InuYasha Fan Fiction ❯ Taming the unruly ❯ Chapter 25 ( Chapter 26 )
Sesshômaru woke up to pain, a silent scream on his lips as he struggled to sit up. "So the ice prince has awoken." His head snapped in the direction of the sarcastic tone, regret filling his soul as pain shot through his body. Inuyasha? "Must hurt like a bitch huh. Your mom told me everything. For a guy who claims to be oh so powerful you sure can't keep one girl safe," he teased. “Hey bastard! Are you gonna fucking answer me?!” It took everything he could to not respond. Indulging the fool would only lead to more bickering. “Listen to me you bastard,” his brother ranted, going off again about him being stuck up and threatening him if he didn't find Ana. On any normal day he could ignore his bumbling fool of a brother for eternity, but today was neither normal nor was his brother just a bumbling fool. He reeked. Reeked just like how Ah-Un reeked of that mongrel. It penetrated his senses, taunting him, reminding him of the fact that he didn't know where his mate was.
His head felt like it was splitting in two with every heartbeat. The blabbering in the background going from nagging to piercing. An array of emotions bombarded his mind, an unhealthy dance of pain and emotions starting to form. He tried to stay calm, ignore his brother and the urge to cleanse that wretched smell from his senses but it was overwhelming and he snapped. One second he was sitting on the plush grasses of the open meadow and the next he had his brother, back colliding with a nearby tree, in a choke hold, fangs beared. "This is the only time I will say this. Shut up. Your voice is grating on my nerves and you reek of that mongrel Naraku. So if you don't want me to kill you here and now I suggest you leave my presence."
He released his brother, his body hitting the floor with a thud as he grunted. That should do the trick, or so he thought. Just as he turned to leave the raspy voice of his brother hit him. “Look, I wanna find Ana too.” His tone was much softer, a bit of sadness etched into Ana’s name. He was well aware that they were friends so it wasn’t out of place, but be that as it may, his uncouth behavior was unjustifiable.
He turned to look at his brother, the young, red cladded figure still on the floor. 'Pitiful' was what he thought, but the longer he stared the more the unwanted feeling of regret tried to push through. He mentally sighed, 'one emotion at a time,' he told himself. No need for this guilt now.
Words were never his strong suit and searching for the right words to say at the moment was proving far more than difficult. "It's ok. Don't gotta drive yourself crazy trying to apologize." He pushed himself off the ground, passing him without another word.
The sound of his brother's laugh and his mother's voice woke him from a sleep he didn’t know he had fallen into. "So you're telling me that Mr. Perfect over there didn't always have a stick up his ass?" His mother chuckled behind her sleeve. "Such a crude way of putting it, but no. You see he was much like you Inuyasha. I blame your father for that. Men…but unfortunately war hit and he had to grow up faster than he should." It became silent for a moment, and though he didn't need to see them he knew they were looking at him. Damn his mother and her storytelling. Kami only knew what she told them, especially if she spoke about his childhood days. If one of them called him cute he will cut their tongue out.
A few hours passed before a timid Kagome decided to grace his presence. Well timid wasn’t the right word, no, she was not shy. It was more like she didn’t know how to go about talking to him in the first place. “Um. Everyone else has eaten and you haven’t so I...um.. I brought you something to eat.” She thrusted a makeshift plate loaded with cuts of raw meat to him. “You know he’s a stuck up bastard Kargome. Ain’t no way he’s gonna take it,” Inuyasha hollered from afar. He tsked, none too pleased with his brothers jabbing. “Come now my dear,” his mother cooed, approaching the young miko. “My son is very particular when it comes to his food.” She took the makeshift plate, turning the girl around and sending her on her way before turning back to him. “A little manners, no?” His stomach churned a bit when looked at the meat selection in her hand. “I know you don’t like badger, but they meant well.” When he said nothing she continued. “I know you are upset that all of this happened and that Ana is taken, but as it stands you saying nothing and sulking in a far corner isn’t going to help. The soldiers that I had come with were sent out to scout. As soon as you are no longer in pain we will be leaving with your brother and his band whether you like it or not.” There was no room for argument. Not that he was going to make any. His mother had been wrong. It was less of not wanting to interact and more so not knowing what to say. She more than anyone should have known.
ooOoo
Pain, pressure, turmoil. Her body shook as miasma sizzled her skin. Drops of sweat mixed with blood splattered on the futon below, some of the salty iron tingling her tastebuds where she bit her tongue. "Why do you refuse me?" She said nothing, she would not give him the pleasure of hearing her speak. “Trying to be difficult?,” he gripped her chin covering her mouth with his own, his tongue swiping across the area where she bit her tongue. “I wanted to give you another chance, but you leave me no choice. On top of that, your wonderful skin keeps healing.” He frowned when he said those words. A small yelp escaped her lips when he roughly grabbed her hair, his teeth sinking into her nipple. She tried not to move, tried to resist the tears and urge to scream, but the way her body trembled with pain, the emotions swirling around her mind making her dizzy. It all came crashing down when he flipped her on her stomach. “I suppose you want it like a dog, don’t you? That is the only way you will let me hear you. No?” He roughly entered her, twisting her arms behind her as he thrusted deeper.
It felt as if all the air had left her lungs when he thrusted again, his hand bearing down on her ass, heating the already tender flesh. I will not scream. I will not struggle. She screamed when he planted another as he buried his cock deep inside. “So that’s how you like it? You like it when I spank you like this?” Another scream as tears swelled in her eyes. The humiliation, the broken promise to herself came crashing down as she struggled against her restraints. He had done it, he had finally gotten to her. For a moment she was about to accept defeat until she heard a small voice. She hadn’t heard that voice in a long time. It told her to stay strong, for although the promise was broken her soul was still in tact. He would not break her soul no matter how much she indulged him. It was a promise she had reconstructed. The hope of a new resolve snuffing the shame of breaking her last one.
He had kept his promise from last time, not being gentle. He did as he pleased, coming back again that very night, torturing her with his miasma. It burned as it touched her flesh as his tentacles held her down, spreading her wide for him to see. His cold touch sent disgusted shivers through her body, but it only delighted him. Every muscle tensed as his tongue flicked over her clit, a choked scream bursting through her lips when he clamped down, twisting the small knob between his teeth, biting roughly as if wanting to rip it off. Another scream when he did it again, tears toppling down her face when another wave of miasma hit her flesh. "Please," she mumbled as her body trembled. "Please stop," she begged, struggling against her restraints. He looked up at her, a look of pure bliss painted in his gaze. "Why would I when I have only scratched the surface? A bit of begging isn't enough to quench my thirst for you." The words shook her to the core, "Until your soul is mine, nothing you can do will be good enough." Those words echoed in her mind as the days trailed on. The joy that gleamed in his eyes the more he took became the tale she hadn't ever wanted to live out. The days started to blend together, her body healing on the outside but on the inside slowly chipping away. How long could she survive? Would she break yet another promise? Where was her mate?
