father! I’m going to be a father!!!! Sesshomaru reminded himself for what seemed like the hundreth time that day. After he’d notified the people of the manor, who were thrilled as well as excited, he decided a lot must be done. He began giving instructions to all the servants. For the next three months new clothing should be made for the twin byos. A room would be made for when they were first born then two others should also be furnished for when they get older. Ten swords were to be constructed for training and two specialized swords drawn from Sesshomaru’s own blood for there selves. Guardians were chosen to protect the children at any means necessary. Sesshomaru began planning a big banquet to celebrate the arrival of his sons.
While he did that Kagomes belly grew and grew. She was by now two and a half months into her pregnancy and her belly had swollen considerably.
Kagome loved being pregnant. Feeling the baby kick and caressing her stomach but what was driving her crazy was Sesshomaru!
Ahhh! Kagome thought I swear that man is so happy to be a father he’s doing everything I should be! But what can I blame him for I haven’t ever seen him so happy! But really he treats me with such care he’d think I break at the slightest touch!.
Kagome was thinking things over in her bed when Sesshomaru arrived. Smiling up to him she was going to get up but he arrived to her.
“How was the day?,” she asked
“Good how are you feeling?,” he asked helping her stand up and looked into her water calm eyes
“Sesshomaru for the hundreth time today I’m fine! I said I was fine an hour ago it was the same response two hours ago your really worried!,” she exclaimed
“I’m sorry I’m just very worried about you and the babies and-,” he ranted
Kagome silenced him by placing two clawed fingers over his mouth. Using her other hand she brought it to her stomch.
“Stay still and you can feel them kicking now,” she whispered to him
He nodded and waited. He waited and waited until finally, he felt the slightest motion. And then again, and again. It was followed by three more until it stopped.
“As you see there eager to get out!,” she told him
But he wasn’t paying attention he was focused on his soon to be children. His eyes were clouded and he just stood there.
“Sesshomaru?….” Kagome asked
He turned and looked at her then smiled.
“I can’t wait…”he said
She nodded in agreement “Neither can I,”
She tilted her head up and kissed him softly. He wrapped his arms around her and pushed her down onto the bed. He licked her lower lip asking for entrance. She granted it to him and he darted in taking in all he knew. There tongues played and clashed, danced and dueled for domiance.
Kagome broke them apart panting heavily.
“We can’t do this now Sesshomaru I told you, even though we want to it might harm the babies,” she said with a sad tone.
He understood and got into bed resting his arm around her, not only to fell her but the feel the movement of the babies.
*4 MONTHS LATER*
Sesshomaru and Kagome were talking a pleasant walk in the garden.
“You know,” she told him “Itn’s not going to be long before they come,”
He looked down at her, she had lost her beautiful figure and was replaced with a very big stomach. She also looked tired now but he could care less he loved her with all his heart.
“And you know,” he said “That I can barely wait.”
She nodded in agreement with him as they walked down towards the lake. Suddenly she stopped, frozen.
Sesshomaru not noticing asked in a daze “Kagome if the babies were to come you would tell me right?,”
“Sesshomaru,” she whispered “The babies are coming…”
