry about that I shouldn't have been staring at you like that and by the way you have a pretty strong right hook." He choked out a laugh. I tint of red crossed her face as she hid it behind her cup.

"Forget about it." He shrugged his shoulder running his hand through his long white locks. "Oh I almost forgot I didn't catch your name."

"I'm…uh…Kag…Kagome."

"Damn, what is wrong with me, why can't I speak? First thing I didn't even know him or have any interest toward him but to help his headache now I cant even look at him. He is quit handsome though. Wait no don't think that remember you don't know him! Yet."

She practically screamed at her mind for thinking such foolishness. "Hello?" She was soon brought back to earth by a click in front of her face. "Uh…yea?" Kagome stuttered. "I think I should be on my way now that I'm feeling a lot better, oh and thanks for the tea is was good and refreshing. I think I just needed an energy boost. Inuyasha slung the covers off of him and started to walk near the door. Not exit, but room door so he really wouldn't know where the exit was unless he followed his instincts, and he had no idea what her house looked like. All he saw was the one room his was in, which was pretty big itself.

"Wait!" She yelled. "Wait? What the hell am I doing, he's fine he can leave now. And how will he get out I would have to show him. Why do I feel like I want him to stay?"

Inuyasha turned to face her. "Yes?" He looked a little confused now.

"Umm…" "Just spit it out stupid you want him to stay!"

"Shut up! I'll deal with it mys…!" She closed her mouth shut just in time to see a now wide eyed Inuyasha.

"Ahem, I'm sorry for that rude display, what I was trying to say was that I think it would be best if you…umm… stayed here a little longer just in case your head got worse." Kagome sighed in relief that she had enough courage to say that.

"Well that turned out well now he'll probably think I'm crazy, stupid."

"Yeah, I guess I could do that." Trying to give her the best grin as he could not to look like a complete idiot while scratching his ear.

*Phew* She sighed. "If he would have said no I probably would have strangled him right then and there, he doesn't know how hard is was for me to just ask him."

She simply smiled back then got up from where she was sitting and moved toward him. "Here I'll show you where you can sleep I would let you stay in here, but as you can see this is my room." He looked around noticing the many flower decorations that covered the walls. Small blue lamps centered the wooden desks next to the quite larger bed, silk pillows cascading around the green velvet cover.

I guess this really wouldn't suit me. Seeing that I am a guy." He thought proudly.

Kagome walked down the somewhat never ending hallway to a spiral of stairs and walked up. Stopping at a red wooden door she unlocked it.

"You can stay in here if you like." Gesturing her hand around she showed him the room. Inuyasha popped his head around Kagome to get a better view. Seeing that there was no real girly look to the room he nodded.

"This will do just fine, thanks." He smiled before stepping in.

"Just tell me if you need anything I'll be down stair as usual." Then she was gone closing the door behind her before Inuyasha could make any fluid movements of sounds. Making one mistake, forgetting to tell him where and how to get where she was going downstairs.
